I was really surprised that this store was open during COVID-19. We came as soon as they opened and Bobby helped us out. My iPhone X was ruined screen was no longer functioning. He told us that it would take only 20 minutes, and it did! It was $180 to repair because of the LCD which is a better price than most. He even gave us back the broken screen for us to see the damage which was cool. Great place! read more

I had my phone 13 pro requested for a screen repair and back repair but it ended up becoming slower after the fixes. When I arrived the front desk offered to also fix the back of my phone for 100$ extra. The phone was working completely fine and at normal speed prior to the appointment, the only problem is the screen. The phone was returned after 3 hours however, the phone keyboard and overall phone speed is running way slower than before. In addition, the sensitivity on the new screen is buggy, as it sometimes doesnt register my keystrokes. I spent 300$ for a screen fix and all I got is a slower phone and a buggy screen. After an unfortunate event where my phone got ran over a car a few times the screen+digitizer was done. I hit up Go Gadget Repairs due to the reviews and got the fastest response, fare pricing and they state they use apple screens. Drop off the phone on Monday and was given a heads up that it be done in a few hours. Swing back around and turns out the phone wasn't responding. Henry asks if I would like to further diagnose the phone a bit more I had no issue. Swing back the following day everything works, but then mentions that the rear camera is broken. I OK'd the fix. Come back the following day. Phone looks good as new! Fully functional, as I was rushing to work I didn't have time to fully inspect the phone. But I notice when I wear my polarized sunglasses the screen isn't visible and the home button was lifted. Swing back around brought it to Henry's attention and gets a new screen for me. Come back the following day and I took a closer look at the phone which now is working flawlessly but some of the paint on the bezel is missing. Annoyed, I asked for a replacement and they OK'd it After going back and forth for 5 days I finally have a phone that near perfect. Although the screen temperature is off I decided to not bring it up as I'm sure they were tired of me and I was tired of coming back and forth. I give this place 5 stars for service. As they could of turned me down, but I'm glad they were patient with me and fixing my phone. I DO wonder if they use OEM apple screens, because if they did then it would of taken just 1 screen instead of 3 screen replacements to fix my phone. read more

Took my phone here to try to repair from a water damage. Originally they said it will take 2-3 days, then it became 2 weeks, and they COULDN'T FIX the phone after all. During those 2 weeks, never given any updates. I had to call multiple times and went to the store twice. The girl, Sandra said she doesn't have control on the their technicians and just give them couple more days. Also, with the bs like, I just wanted to call you we were so busy; I got your phone back just 15 minutes ago. Finally, I got my phone back and took it to a data recovery store try to get my data back. The technician immediately point out on site that my phone were missing bottom screws and SIM card holder. After he opened the phone, logic board was bent, display cable was missing as well as the display connection shields. The phone is not recoverable. Basically, Go Gadget has stripped the phone before returning to me. A bunch of thieves! read more

Got my screen replaced here and they effed it up so the screen lifted up after about 2 months. The screen they used also had marks in the glass itself (no amount of wiping would/could get rid of the marks). The lifted part eventually snapped off, prompting a $300 repair from Apple. read more

The customer service at the store was initially very friendly and confident. My daughter broke the screen on her phone, but the phone was otherwise fine. GoGadgets agreed to fix it for us with a warranty on the work. However, after we got the phone back after the repair of the screen, we realized that the cellular service wasn't working and the phone could only function on Wi-Fi. Please note: the Wi-Fi was working fine. We had a spare phone my daughter could use and a few weeks later I took the phone to Apple for an official diagnostic . I also called AT&T and went through all of their diagnostics. Ultimately Apple gave me a diagnostic and said that the screen repair caused an issue with the antenna receiver, or something of that nature. So I took the phone back to GoGadgets and told them that Apple had said the cell issue was due to the screen repair. I even provided a screenshot of the diagnostic from Apple, i pointed out that even though they repaired the screen, they broke something else in the process and asked if they could they please fix it. I explained the diagnostics from Apple (which they rejected) and I explained that cell reception was not working and we could only use the phone in wifi. They said that they would charge for the new part and that it would be done within a week. It wasn't done within a week. Three weeks later, they were still waiting for parts and finally when they received the part a week later. When it was finally supposed to be done, they told me that they fixed the cellular problem but the phone now did not have the ability to receive Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi was working when I brought it to them! So essentially, I took it to them to fix twice (screen and cell service) and they fixed one thing but broke another thing two times (cell service and wifi). Even though there is supposed to be some sort of warranty on the repair, they kept insisting that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything. Now we are left without a phone. I would not trust these guys at all. They messed up, wasted a lot of time and ultimately made the problem worse. They should've done more for us since there was a warranty but they didn't stand behind their work. read more
