No sauce no silverware no napkins
    Omar M.

From the moment I arrived, the host Mr Quintin looked like he didn't even want to be there. He just gestured for me to sit anywhere(because it wasn't bussy) without saying a word walking behind me dragging his feet on his thousand pound boots. About five minutes later, he came to take my order. I asked for two hot chocolates and two cups of water, but before I could even finish ordering, he walked away to get on his phone and ignored us completely. When he finally brought the drinks, the hot chocolate was watered down( on a cup to go no whip cream) and he never once asked if we needed anything. This time had to speak louder to just to get his attention before he walked away to place my order. The food came out dry, and still no one checked on us no refills no sauce no silverware no napkins but Mr Quintin on his phone. Then, half way through the meal, he dropped off the check - no "How's everything?" or offer to refill drinks. What makes it worse is that the place wasn't even busy. I was the only table when I arrived, and it only got slightly busy later when two more tables came in. I'd understand if they were slammed, but this was just lazy and careless. I was the only table at the restaurant then two other tables got busy 3 tables you had to tend to really ? Really disappointing experience. Poor attitude, zero attention, and bad food service. Definitely not what I expect but I still left you a tip maybe you buy some attitude with it . Btw. I saw 3 guys no uniform one of them looked like Maui from Moana but white he was making his own drinks in the kitchen I should of done the same

It's IHOP. The place was clean, service was friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable and the food is solid. This IHOP met all my expectations. Never going to be a Michelin Restaurant, but they were good for needs.

Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Crepes: they had garlic flavor from whatever they grilled before and the lemon was a 1/4 slice on the side. The crepes were cooked well and the blueberry sauce was good, but the filling did not taste like ricotta cheese, more like icing. They should've kept the original recipe. Service was great, restaurant was clean and tidy.

Super Slow Service, 30 minutes After We Ordered they told us they don't have the item. Waitress was super nice, but the kitchen should had told her they didn't have it when we ordered the very common food. The environment was very nice. Lots of room probably because of how slow they are is the reason they have a lot of spaces. Waited 35 minutes for food. The food was cold.

    Poor service!!

Husband and me have been driving since Tulsa. Wanted food before hitting the hay. Decided on this IHOP down the street from our hotel. BIG MISTAKE! We've been sitting here for 20 minutes. Hostess was nice enough, but NO acknowledgement of our presence! Another couple seated after us got waited on, but we did not even get a wave or a glass of water... it's not this place was even busy... this place has the worst servers I've ever had. I am ready to leave. I'll try my elsewhere.

Friendly staff and good food as to be expected from IHOP. Did the coffee mugs get smaller or am I just imagining things?

The atmosphere feels like stepping into your local VFW without the smoke. The service was warm and friendly--like having your mom or grandma waiting on you. Nothing over the top, just genuinely pleasant. I asked my server for a recommendation, and she suggested the two-egg breakfast, which comes with a choice of sides, including their famous "World's Best Pancake." With a name like that, I had to give it a try. I ordered soft-scrambled eggs, hash browns, and the World Famous pancake. The eggs were decent but needed a little help from the salt and pepper. The hash browns were standard diner fare. The "World's Best Pancake," however, was a major disappointment. It was sticky, gooey, and lacked any real structure. Honestly, it reminded me more of undercooked cake batter than a pancake. The syrup didn't taste like maple either--it seemed more like a basic corn syrup, simple pancake syrup. Overall, the friendly service was the highlight of the meal, but the food, especially the signature pancake, didn't live up to the hype. Nothing wrong with this place and nothing phenomenal either.

What we found was more of a diner that also served coffee. To be fair, the food was good! Our family had omelets and pancakes and bacon and more...everyone enjoyed their breakfast, but the "house coffee" was a pot on a burner that your served yourself, because the one lady they had running the register, taking orders, and running food had a line out the door (which was a good sign, I guess.) I had the Fixx 1, a two-egg combo, but someone else had ordered something similar and I got their order instead. She apologized and asked what she could do to make up for it, and they ended up comping my wife's omelet, which I appreciated. Prices were not bad at all, food was good, and the ambiance was friendly, if a bit dark. I think it would serve them better to rebrand as a diner and embrace that good breakfast menu, that way someone ordering a vanilla latte won't be surprised when it comes in a styrofoam cup.

Our waitress was very nice I like how she attended to us regularly but not too much, if you know what I mean. Some men walking around playing guitars came to our table and my daughter lit up! My husband gave them some cash and they played you are my sunshine for her and she was dancing and giggling. Best thing we ever did! It's a tad loud because it is a big place and of course people cheering for any contenders who take part in the steak challenge, but we would come again. But it might be best to make a reservation ahead of time.

But if your idea of culinary heaven involves a grease-stained paper liner, an old-school Texas roadhouse vibe, and a burger that requires structural support, you have arrived at the right place. Nestled just a few blocks off Interstate 40 in a historic, diminutive former dance hall moved wholesale from neighboring Claude, Texas, Coyote Bluff is tiny. With only about 12 tables packed into its 1,000 square feet, the atmosphere is alive with a loud, friendly hum, a dirt parking lot, and a vintage bathtub floating full of ice and cold beer bottles. The place is amazing!!!! The unique steaming process is really amazing. You have to try the chili cheese fries to go with it. The menu keeps its focus tight, centering around half-pound patties of lean Texas ground beef cooked to order. While traditional options like the Hickory Burger and the Green Chili Cheese Burger are stellar, the undisputed heavyweight titleholder here is the legendary Burger from Hell. I had to try it, my wife opted for the Chicken Fried Steak. Many approach the "Hell Burger" with great trepidation, expecting it to be more of a gimmick built strictly on painful, mouth-numbing heat. Instead, it offers a beautifully layered flavor profile. The beef patty with Tabasco and their proprietary "Coyote Hell Sauce," then smothers it in gooey melted cheese, grilled onions, and fresh, vibrant sautéed jalapeños. It arrived on a toasted onion bun, it lands a solid 7 out of 10 on the heat scale. But rather than scorching your palate, it wraps it in a vinegary, spicy, deeply savory warmth. This place also serves up classic, heavy-hitting Texas roadhouse appetizers: Each of these are amazing sides and are worth of mentioning, First the Cheese Fries with Green Chiles, which I had with my burger and my wife had with her Chicken fried steak, it is served on a massive aluminum platter, these fresh-cut fries are heavily blanketed in melted cheese and mild green chiles. They are a mandatory companion to the burgers.  Other appetizers worth of note, are the Texas Red Chili & Green Chili Stew: The thick, hearty green chili stew is packed with meat and mild green peppers, offering a wonderful warming comfort, especially during cool Panhandle days.  and any of the Fried options ranging from baskets of battered fried pickles, garlic mushrooms, and stuffed jalapeños. Because everything is cooked to order and the dining room is incredibly compact, expect a wait during lunch rushes or weekends. However, that time spent waiting in the dirt lot among locals and passing road-trippers is part of the charm. Coyote Bluff Cafe doesn't try to be anything other than a spectacular, small-town Texas burger joint, and it executes that identity flawlessly. This is a MUST Stop in Texas
