I got the chicken quesadilla with sour cream and salsa on the side. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger, a soda and a side of fries. The lady taking our order was patient while we decided what we wanted and was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean, as was the dining area. We took our food to go and it only took about 10 minutes for our food to come out. My chicken quesadilla was phenomenal and the cheese pull was impressive. For a place that seems to specialize in fries, the other items are also fantastic. I tried one of the fries and they definitely deserve to have the restaurant named after them. My husband loved his burger and even told me he was glad I suggested we try something new over going to a fast food spot. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Back when I first started coming here, they had the regular flat bottomed containers to put fries in. Last time I went, they gave me a container that has dividers in it which reduced the amount of fries they gave me. I'm a small person, it normally takes me almost an hour to eat a large portion of fry nations fries and most of the time my husband has to finish it for me, but I was able to finish the entire container in less than 15 minutes. If they go back to using the flat bottomed containers I might come back, or if they fix their prices since we're now paying the same price for less.

The online ordering wasn't working the night we were there, so I sent Nate outside to order for us. They give you a beeper so you know when to go back outside to pick up your food - helpful for the snowy November night! The menu consists of smash burgers, an Impossible burger, fries, pretzel bites, and chicken nuggets. I got a double Original Lost Art, and Nate got the Frankenstein, which is a double burger with one beef patty and a ground kielbasa patty. We also got a side of fries to share. Our food was done pretty quickly and the burgers were big! I liked that they wrap them up a bit so it's easier to eat. Mine was pretty messy and the buns did end up sliding all over, so be sure to get some extra napkins. The patties were thin, seasoned well, and super tasty. I absolutely loved the fries. They were super hot and fresh, with lots of salt. The star for me was the Frankenstein burger, though. The addition of the ground kielbasa patty is just next-level. If you like sausage, you have to try this. Super delicious and I hope to see Lost Art Burger around town more often, otherwise I'll be back to Lost Art Brewhouse for more tasty food soon.

It was clean inside, bathrooms were freezing and the inside itself was small. The parking sucked and for handicapped people would not be good at all. They did have a ramp but no close handicap places so we had to walk across a very slippery parking lot. The parking was very limited. This alone would not be a reason for returning. The mushrooms were huge and lightly breaded. They were good but I would prefer the smaller size. Personal preference and again they were good. The Reuben sandwich was very good (husband had it) and up sized to fries which were also good. I had the pot roast sandwich with waffle chips. The sandwich was amazing (I added onions & gr peppers). The waffle fries were evidently the bottom of the bag because they were all small pieces which I couldn't even hold onto to dip in the French onion dip which I paid extra for. The wet burrito was very good (son in law had this). The pasta carbonara was not good (daughter had) and the garlic bread came with a large black hair across it. The employees were very apologetic and of course by the time she got her new pasta we were all done eating & freezing. It was her birthday meal so it was disappointing. They did comp her meal so there is that. All in all it was good not great and did I mention FREEZING? The server was very slow in coming around and we had to track her down to get our check. She was pleasant as were the other employees we came into contact with. Because of location & parking we will not return but the sandwiches would be worth it if it were not for that.

Breakfast is served anytime they're open, which is cool since it's my favorite meal. Nate and I were in the area running an errand a few months ago, so we stopped in for lunch. We got the bratwurst sandwich to split. It was quite hefty, with two thick bratwurst patties, sauerkraut, and stone ground mustard on a pretzel bun. It's served with fries that are seasoned and almost beer battered. I think I was expecting it to be amazing with how awesome it looked, so I was a bit disappointed when it fell a little flat. It was just really lacking in flavor for me. The patties were juicy and cooked nicely, they just didn't have a lot of flavor. Then even the sauerkraut seemed like it was almost just braised cabbage, not a lot of that zingy sour flavor I like. I'd like to try a burger next time, or maybe breakfast - I saw a photo of the corned beef hash that looked so good! The two employees working were super friendly and kind, and one came out and checked on us as we were eating. If I lived closer I'd definitely go back soon to try something else. It might be a bit before I get back to Dokl's but I'd love to try the Cajun blue cheeseburger!

Highly recommend the salt n red wine vinegar fries and trying out their various dipping sauce. We have tested all of their house made sodas and the golden cola is our favorite. My go-to order is a double le college dropout with just salted fries and a side of either the special sauce or the herb de Provence mayo. I also often get whatever burger is on special that week, but sometimes they have too many spicy elements and I can't hang when it comes to spicy. I've also had all of the other seasoned fries and they were delicious, but nothing can compare to the plain just salted for me. They have fun craft sodas as well and I usually try new citrus based ones when they have them. Oh and the popsicles!! Also so top notch and really add the cherry on top for an otherwise stellar meal. They are good quality and can survive the ride home in the car. The staff will keep them in the freezer if you aren't eating it them right away and give them to you when your meal is finished. I haven't had many of their chicken sandwiches because I am just so obsessed with their burgers, but I've never heard anything but good things. Pro-tips: - plan to take it to go. You can technically eat at some of the 4 small tables they have inside but I wouldn't recommend it per say. Often people use the tables to wait for their food. There are usually markers and cut things on some of the tables, but overall it's a tight space and I usually only try to stay inside (even when waiting for my food) is when there has been really cold temps or heavy rain. - go before 5p if you can and you will likely miss the long line. I usually only wait about 20 minutes when I go because I avoid super peak dinner times. - skip a single. The burgers are smashed and thin and crispy on the edges. Singles are rookies mistake imo. - always get a side of sauce. They are all delicious and worth the additional cost. - if you are stuck between 2 burgers, get them both and split with someone! - In my experience the burgers also keep well in the fridge so cover it back up in the wrapping and enjoy the rest the next day! - 1 regular fry is likely enough to share between 2-3 people, especially if you also have burgers or chicken sandwiches! - TAKE A RISK ON THE SPECIAL! There are been some weekly burger specials that I've thought were really odd or unique or maybe something I've never heard of, but it's ALWAYS been worth it when I've taken the jump. The folks at Black Napkin doing what the heck they are doing over there!!! The staff are always kind and often recognize a familiar face when you've gone enough times haha. Good people making good food! It has been my number one recommendation in GR since they opened.
