Clean and roach-free. I saw someone going around, constantly cleaning the tables and floors. The food is standard ihop fare, which is good. Ihop pancakes are great. Service was very nice. The server came quickly and always checked on us throughout our meal. My only qualm is the women's bathroom. The gaps are so big and oddly places (especially in the handicap stall) where I could clearly see the other person in the adjacent stall. It was also very dirty, like poop on the toilet dirty. While it's nice the restaurant was so clean, it'd be nice if that cleanliness was extended to the bathroom. read more

Came to iHop with my family on a random day that we'd were hungry and in the area. This location is attached to an inn, but was surprisingly not as busy as expected when we arrived around lunch time that day. We were sat immediately and our waitress was at our table before we could even open our menu. She was attentive and our food was hot and good quality - I haven't been to cop in years so I wasn't sure what to expect! The lighting was super low which I found interesting, but the establishment looked clean and service quick. Only downside was that we continued overheating servers talking to each other loudly, and the manager speaking with workers, even conducting an interview right beside us, so that was a bit awkward. read more

Come hungry leave heavy. IHOP generally very consistent and good food but breakfast is always a standout . Some of the locations are a little bit outdated, but every IHOP I've been in the kitchen does a great job. Fabulous job with the pancakes, I'm guessing it's proprietary pancake mixture. What's really great is fresh squeezed breakfast orange juice. Machine on premises squeezes the oranges. Fresh squeezed glass of orange juice is a rare treat Always been fortunate enough to have quality service. read more

What a disaster this place was today. Went there with family today, walked in - the staff is sitting/ laying/ sprawled out (!) in the booth seats in the front of the restaurant as we waited to be seated / some laying on the booth seats in the back of the restaurant (!!!) because we literally walked right past them and saw. Mind you, it was later in the morning. The "server" wanted to sit us next to the loud kitchen - when there were several other areas clearly open and more peaceful. Our waiter looked a complete mess forgive me (red eyes, sweating profusely, maybe he was sick ... probably should see a doctor or maybe is on drugs (?!! ) and was snippy and short. Got our order wrong, forgot to bring things. Staff seemed a "bit" messy/grimey(?) if that's the correct word for it. Everything legit seemed like trash. How are they hiring these types of people and why does this place seem so unkempt??? Terrible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. Wtf happened to this place? We say down in an EMPTY dining room and both our menus were stuck together! Cmon man. There is no reason for that when there are no customers. Clean! And the food...... My mash potato came out cold. Sent it back and they came out back out all messy and RANCID. Absolutely disgusting. My potroast came with no gravy. Finally tried to eat it and it was old and tasted like pure salt. This was always my go to here. How sadly they gave fallen. My friends burger was missing extra cheese. She asked to just throw a piece on and bring it right back. 10 min later it came back w cold cheese in the middle. What the hell were they doing with it? I al not a huge Ihop fan as i like real jersey diners for breakfast but this locatiom is better than a couple others. Food was pretty good and came out hott. They dont know how to do grits well but thats ok. Our server was nice and my boys got all their favs!! I will give props to this location the restaurant was clean! read more

For years I've always LOVED IHOP! This location is good but this visit I had some issues with their appearance and service. - I didn't like how they had black mats all over the seating area where people wait to be seated. It looked so ghetto looking. - It took forever to get our check. We had to hound down our waitress. - I love my hash browns well done but they burnt it and then it tasted stale. The 3 stars are for the following: - I did enjoy the country fried steak with the gravy. - The pancakes with just butter was simple and still delicious. - My son loved his Jr Cupcake Pancakes and demolished it So I'll definitely come back because my kids love it here. Best Ihop in NJ! Quick service and kind staff! Very family oriented! I really like getting the big breakfast burrito with no meat or I really like getting avocado toast. The double blueberry pancakes really hit the spot and the pumpkin pancakes are the perfect fall treat when they are in season. The vanilla cold brew is also really good here, dare I say better than some name brand coffee shops. read more

Holy crap this place gets packed like a sold out concert. Although, there were a lot of people waiting to be called our wait was less than 10 minutes. A big thanks goes out to the manager for taking care of us the moment he saw my parents. It was my first time here but my parents seem to be celebrities no matter where they go. The service was okay but the food made up for the average service we received. Our waitress came off cold but decided to warm up her personality once the manager spoke to her. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler and The Country Fried Steak and Eggs. For our beverages we ordered coffee, apple juice, and iced tea. The food was so good and there was plenty of it. Its an IHOP. You should know what to expect lol! Well, we went during the covid pandemic, and it was unique! They have a massive tent in the front with about 30 tables with random chairs. Staff is very friendly, and service is very quick! Much quicker than usual lol! My wife and I come to IHOP every so often. Pancakes are pretty good, never had any issues. I miss the never-ending pancakes lol! We liked it so much that we went twice within 3 days! Their menu is very limited now, about 20 selections in total. Menu is paper and can be used as a placemat. All staff wear masks. Seconds after a table gets up, someone comes around spraying the tables and chairs and wipes it all down. They do a very good job at this. The food comes out in a bag exactly as if its to-go! I like it, but it seems like a ton of waste to me... If you get a second cup of coffee, you get a second cup... During this time, there is no specialty syrup, you might be able to ask for it, but we usually stick with the original! Sugar, Salt, Pepper, syrup, all in to-go form. All in all, decent food, especially for the price! Its always good, never any issues. read more

I went out to eat with my parents on Monday for senior night because they have a buy one get one special for seniors & my friend & I got the 2/$30 special. Service was great & food was delicious. 4 of us ate and left full & satisfied for under $60. We will definitely be back more often! read more

Great coffee & awesome pancakes is good combination. So if you are a fan of those 2 things this is the place for you. Pleasant service in a dinner like atmosphere. Tried the chicken and pancakes for something different & for 7 bucks it was a winner! Add the coffee and it's a really nice meal. One thing which really annoys me about most IHOPs is the poor shape of their parking lots and pavement. If you have been to one IHOP you have been to them all. The food is good and reasonably priced and the layout of the restaurant is pretty standard. I had the cheeseburger omelette which was good. Who can go wrong adding a cheeseburger to breakfast! The pancakes were good as well. The breaded steak and eggs was also good.....the batter had a little seasoning to it which is nice.....some places make it too bland. The server Amanda was pleasant and very attentive so no problems there. The location isn't the best....sorta hidden next to a hotel on Rt. 3. It can get busy here on the weekend so be prepared for a wait. All in all no real complaints. read more

My husband and I ordered curbside. The process is simple, there are clear disgnated parking for pick up. I ordered the Tres leche pancake. My review will be on just my order. Food was not warm, the server packed my order slopy so by the time I arrive home which is 7 minutes away he content had speed out onto the inside of the bag. Fast service, good breakfast and food tastes better than most other ihop I've been to. I order the breakfast sampler which comes 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausage links, 2 ham slices, crispy hash brown, and 2 buttermilk pancakes. It was yummy! The chef must know how I want my hash brown, well done crispy. I will definitely come back. They have specials on kids eat free with an adult meal order. 2 max per table on Wednesday and Friday from 4pm to 10pm. This ihop gets very busy on weekends. There is a waiting line if u come around 9am so plan accordingly. read more

This will be the last time I patronize this location again. The customer service was 2/5. It was so bad that one table walked out because they waited 10+ minutes and still hadn't received service, which was the same for my table. All the while 3-4 staff members stood or sat around in front talking about to one another. Everyone working there looked under 18 years of age and perhaps that was the problem. I wish I would have walked out. One waitress actually ate at a table next to the table she was servicing and in between would go and ask if they needed anything. Never seen that before. One table demanded to see a manager due to the poor service and that's the first time I saw an adult come from the back office and speak with the family. The manager himself seems uninterested as well. We order cheese sticks before our meals and asked specifically for them to come out before the meals... well needless to say that did not occur and I had her cancel the app. The food itself was the worst we've had from Ihop. The omelette and pancakes were not pleasing at all and I've never had that experience before from Ihop. I don't know what's going on with these establishments but I will definitely not waste my money there for subpar food and horrible service. read more
