Go elsewhere. Very rude and not understanding. After purchasing a new phone I had to go back 8 times for instruction. They give you a 5 minute review of the phone. Then you are on your own. The phone itself if unbelievable. Still learning all the options on it though. When I tried to return it I was told that I would be charged the same price that I was paying for the new phone. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I came in to the store to buy a prepaid unlimited sim card for an unlocked phone. The salesman insisted this required a cash payment only. I foolishly paid the $65. The sim card he gave us did not work in either of 2 unlocked phones we had. He insisted the card was good and refused to return our money. Some customers left the store upon seeing us being scammed, at which point the salesman called police, because he was losing potential business. The police heard our stories and privately told me I had indeed been scammed. Unfortunately they did not have authority to take any action. We later went to a different Verizon store and asked about the sim card. They examined it and told us the card was never activated and, in fact, is a type that Verizon discontinued use of many years ago. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the NYS Attorney General's consumer complaint division, and have corresponded to Verizon directly. Hopefully Verizon will remove this thief's authorization to sell their services. read more

This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced by far. Rude, incompetent, and seeming lack of structure and common sense with no manners at all. I had placed an order online to be picked up at this store based on the Verizon systems inventory, when my phone was not ready almost 24 hours later I called to ask on the status of the order. The girl who answered took my phone number and said she'd call back in an hour. 2.5 hours later with no phone call I decided to go to the store assuming they were probably very busy and that is why the phone call was not returned. Upon entering the store, with 1 customer in it, no one took the time to acknowledge I was there for at least 5 minutes. No greeting, no "we'll be with you in a few moments," nothing. Finally, a girl came out from the back and asked if I needed help. I told her that I had called and was looking for a particular iPhone. She finished my sentence clearly realizing I had call and at no point apologized for not returning my call. She then said that she was in training and the other associate would have to help me. She then sat down and twiddled her thumbs. Eventually a man, I'm assuming the manager, came out from the back, spoke with the girl and left the store. Again, never acknowledging that I was standing there. A decent while later, the store phone rang, the girl picked up, spoke with who I can only assume was the manager, and approached me to tell me she had permission to help me now. I again told her what phone I had ordered (at no point did anyone check the computer system) and she went to the back and came out with the phone in all of the colors, besides the one I had ordered to be picked up based on their inventory. The other associate, then told her to go check a second location. She returned again and said they didn't have it, and the other associate confirmed. After explaining again that the order was placed with customer service based on their inventory he said it wasn't his fault and that I would have to call customer service to cancel the order.... having worked in retail I know that his store should have cancelled due to failure to complete the order. At no point did anyone offer an apology or take ownership for the issue that was caused by the issue with their inventory. Horrible experience that could've been avoided with the slightest bit of common sense and common courtesy. read more

Today was a very good day because I finally met two competent technicians that were able to resolve my mothers long time problems with her iPhone 6 Plus. We have visited over 5 Verizon wireless locations as well as the Apple Store in manhasset and no one but Japneet & Ameet were able to fix her iPhone issue. She now has a properly working phone. They lied to us! From all my calls ( hours and hours) with Verizon, I finally found that they falsely represented the programs and deals they sold us, which we didn't find out until months later when their promises never panned out and our bills kept going up . We went there to look at new plans, they sold us on a great deal, only to find out from Verizon itself that they lied about the plan they signed us up for. after many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to fix the issues including getting billed monthly twice the amount that we agreed to and going back to the store many times, they refused to help. Here's an actual quote when we got the phones "you'll have 5G now and it will be so much faster". Here's a quote from my last time in the store trying to address the problems "5G is not yet available on Long Island" Please, do yourself a favor and don't get caught in the same trap we did! read more

They know their business well but I didn't realize I should have come here with my negotiating face on. You can get a cheaper phone on the verizon website, but thats probably obvious to many people. What I didn't appreciate mainly was that the manager told me I was going to love him for the price of the phone only for me to find out I was charged $110 more than the verizon website price and while I was in the store I asked an associate and he told me he couldn't match the price. Good people but its a dirtier industry than I thought. read more

Well if you need a cell phone or a new service, look no further cuz these guys are the best when it comes to offering promotions and honest prices. They get pretty busy in the evening so I suggest go in the morning or afternoon so you don't have to wait for your turn. The customer service is numero uno! read more

What a big disappointment with "Raj" the store owner and or manager! When we went in August to buy our phones he was tripping over himself to help us, even tho he was double taking. Still personable fast forward to today my tempered glass needed to be replaced and I waited patiently for him for 25 mins, since the other employee was a new trainee. Raj finally came to help me he interrupted my assistance by taking 3 phone calls then a woman walked in and needed to purchase a tempered glass for her daughters phone. He dropped me like a HOT POTATO as if my time wasn't important and by then I've been in the store now ONE WHOLE HOUR!!!!! Now he's double taking and can't seem to remember my name in the account as he's ringing & continuing to assist this customer.
