I am a manager for a care home for severely handicapped adolescents and young adults. I also work very close with their staff member Trisha that oversees our client's medications. Clayworth brings true "customer service" back. Our needs are ALWAYS taken care of. And as sometimes happens, things come up.....Problems.......That could prevent my residents from receiving their medications. Doctors who forget to send over prescriptions. Clayworth staff works very closely with the doctors. Medi-Cal trying not to pay. Clayworth staff knows their stuff and if there is a way to get Medi-Cal to pay for my residents meds, they do find a way. We call in a refill at the last minutes. Clayworth stays focused on making sure my clients have their medication. Period. When one of my residents was having breathing issues and needed an asthma medicine STAT, Clayworth's priority was to get our resident the medication, and work it out with the doctor. When they get stalled on their job of getting my client's their medications they call us right away. 9 times out 10 we work together and get the client the medication they need in these situations. The other 1 time we may have to wait on paperwork, but we always get our medication for our residents.
