Had broken camera lens so I called in September and used his service. First of all, there's no micro fiber cloth or any wiping cloth, he simply used his t shirt to clean/wipe the phone. There's no air blower as well, nor any brushes or so, he blew the air/dust out with his mouth. (Mind there might be humidity inside the lens already) So I already didn't feel much comfortable at this point but had to let him finish the job with anxiety. He used a tiny bit of glue out of the nozzle (which I doubted it's kinda dried already) and glued the glass onto my camera. While there are noticeable air bobbles inside the lens he claims they will be gone within 24 hours. If not, he offered a "TWO MONTH WARRANTY" so there is worry free. He said he will replace a new one if the bubbles don't go away. Ok I took his word and paid a good $80 bucks for such a crappy job while hoping the bubbles will be gone. I was wrong. Those bubbles stayed till today, and at the edge of the lens there is a sharp residue apparently he didn't remove the old lens properly. I texted him back after 2 weeks of the service and remind him kindly about his warranty on the lens... I heard nothing back until now. He doesn't even care for his words. It was a dark, scary afternoon. I turned on my Macbook Pro only to see a folder with a question mark. The device was not booting up.
