5 stars for customer service. However, 3 stars for fixing my phone. My phone, LG G3, has a particular problem where it doesn't turn on, screen fades to black, or screen flickers. I have tried different batteries and it is still the same. I have gave my phone to Go Gadget Repairs to try to fix for $100, but when they called back and said they fixed it. It wasn't truly fixed. 5 days after the temporary fix, "clear app cache and turn off permissions.", it started to flicker and the screen faded to black. Once again, I brought over my phone, and they offered a complimentary diagnostic. When they were done with the diagnostic, they told me that my phone was perfectly working during the whole time it was in the store. That was true. However, that same night, my phone just decided to give out. Nothing could power back on my phone. Deciding to mail my phone in to fix via LG repair. I realize, this isn't Go Gadget Repairs fault as LG G3 has an overheating issue, but I'm still bummed out of my $100 gone just for having a tech telling me to clear my app cache and recent apps ( as I always do that). Overall: 5 stars- Customer Service, as they really wanted to help and gave me a complimentary diagnostic AND other phone repair shops were shady/ did not want to help 3 stars- Fixing my problem for 5 days, and $100 charge on a temporary fix (no warranty) I will come back to fix cracked screen problems, now that I know there is a repair shop around me. read more

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon to get my iPhone 6s's screen fixed after I cracked the front screen. I was helped by Kevin who was super helpful and friendly. All in all the repair took about an hour and my phone looks and works as good as new and they charged me less than what other places were quoting.
