Great service! I shattered my screen on Saturday and by Monday morning I couldn't take it anymore. It was too hard to see anything on the phone. I found this place online and saw all the great reviews. Booked my appointment online for 3:00 the same day. Hector came out to my office, sat at the table and in 15 minutes I had a brand new screen. Price was great considering I didn't have to go anywhere or give up my phone for a day or more. I've already referred them to co-workers and even told my son (who shatters the screen on every phone he's ever owned). I talked to Ryan (highly recommend him- he's great!) and he was willing to drive up to meet me the same day- I waited til the next day since evenings are a little tough for me. So this review is strictly for the quality of the screen replacement. The customer service is actually really great. However I went there with my cracked screen to get it replaced. The guys at the front desk were friendly and fixed it for me no problem! I left and the next day noticed that my screen didn't turn black while I was on the phone with people causing me to accidentally mute them. I called them and they were prompt to reply and drove out to my location to fix it! So great! However since then, my screen has been very touchy. Some times the screen turns off, other times I'm cheek dialing. The screen also didn't feel secure on my phone and it just recently cracked again with the weight of my notebook (it was in my backpack). To be honest the quality I felt was unacceptable for the price I paid. And while I feel horrible writing this review as the customer service was incredible, I'm extremely frustrated that after the quality issues my phone re cracked without it even dropping. Sorry guys, but unless your quality of screen improves I probably won't be back. read more

I can't even believe how much Hector helped me out today! My Iphone 6 decided to stop charging, and after reading (apparently) terrible advice online, I thought my only solution was to have the port replaced. Hector contacted me very quickly this morning after I emailed him for a quote through Yelp. He was super friendly and told me how to clean it properly myself, and that the cleaning should do the trick. He could've easily charged me a ridiculous fee and cleaned it himself, but no - he is obviously one of the few "good ones" out there who run an honest business! I did exactly what he said, and a huge chunk of lint that was smashed against the back of my port came out - exactly like he said it would. I'm actually shocked that's all it took! I called this company to have the back of my iPhone 4s replaced. I tried booking the appointment online but the service option for the back screen wasn't working nor was it showing a price for the service. I called and was told that it would be $35 and to select another option on the website that was working and put the specifics for my repair in the notes and that I was quoted $35. I scheduled the appointment for the next day online using the option for the front screen repair and put all the specifics in my notes. I received a call from Matthew an hour before my scheduled time and the technician told me he hadn't read the notes so he didn't have the right part with him but that he would go back and get one but it would be about an hour after my appointment time. I asked if he could come to a different address because I had plans later and he said yes, I was glad he was being flexible. Later, I got another call that when he went to get the part, he didn't have any with the iPhone logo but that he could get one for me the next day and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. We rescheduled. I then received a text that said he forgot it was saturday and they are closed Sunday--could we reschedule for Monday? I said sure and gave him an address and list of available times. He texted back and said he would call me to give me a time. I never received a call that Monday. I then called the main number again and explained all this. Instead of any apologies or efforts to make it right, I was told that they were aware of the situation and that there was a note that I had said I would call the rep--not true as evident in the text he sent me saying he would call me. They further told me that they actually could not get me a replacement with the logo. This was a total waste of time--the scheduling didn't work, the work-around they gave me was inefficient because the rep didn't read it, they didn't follow through on scheduling and finally they couldn't even get the part I needed and could have just told me that up front. When I told them I would just find someone else, they literally just said "Okay, have a good day." What kind of business doesn't care about leaving a customer without the services they promised, frustrated and with a bad impression? read more

BEWARE FINGER PRINT SCANNER QUIT WORKING AFTER SCREEN REPLACEMENT. The service was quick (15 mins) and the price was only $80. However, once I got my iPhone 6 back the fingerprint scanner no longer worked. I went back into the store before leaving the parking lot to ask about it and the guy that replaced my screen acted like the finger print scanner going out was something that happens sometimes to iPhones and dismissed the fact that it was because of the new screen. If I wasn't getting the screen fixed to trade in it would have been a much bigger deal. Be careful with this place. read more

They came to my office and replaced my phone screen in about 20 minutes. After a couple of days, my phone display started having other problems.
