A month ago my wife's Iphone 7 plus had water damaged and I was in a rush to have it fix. I did not do my research, but went on yelp to to find a place that fix iphone. Go Gadgets came up and has so many 5 stars reviews. I decided to have Go Gadgets fix it. Harry and the gangs called back and told me it going to cost $75 to fix the (software or hardware- i forgot what is was), then he advised me that i should change the battery so the iphone will perform better. Since the tech has already opened up the iphone, it will costs $50 dollars for the battery replacement. So I said why not and have Harry and the gangs do it for the total of $125. When i picked up the iphone, i asked Harry if the battery is OEM and he said yes OEM battery. After 4 months later the iphone started to act up. It would not charge or power up. I made my trip to Harry and the gangs again. Harry called and said the iphone is fixed, but again advised me that the fix is temporary. He was right after a week, it deja vu all over again. I decided not go to Harry and the gangs again, but find a new iphone repair shop. I found Tommy of iparamedics. Tommy opened up the iphone in front of me and guess what inside. It was an aftermarket battery, not OEM iphone battery. Tommy said that only Apple store has OEM battery. I didn't take his words and called Apple store, He was telling the truth. read more

Don't go here! I just stood in the lobby of the business for 30 minutes while the guy behind the counter bargained with a whole family of people for used phones. I had a new battery put in my iphone in July and it is already bad. They must have used an old battery for my replacement because it already needs replacing again! They were so unprofessional to me also. The guy actually told me to come back another time. I guess they don't need business. Avoid this place at all costs! Harry replied to me after this review accusing me of wanting to "jump ahead" of another customer, which was not the case. I simply asked if there was someone else who could come out from the back and help me with a battery replacement. I was told "No. Come back another time." Convenient for them, not for me. The wife wasn't having any of that so she did some digging around and found the fellas at GoGadget. Not only did they fixed the cracked screen they fixed her camera as well. My daughter had broken her S4 screen and while the phone powered up just fine, the screen was completely dead. The team at Gogadget quickly assessed the problem and got to work right away. The guys there are really friendly and professional and the entire job (replacing the screen) took just about an hour. My iPhone 6 was not charging when I plugged in my lighting cable and I thought the port was just going bad. I called them up, they gave me a quote and I brought it over to them. To my surprise, they only needed to clean it out and it cost half the amount since they didn't have to replace the part. My iPhone is working like new again. The bf elbowed our poor fragile ipad mini 3 and it ended up with three stripes in the middle of the screen. He tried going to the apple store to get it checked out, but there was a 2 hour wait and estimated to cost 200 bucks. He thought about buying a new lcd screen online and fixing it himself for 55 bucks, but I'm glad we came here! With the 5% discount for following them on instagram, our problem was fixed with just 85 bucks.
