If I could give a negative review I would. I purchased a Yelp Deal to pay $50 for the value of $80. Amongst the 2x rare times I got to speak to the guy he told me he could fix my iPhone 6 screen that cracked with the Yelp Deal. I knew it was too good to be true because when I actually tried to schedule an appointment and in general to correspond with this guy he was the most unreliable person. He never responded to my Yelp message asking to set up an appointment. He wouldn't call me back when I left a message. He didn't text me back as he requests on his phone message system. When he finally agreed to set up an appointment to meet me at a Starbucks on a Saturday morning at 10am I texted him an hour before to remind him of the appointment. Then he was a no show. I tried calling him 4-5 times while I was at Starbucks waiting for him, texted him multiple times asking if he was coming, but ultimately I left because he never responded. I was so fed up with dealing with such an unreliable person that I had to ask Yelp for a refund on my deal. I'd rather go pay extra somewhere else than deal with people that make false promises about their services. read more

Chris is absolutely amazing literally an angel!!! I really needed to fix my broken screen after I attempted to fix it myself. It was almost midnight and I needed to have my phone perfect for the next day. Chris was one of the only people who claim to work "24 hours" to pick up the phone. He postponed his plans to meet with me and fix my phone. It took him less than 15 minutes and my phone was BRAND NEW!!! If I could give him 1000 stars, I would! ZERO STARS!! PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW BEFORE CALLING THIS GUY! This is the kind of thing that will get you a one star rating on Yelp. This is the most unprofessional, most ridiculous service or business (whatever you want to call yourself) I've ever dealt with. I wish I could rate you at negative stars. First time I called this guy (Chris) was months ago to fix my honey's cracked screen, we were going on a trip with the KIDS and needed it to keep them busy. He said it would be no problem and that he could meet us anywhere! Sounded perfect to us so we set up a time and place. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Okay, things happen, I get it. Later on that night around 10:00 pm he sends me a text apologizing saying he was stuck somewhere trying to find parts. He said, "no matter what I will get this done for you, DON'T WORRY" so we set up another meeting for the next day and what do you know!?? NO SHOW AGAIN! By this time I was furious. We were leaving the next morning at 6am, it was now like 8pm and it was too late to find another place to fix the phone so I let him know how unprofessional he was and that because of him I now have now have to leave with a shattered screen. I mean at least have the decency to let me know you can't do it so I can take it elsewhere. I left him a message on yelp describing how terrible his service was and how disappointing it was to be dragged on for days like that. MONTHS PASS..... He finally responds and offers to fix my screen or any other for free In order to make things right. AWESOME!!! Now that's customer service, right? LOL think again! I call him to take him up on his offer (my honey recently shattered his screen again) He said in these EXACT words. "I can 99.9% meet you at 7pm" since I arrive home about 5pm, he was going to meet me at my place. 7pm comes and passes lol so I call him to make sure he didn't forget about us, AGAIN.. He responded with, I should be headed over soon, Okay, 8pm comes and he said, "i'm about to be on my way" okay so i'm thinking within the hour he HAS to be here. NOPE! I sent him a text telling him that this was getting ridiculous, we were supposed to meet at 7! At 11PM he texted me saying he would arrive in 15 minutes! WHAT!?? First of all, who in the hell does business that late? How disrespectful is that? I mean seriously? So I told him that if he was going to show up that late to not even bother and that he again provided terrible service. His EXACT words were, "WOW, really.. Sorry how is that bad service when we never agreed on a time, I said i would let you know when I was on my way"? Okay so I just imagined the whole thing in my head I guess lol and even IF that were true (its not) He said he was on his way at 8pm! lol AND to top it all off he stopped responding when i sent him screen shots of the conversation. The absolute worst most disrespectful customer service, ever, Oh and here's a tip for you! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS!!! You cannot respond with WOW or REALLY? Or show up to someones house passed 11PM! That's ridiculous! DO yourself a favor and go to the apple store or just anywhere but here. Found Chris through Yelp, and had prior damge and water damage to my iPhone 6 Plus. I left the phone by Chris and gave him an idea about what I would like him to do with it. By surprise, works man like manner and also great timely manner he called me back, to come by my house and deliver the phone to me personally. My boyfriend needed his phone fixed ASAP and Chris was so accommodating with us and our schedule and made sure to give us the best price possible because we were quite frustrated with other people giving us outrageous prices for a cracked screen. HE WILL SHOW UP HOURS LATE or as other yelp users mention, he won't show at all. 9:19 am: first call & says he is driving to my neighborhood (glendale) and can fix my phone 9:42 am: I call a second time curious about an ETA and he says less than an hour. 10:52: I call him a third time, he says he'll be at my house in 15 minutes. 11:35: he texts and apologizes for being so late and says he'll be "right there." Just had my iPhone 6 worked on he did great work. I went from a stock silver phone to an all blacked out iPhone 6 Plus. Looks great and the price was fair. It's a ton of work! I called earlier this morning to have my screen (iPhone 5s) fixed. It was completely shattered. I called @ 11am and he said he would be able to fix my phone. I also appreciated the fact that he was able to come to my location and fix the phone there as well. Chris was really nice and accommodating and we even ran into a small glitch on my iPhone screen and he went out of his way to get another screen for me. He was quick and efficient and I was able to still go about my day without having to wait for a long time. Worst customer service! Never responds to texts efficiently. Always shows up two three hours later than promised. After changing the screen on my phone (which was working fine when it was cracked) phone would automatically turn off when locked. He said he would fix it and that he tried something new but he totally messed up my phone and the motherboard. I had to buy a new phone and he did not refund me my money as promised. I obliterated my cell phone screen to the point I was sure I was gonna be in the market for a new $700 phone.
