The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. The front was professional, efficient (not very friendly today), but the guy got me checked in quick and I was called back within a few minutes. That person transferred me to what was supposed to be the MRI department because they were unable to help me, but sent me to the wrong place where I had to repeat all my information again just to find out they are not the MRI department and they needed to transfer me to a third person who hardly spoke English, spoke too quickly, did not listen, and definitely did not understand how to answer questions. One of the WORST scheduling experiences I've ever had and I will not be recommending Radnet to anyone, I am assuming based on this experience that the outsource their scheduling, why does such a large practice have to outsource something as important as medical scheduling to a foreign country? The appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm, we arrived at 5:37. We were greeted and checked in immediately, copayment was taken and by 5:48 my family member was taken in for imaging. No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great. I'm not sure how long walk in/no appointments wait time is. But as far as appointments, it was very easy, fast and straightforward.

However, the patient experience was significantly undermined by shortcomings in customer service and communication. The front desk staff, consisting primarily of younger individuals, engaged in personal conversations and flirtatious interactions among themselves. This behavior created an unprofessional atmosphere that was particularly inappropriate given the serious health concerns of the patients present, many of whom appeared somber and anxious. The environment resembled a casual social setting rather than a professional medical facility. Additionally, the handling of my MRI results fell well short of expectations. I was initially informed that the report would be available within one week. This timeline was later adjusted to seven business days. Despite checking the patient portal on numerous occasions--more than twenty-five times--the report did not appear. When I finally reached a staff member who confirmed the report had been completed, I was assured it would be emailed and posted to the portal within the hour. Neither occurred. Subsequent calls required repeated entry of my date of birth and zip code, only to encounter staff who mumbled, failed to listen attentively to questions, and relied on repeating a limited set of talking points. A later interaction revealed an even longer delay, with one representative stating that it could take up to 14 days to send the email report. In a field where patients are often dealing with significant health uncertainties, clear, empathetic, and efficient communication is essential. RadNet Temecula Valley's operational efficiency is commendable, but improvements in staff professionalism, training, and follow-through on reporting timelines are urgently needed to better serve patients. The radiologist never sign off on them, and my Doctor never received them. To day is the 16th day, and the results are still showing 'unavailable' on my Patient Portal. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE!
