We enjoyed our meal . But did not appreciate the hostility between two of your employees while I was waiting to be seated.

My friend and i came here for breakfast this morning and i had the worst customer service i have ever had. I am a server myself so i understand that servers may get overwhelmed and not check on their tables as often as they should. But the entire experience was awful. Her name was lauren and she was blonde. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes for her to even approach the table. Then finally she took our orders and came back with the wrong drink. I didn't want to stress her out so i got the manager to get me the right drink. Then we waited about 45 minutes for our food to come out and our server didn't check on us once. She also didn't bring out half of our food i guess she forgot to put the order in. She continued to pass our table and ignore us while the checks were sitting out. She had an attitude with us after we grabbed another server to cash us out. She didn't even make an effort to bring the check back while she was standing directly next to that server. This experience makes me not want to return to this ihop again. read more

I was really excited to try the iHOP because it is the only one we have around the area and I honestly had never been to one before. To say the least, I was more than disappointed. I ordered the Sweet Cream Cheese Crepes. The topping choices include raspberries or peaches. I asked the waitress if I could have strawberries instead. My order comes out and there is no cream cheese to be found... So, I asked the waitress, "isn't there supposed to be cream cheese inside them because there literally isn't anything?" She takes the plate and comes back with cream cheese sauce drizzled on top... not inside. NOT what I ordered. The description for what I ordered reads as follows: An authentic delicate crepe, filled with soft sweetened cream cheese and topped with raspberries picked at the height of ripeness. It was so disgusting without any cream cheese that I literally ate 3 bites. I know what the issue was because I saw it on the check at the very end. She put my order in as the 'Strawberries and Cream Crepes', but still that is not my fault. I did not order that and even after I complained, nothing was clarified. I do not think I will be returning. Even Happy Days can get it right. read more

we go there to meet our family that came up from the south, and we managed to wait more than an hour for our food when the establishment only had about four tables in the whole place. not to mention the manager Anthony was very disrespectful and refused to comp the bill for our long wait time, which turned into a total of three hours for food! then he proceeded to yell and speak in a harsh manner, not a good customer service approach. then threatened to call the authorities on us for being intolerable. no wonder this establishment has no customers. read more

When we arrived we told there was a 30 minute wait...we waited 70 minutes to be seated, despite empty tables throughout the restaurant. Over a dozen parties left due to wait time. Two waiters came to our table because one didn't know which section he was working. He was kind enough to tell us the kitchen was running out of food. A server tried to serve us food meant for anther table, while other servers were wandering around trying to locate tables. Restaurant was freezing, to the point where patrons wore their coats while seated. Hot chocolate was cold...literally made with cold water. We placed two orders, both of which were served incorrectly. The waitress told us one of the orders would be partially comp'd, but when we got the bill she hadn't taken any money off. Instead, she placed $4 cash in with our receipt, apparently because the manger would not allow a comp. Food was good, but unfortunately that's not what I'll be talking about. This restaurant has a long way to go before they get things right! read more

I have not been to an IHOP since I was a kid, now I'm in my 50's. From The second we walked in I had a bad feeling! There was a slight scent in the air that I couldn't put my finger on. We were seated and met our server who was wonderful, very nice girl! There was used items on our table that she quickly cleared and she took our drink order. While waiting I noticed green flies in the window and trash on the floor and other unused tables. My wife unwrapped her silverware and had to clean them as hers and mine both looked dirty (water stains I assume). The waitress takes our order and my wife ordered the bacon omlette with no mushrooms. She explained that we cannot stand mushrooms and how they just make us sick. I ordered sampler and the sirloin steak tips with no mushrooms. While waiting for the food I went to the bathroom. I noticed the closer I got to the bathroom the wetter and slipperier the floor got! There was also a large dehumidifier placed near the door, ( hence the smell I mentioned earlier)! When I returned the food arrived. My sirloin tips came with a salad, however Italian salad dressing was not an option! The salad was, well, lettuce in a bowl! Yes there was lettuce, 3 onion rings, and 4 small rough looking tomato slices, that's it, lettuce in a bowl! And then I was informed they were out of crutons! My sirloin tips were covered in mushrooms, and my wife's bacon omlette had everything but mushrooms and BACON! The waitress apologized over and over sincerely, and called over the manager who insisted to have the omlette remade against our wishes, but did not charge us for either! The waitress admitted that she forgot about no mushrooms on mine, but I had to pay for that. The new omlette had very little bacon in it, and it was bacon bits, not real bacon, but at least there was some this time. On top of all that I was bitten by mosquitoes inside the restaurant! I don't know how, as we were swatting flies the whole time! The sampler was ok at best. The steak tips were dry and chewy, and came with canned corn and box mashed potatoes. Our waitress was the best part of the whole experience, my wife actually took the omlette home just so the waitress wouldn't feel bad! The dogs ate that and did not complain about the bacon. I just wish she worked somewhere else, like Olive Garden! We will never attempt to eat here again! read more

This was our first time at this IHop location. We waited about 20 minutes, which wasn't unreasonable for a busy Sunday. When we were seated at our table, we noticed there were at least 7-8 open tables around us, which made us wonder why we had to wait so long. When our server, Simone, came, she claimed she was double-sat, so we were understanding. We gave her our full order (drink and food) and she read the entire order back to us. She came back with our drinks about 10 minutes later; the tea bag for my tea was missing (only hot water) and so was the ice water that I ordered. She came back more than five minutes later with my ice water, but forgot the tea bag, as well as our silverware... Our food came out after about 25 minutes, and both of our meals were wrong (mind you, she read back what we ordered). We were missing some items, AND some items were not prepared correctly. Simone went missing for at least 10-15 minutes, so we had to ask her manager for assistance. He fixed my meal, but as for my boyfriends' he was still missing some of his breakfast. Our server was terrible at checking up on our table, and did not apologize once for all of the mistakes she made, or the amount of time we waited for her. We have been to IHop before at different locations and never had as bad of service as we did here. The food was good (after we got our orders fixed) but the service, not great. read more

The restaurant has been open for two weeks. First, the server was polite and dressed nicely but needs more training. And she was training someone else! My family had dinner at Ihop. First thing that I noticed was the absence of place mats. We had to put our utensils on a questionable table top when we were not using them. The menu listed four soups but they only had one. It was served warm at best and no soup spoon, no crackers. I sent it back and they nuked it in a microwave. I had to ask for a soup spoon. That took a couple of minutes. Ice tea was served without lemon. We ask for lemon and the server was gone for five minutes but did return with lemon slices. My wife had the turkey with mash potatoes and a side of pancakes. She asked for gluten free but the PANCAKE house doesn't have gluten free pancakes. My wife said the pancakes were salty and the mash potatoes tasted like chemicals. She didn't finish her dinner. I did finish mine. The atmosphere reminds me of eating in a college cafeteria. read more
