Wednesday, 3-25-2026: I have been here several times for different needs. Today I had an ultrasound. On Monday, I had a 2nd mammogram. I need to return in April for a biopsy. The waiting room is spacious with a plethora of comfortable seating and is immaculately clean & bright. As are their interior rooms where lockers are provided and the rooms where their equipment are situated. I have always had the best experience here. The ladies at reception are always professional & friendly. I never have to wait long except the lines can be long on occasion. My technician today was Breanna (sorry if it's misspelled!) and she was very friendly, kind, and caring. All the technicians I have encountered in the past were so professional and so sweet! They immediately put you at ease with their caring demeanor. I'm so glad this facility is close to home. Their online platform is convenient & makes it easy to schedule appointments. read more

Temecula Valley Imaging 25455 Medical Center Dr. Murrieta, CA Suite 100 April 1, 2026 MRI breast- Waited 1 hour, the AC was not good. Crowded in waiting room. The chairs seats are all torn. Some ceiling tiles missing. Desk personnel is not friendly. The 1 bathroom in the waiting room is very dirty- to many people using it and no one doing clean up. TV is on repeat every 5 minutes advertising cancer screening. This is a very understaffed and poorly managed company. I have had some bad experiences here and gave up on using them several years ago. Because this location is only minutes from where I live, recently I returned for my annual mammogram and all went well. Front counter check in went well. My appointment went smoothly. I'm not ready to give more than three stars at this time. I will try more return visits before deciding if more stars are deserved. read more

I'm surprised that the average rating of this place is low. I have been getting my exams here for a couple of years and each time has been great. At least in terms of getting a mammogram. The staff are super efficient and I usually finish within 15 minutes from my appointment time on average. The dressing rooms are very feminine, well decorated, and comfy. Even the gown tops are girly. They are pink. I love it! The staff do an excellent job as they are knowledgeable and I feel they are so passionate and love their job. If they are having a bad day, you wouldn't be able to tell as they are all professional. Everyone from the front desk to the back. I opted for the AI-based technology for extra. I figure it's worth it if it helps to detect cancer sooner. I will continue to get tested here. This is a reminder for you or someone you love to get checked. Don't wait. read more

Absolutely the worst place in town for a walk in. My son broke his leg, doctor sent us for a stat xray and when i walked in i waited 30 minutes in walk in line without even taking my paperwork. They kept taking appointments that were walking in. The appointment line would clear out and someone would walk up they would ask them if they had an appointment and if they did, they would move them to front of line. Been here a couple times now and I don't entirely remember the experience the first time besides that they were suuuper busy when I took one of my kids to get a scan for something. So I'd say the visit was fine... Came here again recently to get my elbow scanned and holy cow, one of the young girls up at front desk with glasses was super rude... I get that it was later in the day, but she had some major attitude towards everyone checking in Once inside, the tech was fine and scan went okay, but like the other reviews say, the customer service here is definitely questionable read more

This is part of the RADNET group, which should be avoided if at all possible. I've been to three different RADNET locations in the last three years and every experience has been appallingly awful. At this location, they've lost my appointment, mis-scheduled the wrong block of time, canceled 10 min before my scheduled time, and demanded large sums of money upfront that contradict what their phone agents and my insurance stated. I'd rather go to San Diego than ever deal with this company again. read more

Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging is within the RADNET network of providers by my medical insurance. The locations I frequented in the past years are in both in Beverly Hills and am so glad for this Temecula location, so I didn't have to travel back there to BH have some procedures done. Some of the specialty procedures this office conducts: X-rays, CT scans, MRIs...I had the later done over 2 weeks. As medical facilities go, the office was clean and neat. The front office staff were helpful but always seem inundated with their tasks. Having the bulk of the paperwork done via email seemed to help reduce my wait time to be actually seen close to my appointment time. Choosing to have medical procedures done within the same network who has conducted my past procedures and has documented all reports saves them and me time with paperwork. I hate having an appointment time and then having to wait a long stretch of time, which defeats having an appointment, that didn't happen here. The medical staff who worked with me were nice, helpful and seemed to do a thorough job. I was told results would be ready in about a week which was standard. I didn't want to call and harass them to hurry, because I wanted them to continue to be thorough with any findings. After over 2 weeks of anxious waiting, I finally received results which was favorable to me...yay!! Results report also sent to me by my primary doctor to confirm good news which made my day, my month, my year until next years appointment with fingers crossed. Had an overall positive experience and would recommend Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. read more

Not good place when you need an urgent or stat test. Do not have your physician waste their time sending you here. My mom has had all of her STAT and URGENT tests scheduled wrong, not able to be done at the last minute. In the end, we just simply travel to UCSD and get the tests done. If your test in non-urgent, than Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging is sufficient. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because of the service and friendliness with all employees I came in contact with! I would've given five, but there was a 45 minute wait for my mammogram, but I was on time at 7:45 am for my appointment. It seems that the lines can get long if you are not one of the first VERY early am appointments. By the time I walked out however, the line to check in seemed to have died down - that was at about 9:45 am. I'd come back as long as I came super early- the waiting room was pretty packed by the time they called me in at 8:30am and the place is huge. Any other time I've had super early morning appointments it's not bad at all because you're one of the first ones called. But by the time I have left these early morning appointments, I notice that it's gotten really busy. Hope this makes sense and helps someone. read more

This company is filled with incompetence. I called on 1/8/26 and spoke with Sherry to make an appointment for MRI's and X-rays on both shoulders. I was scheduled for 1/15/26, at the Temecula location on Rancho Puebla. On 1/14/26, I received a message that my appointment was cancelled because despite the fact I gave all of my information to Sherry, they now discover I am "too big" for the MRI machine. I called and was told by Ralph that the system was down and that I needed to call back later to reschedule. I was called later and spoke with Sophia and rescheduled at the De Portola location at 1/15/26 just 20 minutes later at 6:30. I was told my MRI was scheduled and to walk in early for my Xray. I showed up today at 5:45 and was told by ???? At the counter that the location does not take walk in patients for X-rays after 6 pm. When I pointed out it was now only 5:50, she just ignored me. The next woman in line behind me walked to a different window and said she was walking in for an X-ray and was checked in without issue. When I walked back to the window to ask about my X-ray I was told the tech wanted me to reschedule mine despite the fact the person without an appointment who was behind me was allowed. I asked to speak with the manager! The tech came out to get me prior to me being able to speak with a manager. When I asked the tech about the manager, I was told that there were no managers working. It appears that the lady at the counter was bluffing when she said she was going to have to ask the manager for advice on how to handle my situation and that I called her bluff when I told her I wanted to speak with the manager. I want to be clear. This Yelp has nothing to do with the quality of the service that was received by the technicians who did my MRI and x-ray and everything to do with the incompetence that started with the first person that answered the phone and scheduled the appointments to the person who works the counter at the location. If you are in management for this company, you should be well aware that the low level employees you are hiring who make the first impression on your consumers are killing your business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience involving Dr. Carmodi and Crystal in radiology. I was referred by my primary Dr. due to a significant family history of breast cancer my sister had a mastectomy at age 30, and both my mother and grandmother have had breast cancer. I expressed concerns about breast tenderness, but was told by Crystal that Dr. Carmodi did not feel this warranted further evaluation or an appointment. She also mentioned that imaging would likely not be covered by insurance as if that alone is a reason not to have it done. For context, I am 27 years old, and standard guidelines recommend screening beginning at least five years prior to the age at which a first-degree relative was diagnosed. Given my family history and symptoms, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than appropriately addressed. read more

Have been a customer for many years and have watched RADNET steadily go downhill. The staff at the facilities are for 95% of the time professional and accommodating however attempting to make an appointment today was refused on the phone for lack of an insurance number to provide the scheduler who had just called my Doctors office to confirm the request that the doctors office had faxed over this morning that they could find....... the confirmation didn't request the insurance information at the same time, and stated I would be forced to pay a cash price if it wasn't provided during the phone call. Have had changes in insurance before and they simply ask for your card when you arrive and take the insurance information at that time, the scheduler "Chad B." stated they would not do that and it would be a cash only price Not subject to change. This is unacceptable as the cost is fully covered by insurance and it would appear this company wants your money over your health insurance, and are not accommodating in this situation. read more

Early this month, I had an MRI. I'm upset with the incompetence! I have cancer & they said I had surgery to remove my left kidney (nephrectomy)! I never had surgery to remove my kidney! They said I have a gallbladder! No I don't! It was removed in 2001! They did the same thing on my last PET CT in October 2025!! This Dr needs to be fired & lose his license!! These mistakes can kill people! There are multiple other mistakes on other organs in the report. They are not looking at what was said on previous reports! I am beside myself with stress over this!! You can't talk them & get them to listen to you about their very very crucial repeated mistakes. I have a call in for my Dr Office & I call my insurance & made a claim. My first complaint is not being able to get a hold of anybody at this office for 4 days straight. Once I got there I let them know I called another number that they had which seems like it was out of the country and the gentleman told me I could come in for my hand X-rays at the same time I was coming in here for another test that I did schedule online I knew I possibly might have to wait quite a while for the x-rays but that wasn't a problem. Once I get here they tell me they don't do x-rays here and the guy on the phone sorry but they don't always know everything they told me . Well when you have a job and you have to schedule to get off work and cannot take time off for everything trying to get this together for one day was important to me because I can't take any more time off for another 4 weeks to do something . The brunette behind the counter was rude and not helpful and very short I watched her from my chair be rude to other people walking in behind me I would put her name but I don't want to go that far . I ended up walking out not even having my appointment today I will never go back to this facility again and this is probably my second time in a year that I've attempted to do something at one of their facilities I recommend going anywhere over here don't let this company have your money they're buying out all the small ones and taking over and making us feel like we're a number here . Whoever is the office manager needs to be replaced. They really don't care too much about customer service. The check in process is wild. There's 3 lines but they'll Just call up random people. You'll definitely have to speak up because you could be waiting in line for 10-15 minutes then someone else walks right in and they call them up. Then they send you upstairs to an office that says have a seat and a tech will call you up. Except the tech is no where to be found. There was a lady who was in there and waiting way before me. Talked to the office people downstairs and they just said there's nothing they can do about it. Such horrible service. But then again who else is there really to go to in the valley. I'm guessing that's why the service is so bad. They know they're the only ones around here. Just be prepared to wait a while. read more

I received a call from Radnet after my mammogram that I needed to come back for another mammogram and ultrasound. I made my appointment when they called. The earliest they had was 2 weeks out. I arrived for my appointment this morning and they said they needed approval from my insurance before I could get the mammogram. I was so upset! They had two weeks to get the approval and didn't bother to get it then blamed my primary doctor. My primary doctor had nothing to do with this appointment. I would not recommend this company. They don't care about the patients and are too lazy to do their jobs. Shame on them to call me with a problem on my mammogram and schedule me another one and waiting two weeks wondering what the problem may be only to turn me away from my appointment because they didn't get prior approval. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled check-in time of 6:40 PM, having already filled out all my information online so I wouldn't have to do it there. My appointment was set for 6:50 PM, but I wasn't called back until 7:15 PM. I was already feeling anxious about having the MRI done, and the extended wait time definitely made things worse. When I was taken to the changing area, I was surprised to find that it wasn't very clean or organized. There were gowns scattered all over the place, and the room I was put into had a gown worn by someone else on the ground! It did not feel sanitary or well-maintained. After I finished, I asked if I should place my gown in the basket provided outside of the room, and they simply said, "Sure." I understand that delays can happen, especially if earlier patients require extra time, but I do feel that being mindful of other people's time is important, this is the reason we schedule appointments. Perhaps spacing out appointments or having more staff available would help create a smoother experience for everyone. read more

Such a disorganized and inconsiderate center. Doctor prescribed meds for self sedation due to severe claustrophobia. I was told to arrive by 11am for my 12pm appointment. Was told not to take self sedating medication until tech instructs me to do so. Medication is supposed to be taken 1 hour before procedure. They said they're running behind. Was told they would let me know when to start taking meds. They finally call my name and told me that they can do the procedure right now but nobody told me to take my meds an hour before. I told them I kept asking them when to take my meds and they kept saying to wait and it absolutely ridiculous to just suddenly ask a severely claustrophobic individual to try and do the imaging without the sedation meds. So it's 12:45 and told me that I have to wait an additional since THEY failed with communication on their part. I also asked to speak to the office manager and was told they're currently in a meeting. Based on all the bad reviews, maybe the office manager needs to spend less time in "meetings" and actually be present to oversee their failed procedures. This place seems to be pissing off more people than the DMV and post office combined. Update...message from provider "Thank you for your feedback. It you would like to speak to the manager, please send us a convenient phone number and we will have them reach out to you. My reply.. Incredible how a place that already has my contact info still manages to fumble follow-up this badly. The receptionist literally tried to reach out to you yesterday while I was standing right there--yet somehow, no one thought to relay my info or even keep it for the manager. That's not just a dropped ball, that's a full-blown collapse of basic communication, organization, and any shred of empathy. The whole staff seems blissfully unaware of what proper procedure even looks like, and the office manager? Might as well be a ghost, given how often they're MIA. It's no surprise, considering the tidal wave of bad reviews this place racks up. It was better than 2021, which required 4 hours of waiting and constant checking just to be told we weren't on the schedule and hadn't been checked-in. That time we left, so I guess this was better? So today, imagine a herd of cows in a pen. Imagine your daughter is one of said animals and has been told to check in 20 minutes prior. She was told to fill her bladder beginning at 12:30, and didn't get seen until 3. We sat in the waiting room for an hour. I wouldn't take my animals here. read more

Made an appointment for 3 CTs and a mammogram. Was told to be there at 12:40pm. The day before, i got a call that the mammogram portion of my appointment would need to be rescheduled because they wouldn't have a technician available. Not once, did the time of my appointment get brought up. So, I checked in at 12:30pm. At 2:15pm, after waiting over an hour and half, I approached the receptionist asking for an update. She told me there was 1 more patient ahead of me. Well, what does that mean? I don't know that person's procedure. I don't know what timeframe that is. So she tells me that my appointment is at 2:40pm and she's not sure who called me and told me to come in early. No one called me and told me to come in early. I was told to come at 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:30pm. Then she asked me, "what do you want me to do about it?" I told her I would like it if they would keep people informed and communicate. She responded by saying AGAIN, "so, what do you want me to do about it?" What?!?! Rude! So I said, "I want to not have to sit and wait 2 hours past my appointment. " She once again responded by saying, "well, it's too late for that, so what do you want me to do about it, now?" I was livid and may or may not have told her that I wanted her to stop being a f***ing b***h. To which she replied that she hasn't been rude to me and she won't allow me to cuss at her. To which I replied that just because she didn't cuss at me doesn't mean she wasn't rude. My mother was brought to this place for a CT Scan today and according to her, the CT Tech was rude, impolite and impatient. My mother is 92 years old who suffers from dementia and among other things. A little compassion and bedside manner would not hurt specially if your patient is as fragile as my mother. I talked at the scheduling department again (because they didn't speak good English they couldn't understand me, nor could I them) ... and tried to explain why I was calling. 100% would never return here or recommend to anyone. I went for an ultra sound 6 weeks ago and the woman at the front desk was SO rude. I was given conflicting information about how to prepare for the ultrasound and she was dismissive and snapped at me, demanding I sign a waiver that contradicted what I was previously told. I actually told her in that moment that she needed to be kinder to people, as everyone there is likely scared due to the procedure they're having... she seemed taken aback that I actually spoke up. I waited an hour for my appointment due to being "short staffed" that day. Beyond that part of the experience, I'm LIVID with this facility. I was told I had to pay in full for the ultrasound even before having it. I just saw that my insurance reimbursed the provider 4 weeks ago for part of the cost and they haven't reimbursed me!!! I smell a class action lawsuit against them. How are they going to get reimbursement from someone's insurance, who already paid IN FULL, and not send it back to that person?!! I feel bad for patients with cancer or health issues, being on the phone for the longest time to book an appointment while having the fear of cancer in their mind. The scheduling department is a disgrace. They take 1 hour to schedule an appointment. The system takes forever to load, they say. Then, You show up and they run 1 hour behind schedule or they did not receive the order form or whatever. Somebody did not do their job properly. This location on Deportola is always packed. The people are nice. I don't appreciate the billing department. They take my primary and secondary insurance and they still bill it wrong. They email me a bill with no explanation... Just a button to push that says pay now. So then I have to call and ask why I'm being charged. They said they have the incorrect insurance which I provide every time. And they said to ignore the email that says to pay now. I asked them why they sent me a bill with no explanation and I was told the bill will come letter. I asked why they are asking me to pay with no explanation and I was told it's just the way the system goes. I don't appreciate getting a bill with no explanation and just a button to push that says pay now especially when it's wrong.. I think they can do better. The scan results they posted in my app are blurry and non viewable even by my DR which caused me to have to drive back and get a copy on disc. I shouldn't have had to do that. This place has terrible customer service in the front and now I remember why I haven't had a mammogram in a few years and it's because this place is rude!! The front did not even ask me if my doctor was correct. I found out in the back they had an orthopedic I saw in 2023 as my Dr. pretty sure he doesn't want my mammogram. Radnet, particularly this location needs a complete overhaul with their practices, policies, procedures and patient care and treatment. I had a procedure several weeks ago, after numerous times of it being rescheduled. At the appointment there was quite a delay due to a missing piece of vital equipment that left me sitting in a very uncomfortable position for longer than necessary time. I was informed the results from this procedure would be provided to my primary doctor in 5-10 days. After this timeframe, without any communication from this facility or my doctor I called to see if my results had been received. I was told they were uploaded nearly two weeks ago but had not been sent to my provider. I waited another week and finally contact my doctor to find out what was going on. My doctor was able to access their Radnet portal to retrieve my results. My doctor stated that they had the results, however, the physician who should be proving them the results had not reviewed nor updated the results. She provided the results so that I can move forward with next steps. I called Radnet this morning to voice my concerns, and spoke to the office manager, Myra. I was informed by her that the radiologist to perform my procedure and was responsible for reviewing the results and notifying my physician had been out of the office since the day after my procedure. Apparently, no one has been assigned or responsible for reviewing any test results during this period. A total of over three weeks. These irresponsible actions by this facility have caused a delay in my care. This review is being left in the event anyone else has had testing performed since March 13. If so, and you have not received your results, I urge you to reach out to your provider and let them know. Especially, if these results may seriously impact your health. read more

This location specifically is like a cattle call. They are overloaded with appointments and it reflects in the time you wait in line for checkin alone. This is the second time I've been to this location for an ultrasound and both times I have waited over 50 minutes. This first time they messed something up upon checkin and today (I was late about 7 minutes) but they checked me in knowing that and had me take a seat. The wait in line made me about 15 minutes behind my scheduled time. I sat down and waited about 35 minutes and checked with the front desk. They didn't have an answer other than they were waiting another 5-10 minutes to hear back from the ultrasound tech. The staff is nice, they are extremely overloaded.
