A little slow, but my server was really kind and friendly the times I did see her. I also heard from her that they're having a few staffing changes so maybe that means it'll pan out better in the future. My food was great on the other hand. Hot, fresh, and accurate. Since I mostly came for my apps and hockey, I'd say that was the perfect fit. My real only issue, is why, at 9:30 at night, are the lights on full blast? I'm trying to watch a game, which is the main reason most people come to BWW, considering they have at least 10 tv screens in view at all times. It was brighter than a high school gym in there. My first visit last week (May 2026!), no waitress greeted or even made eye contact with me or my coworker. There were maybe 3-4 servers and only 2 booths with people in them.... My second visit back was even worse. Me and my coworker went back, unfortunately, and this time we tried getting all of the waitresses' attentions. They turned back to look and turned right back around. No customer service skills, no greetings, no 'be with you in a minute' NOTHING. It's actually quite embarrassing how certain people still have to be fed from the back door. It's even more embarrassing noticing and realizing how the hating party truly, just hates themselves so much. When I spend top dollar on a steak, I expect that to be the best thing you do, the flavor that brings people back. On this visit, it was the opposite. Service wise I didn't really know who my server was, maybe they switch? I ordered the mac and cheese and felt pretty neutral about it. I was not digging it, but I was not hating it either. It tasted more like Alfredo than traditional mac and cheese, which was not what I was expecting. The shrimp, however, were good and easily the best part of the dish.
