Probably the saddest IHOP that I have ever been to. Food was served cold and came out randomly rather than whole meal all together. Was given enough gravy for half a biscuit and was charged to get more to cover the other half. When you get biscuits and gravy I would expect the biscuits to be covered coming out but if you for some reason do a side instead as they did, you still give enough to cover. The wait time was quick. The young lady was friendly. Our waitress Emma was fantastic! That's where the great place ends!!!! We waited over an hour for our meal. I always order scrambled eggs dry. When we finally got our order(Emma kept asking about our meal which the cook bit her head off). The pancakes were cold, the butter wouldn't even melt! My dry scrambled eggs were in a 3" square brown and the inside was almost raw. I couldn't eat them. So no pancakes,the eggs were bad. The bacon was good and the water was great. My husband also was served cold pancakes, his bacon, lemp and undercooked. Needless to say, we will not be going back there. The cook should be fired! He was so rude to all the waitresses and the food sucked. The bill was almost $50.00 for a breakfast we couldn't eat. I would give it 0 but the greeter and Emma were fabulous! I would say the service was bad but we literally didn't even get any. We got sat told them what we wanted to drink and never saw anyone again lol.. over 15 minutes for a water and OJ THAT NEVER CAME not to mention there looked like there was about 8 servers and one 6 top in the whole building. They must be struggling for staffing. The wait for food was painful. We were way into lunchtime by the time our food came out. They were reluctant to refill drinks or check on us. Looked like a manager had to take over cooking. Everything was cold and appeared to be pre-made then microwaved. Cold pancakes that couldn't melt the butter. Service was great and food was pretty okay, I just thought when you get toast with an order it should be of higher quality like a rustic bread not just a typical shelf stable bread with all the additives. Ihop has pretty good food I just think that the drinks should be a little bigger. The waiter was really nice and had good service.

A sub-par IHOP... staff is friendly and seating is clean, but the food is blander than other locations. I've tried a few different things from breakfast combos to burgers and they just don't taste like ones I've had before. Even their pancakes are a little different compared to other IHOPs. Might come when I need a late night dinner coming from work (not many places are open past 9pm) but other wise would not recommend as a regular breakfast spot. read more

After arrival we were seated in a good amount of time. We waited 10 minutes to order and another 5 minutes to get our first cup of coffee. It was another 25 minutes till we got a refill on the coffee and water. After another 20 minutes the waitress told us our order was somehow lost and needed to be ordered and started over again. Having been there for almost an hour with no food and no good service on coffee, we decided to go somewhere else for our Sunday breakfast. Won't be back. read more

First thing to mention about my visit is how great the service was. My server Gracie was very nice, attentive and a fun personality in general. The manager Autumn dropped off my food and I had a great time speaking to her. Came up with a smile and had nothing but postive energy. The owner even came out to say hi. Bob I believe. Come here every Friday, server was not attentive. She was training thinking it would be good service but had to ask other workers for stuff and waited for ever to get my check. She also didn't use the full amount on my card to I had to pay more in cash. Still gave a good tip but she needs to be checking on all of her tables and more motivated to work. read more

I give them one star because if you call yourself the "International House of Pancakes " and you fail on two attempts to serve a Pancake then your business is a fail, I was given a Pancake that was not all the way Done and sent it back, instead of just making me a new one they tried microwaving it and that made it worse . read more

I did the build your own breakfast with the Nutella and banana crepes, eggs, bacon and hash browns...it was delicious! My son did build your own omelette, which was huge! Best to order and pick up from this location. There is always a wait time of at least 20 to 45mins. And if you do pick up you will need to go inside. They do not answer their phone to have the order delivered curbside. read more

I have never gone to ihop and had a meal like this, holy crap!! The food here is excellent!!! The IHOP's we have at home are pretty awful, this one was the complete opposite. I decided on IHOP for breakfast for my birthday. When we arrived there was about a 10-15 minute wait. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Upon arrival, I asked if they did anything for birthdays and she said they sing. Our son said he wanted them to sing to me. Our food took a little longer then normal because the restaurant was crowded. The Belgian waffle breakfast was ono and hit the spot. After my meal, our server brought out a bowl of ice cream with whipped cream and sprinkles with a candle and lit it and they all sang Happy Birthday to me. The service was good. There is normally ample, free parking but when it is busy a parking space is sometimes hard to find. read more

We gave a 5 star rating because our waitress was amazing and even though the restaurant was swamped they sat us when they said they would. Our food came out hot and quick. Observing the staff we noticed everyone pitched in and no idle workers. This doesn't always happen in places of employment. I was happy with the overall experience. read more

We went to IHOP in Billings, MT last Sunday after church. Neither my husband nor I had been to an IHOP in years. Our server, Myriah, was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! She was attentive and helpful. I order weirdly and she still was gracious about my order. Then, I called back to the restaurant so I could get the code off my receipt for IHOP rewards since we will be going back. Myriah actually came to the phone and gave me the code of her copy of the receipt!!! She is a doll and I would definitely ask to sit in her section! Did takeout breakfast for Mother's Day because it wasn't far from our house, 10 minutes. Would never recommend takeout there. Took an hour and 20 minutes and online ordering system was bogus. Estimated ready time at 11:15 (about 35 minutes after I was placing the order) and ready time jumped to 12:00 as soon as I paid. And then we didn't get our order, got someone else's. I was dumb enough not to open the bags and confirm it because the waitress had our name right. Food wasn't very warm anyway. Won't do takeout again there! read more

Food is great whether we come in the day or night. Specials are always changing giving us new things to try, but our favorites are always there too. Waitresses are friendly, engaging and really care about their customers. Sometimes the cooks come out to chat. Allergies are always tricky but they work around things as best as they can! While we were seated quickly there were some issues that detours is from going back. Like cold food...then this is your place. The chicken omelette was cold. The waitress was ok...she did come by once or twice. My son ordered endless pancakes and by the time we were done he hadn't been offered a replacement.
