I haven't been to an ihop in years! But we came here & decided to dine in on some good breakfast food. Interior is expected like every other ihop. Homely and inviting, manager seemed a bit unethusiastic or stale. But the servers are awesome, I came back a second time and the first server we had was also working that day and she greeted us and said hi while we had another server. I know this is a chain known for their pancakes, but I gotta say their cheese steak here is pretty good. They use ribeye steak with grilled onions and american cheese. The meat was well seasoned and the cheese was melted perfect. If you are craving a cheese steak and don't want to drive all the way down to Philly, this is a great fix. I also had their new england clam chowder which was also pretty good. That hit the spot! read more

Walking out of one breakfast establishment due to bad food and subpar service I went to IHOP and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager as well as the wait staff in a most friendly manner. Being seated for a few minutes our waitress greets us with a bright smile and takes our order. Not long after she returns with our order. Great breakfast! I'm not a fan of IHOP but it's obvious that others love this breakfast haunt especially on the weekends. I was in town for my family reunion. Just imagine the wait trying to accommodate 30+ people. However, their prices were more reasonable than eating breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. I ordered the french toast special with scramble eggs, hash browns and bacon. Not a huge fan of iHop as everything tastes processed, but we went here last night for dinner because the kids were begging for pancakes. I decided to try their ihob Brunch burger. I did not expect this burger to be good at all, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bun was nice and soft and you can tell they were placed on the flat top to get a nice toast on the inside. Egg is always good on a burger especially paired with potatoes and cheese. It was a little over done; I would of liked it more on the runny side. The patty itself was flavored well. Overall the burger was good. I can safely get me a burger at iHop without regretting it. read more

Weekends it's horrible in the mornings; people do love pancakes. Aside from that, the place is nice. Not as big as other iHop but a decent size. I've been coming to this IHOP for years. It's standard as far as IHOP's go. If you've been to one, you've pretty much been to them all lol. This one is almost always crowded, even on a weekend. Parking is limited but the mall is across the street so you can park there and be brave and cross the street. Service is pretty quick and the food always seems fresh. read more

Still has the classic IHOP A Frame, gotta love it!! My father and I come here about 1-2 times a month. We always get breakfast for dinner and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We usually get two of the 2x2x2 which is 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of either bacon, or sausage or turkey bacon. All of the servers we've ever had have been fantastic, making sure you have everything you need and checking back in for refills or to see how everything is. All staff are friendly and outgoing. The restaurant is always clean including the restrooms. We love coming here!! read more

This IHOP is consistent with every other IHOP I have been to. Weird parking lot, crammed waiting area, friendly service, and good food served in a hurry. It is across the street from the mall, but surprisingly it isn't too hard to get in and out of the area, even around Christmas time. Just try to avoid Route 1 and take back roads. read more

Getting some work done on the van at Firestone, which always does a great job. Thanks Pat. Stopped by IHOP for some quick breakfast. I am normally a diner type of guy and love the Edison & Colonial Diners. Figured that you can't go wrong with IHOPs main dish:eggs,bacon,hash and pancakes. Worst meal I had in a long time. Runny eggs, hash browns not fully cooked, and pancakes tasting dry and nasty. Left most of it. Oh well, leaving a Yelp review and will hope there is a better meal later this afternoon anywhere else. Completely satisfied with the service I received on Valentine's Day (which was on a Sunday this year). Let me say this first, knowing how they don't have much parking, it's best to go early! the atmosphere was such a comfy and cozy feeling, felt right at home. Also, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. As for the food, it was pretty amazing. The pancakes were nice and fluffy (I ordered the rooty tooty fresh and fruity Apple and cinnamon ones) and the eggs cooked to perfection. Not one complain about what we were served. Been going to this place for as long as I can remember. Staff is friendly and food is pretty good. My favorite is the Smokehouse Combo which is two eggs, smokehouse sausage, hash browns and a short stack of pancakes. The crepes are good as well. Only downside is that this location is small compared to other Ihops I've seen and parking is small as well. FYI...even though it says this place is closed, it's actually open. Itty bitty parking lot, otherwise, this is a good IHOP to hang out at after church, work, or when you're plastered drunk. I wish that IHOPs in general would have bigger waiting areas, as every time I go I always have at least a ten minute wait. My meal was a meal. I got the Swedish crepes and extra lingonberry sauce. Used to come here pretty often for years. Then we moved and came back to this IHOP because we were in the area. Honestly, our last visit was not as pleasant as they were before. Their services seem to be lacking now, and the servers were not as attentive to the customers either. They were busy talking to each other and joking around, pretty loudly too that we could clearly hear their whole conversations and jokes. The food quality was also not too satisfying. This ihop experience was awful. Zero stars. my whole day was ruined by this. Firsts of all, they told us it was a 30 min wait for dine in. We waited for about an hour. When we walk in, one of the employees ran into me, he didn't say excuse me or sorry. When we sat down the waitress already asked us if we were ready for food. We weren't even sitting for more than 2 mins. After, my boyfriend wanted a burger just like the picture and he pointed at it and said the name. The waitress said that was a normal hamburger but just with cheese. My boyfriend said no I want this burger just like the picture. The waitress said "okay, cheeseburger with bacon". The burger my boyfriend wanted was a burger with cheese, bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce. Which causes me to drive out my way and up to the restaurant and ask them for the right things that i ordered. Firstly I'd like to say the food is good as expected from IHOP. More so for pick-up. But there's been a common theme here...what has happened with IHOP'S service and organization, more specifically management?!?!?!? It seems to have all went down the tubea...and unfortunately all that bad management rolls downhill to everyone else....when I first arrived to pick up my order I placed on the app, I was familiar with the layout and knew there were two doors...I went to the first and it didn't say Exit only so I entered following 3 other people... as they picked up their orders I noticed a sign in the hallway stating the Exit was the other door, so I did come in the correct door. As I was standing there waiting to head to the front counter...two parties came thru the Exit and walked right in front of me since they had a clear way since I was waiting in line behind the three getting their food. So finally after they put their names on the waiting list I was able to ask for my order. The gentleman at the front who looked/dressed like the manager asked what my name was, I gave my surname since my full name is in the app when I placed the order. He called back my name and they didn't have it. So he asked for another name...and I gave him my first...and they had it. This is when the manager sarcastically says "yeah that name was NOTHING like the first!" Which I responded "Sorry I wasn't sure what the app would put it under..." Which he rudely replied "Whatever name YOU put it under!" Excuse me sir, but I don't remember the app specifically asking me for a name. And since when are managers in a service industry supposed to be so insolent? IHOP needs to retrain these managers.... read more

Came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning, despite the smile size and the wait it took about 10 minutes to be seated. We looked over the menu and had to wait a bit for our waitress to come over to greet. After getting our drinks we put our orders in. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We didn't understand why it was taking so long for our meals to cook as they we're basically pancake combos. I had pancakes, turkey bacon, two eggs over medium, and hash browns. While we waited I noticed that a party of four that sat after us and a party of two that wasn't seated till after we ordered received their meals before us. The waitress came over and said our food should be done as they were making one persons plate. We waited some more and then got up to speak to the manager. He stated they had a lot of online orders thus the wait. After some more waiting, the waitress came back and said she put our order in late, why she did that I do not understand. We finally received our food and my aunt's meal was completely wrong, she gave it back and stated she didn't need her order anymore. My meal was half right, the eggs were over easy and the has brown wasn't fully cooked. After that got our ticket and left. The only good thing were the pancakes, then again I don't find it possible for Ihop to mess that up. read more
