I mean... it's IHOP so my expectations were pretty low. My daughter asked to go, so I read the reviews here but thought maybe we'd do fine if we weren't looking for much. We ordered 3 things. The place was pretty empty for a Sunday morning (I overheard servers asking each other where all the customers were). It still took forever for our food to come and when it did, both of my food items were cooked wrong and my daughter's food was cold. Our waitress was great, so 2 stars instead of 1... but even with low expectations they weren't met. Sad. read more

The worst IHOP franchise ever! They NEVER answer when we call to place a takeout. We went for dine-in couple of times and waited for more than 15min both the times before someone came and greeted us. This is my second Time here and absolutely horrible experience cold food wrong orders and service wasn't much better and interactions with the manager on duty was horrible he did nothing to rectify our situation said he would make new food and brought out wrong orders again place was not busy and we still waited 50 minutes for our food!! To start off we had a very large group so confusion was expected. They brought out my child's meal reasonably quickly but my meal never showed up. I reminded the waitress twice and she kept saying that it was coming. At this point the entire table was empty plates and I still hadn't even been served my meal. My check had been there for 10 minutes. Finally I just told the waitress to cancel my meal. She said it was probably coming soon. I pointed to the entire table of empty plates and people putting their coats on and said no I think we still should cancel. She never apologized. She did not bring my check back so I guess they decided to comp my child's meal which was nice though they did not say anything. No one ever said anything to me or checked on me or apologized at any point. read more

I was very disappointed. Breakfast is my favorite meal. They really don't have it together at all there. I went on a Saturday morning early. The room itself was uncomfortably cold. People were waiting 20 minutes or more when there were many tables available. They just couldn't use more than one person to seat people. We were seated at the far end of the room and needed a shoe horn to get into the bench seat at the window with the tables so close. We did not see our server for a good 10 minutes or more. Then she made us wait after she delivered coffee to get our order. After ordering, our meals took at least 15 minutes to arrive. The food was barely warm (the butter wouldn't melt on the pancakes or French toast. The hash browns (hash tans) were tasteless as were the sausages! The server also delivered us a short stack of pancakes that we didn't order. The only time we saw our server again, was when she brought the check. We were not happy. read more

I stopped for lunch one day. I ordered two over medium, sausage, hash browns, and wheat toast. When it arrived, the eggs were mostly raw and inedible. I sent it back. The waitress came to me a few minutes later and asked how I wanted the eggs cooked, evidently the cooks were upset that I sent it back. I explained what over medium meant. She returned to the kitchen and came out with one egg, sausage, and hash browns. The hash browns were a half portion or less. A little later, she came with another egg. The toast was cold with a tiny splash of butter. The waitress was lovely and I felt badly for her. This is primarily a breakfast joint. Come on. read more

Waited 30m to be seated, ok that's fine. Waited 45m for our food, only for the steak and eggs to come out cold and my son's pancakes to be raw in the center. Very disappointed in the food. This ihop is one of the most unorganized places I have been. Not only was the service poor but the out right attitude of the workers was horrible. We asked for a healthy chicken sandwich as one of our party members had heart disease. When we got the sandwich it was smothered in butter. They were delayed in bringing the sides until we payed our bill. Although one of the staff members was very nice we still did give a bad tip. I do not recommend coming here! read more

We liked this location because it's close to home. It's a quick cheap eat that feeds my monster-eater husband. I like it for the multigrain pancakes but they're not always consistent in taste and quality. Sometimes they're falling apart and maybe sometimes I get sick of eating them every week so I need a pause. I wish they had the butter pecan syrup to pair with it. Their hashbrowns are a bit too greasy/much for me. I enjoy the unlimited coffee and healthy options. It gets busy so expect to wait some. Service people are always kind. My friends and I went to this IHOP location a few times when it first opened, I was appalled of how horrendous the service was for various reasons. BUT, my friends and I returned to this location a few months later to give it another chance because by then they would have the possibility of developing a decent staff. You know what happened, the service was completely normal and fine which is the way it should be. So everyone needs to realize that when a chain restaurant like IHOP to opens a new location, the staff may be absolute garbage for the first couple or few months. Those first few months I would have strongly suggested everyone stay away from there, but now I say head on over there whenever! :D read more

Didn't know I was going to a sock hop. If you don't want booming 50's music in your ears while you eat breakfast, you should avoid this place. I ordered an omlet and coffee and price with tip was $18.00. Really???? It was very clean. Would have been nice if the hostess could speak a sentence of English, but whatever. My waiter asked me how everything was as he walked past my table and didn't even slow down for an answer. Guess he didn't want to know. Next time I'll be back at Kugel's. Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. We were a party of 10 people (5 adults 5 kids) and they kept sitting tables of 5, 7, 9, and pairs of people who called in or came in after us. When we approached the hostesses she was incredibly rude, sarcastic and disrespectful and the manager did nothing but apologize to us but said nothing to the woman. The only reason we stayed was because we had hungry kids and my sister who is pregnant waiting for close to an hour for breakfast. If you want to bring in your family to share the first meal of the day in a welcoming environment, this is not the place. read more

Didn't even eat here. I went at like 2 in the morning so there were very few customers. A group of waiters were at the side of the restaurant huddled up talking. I waited at the seating kiosk for about an hour without being seated. Employees saw us and walked right by without acknowledging us. While it's GREAT to have a 24 hr. Restaurant to go to when you are hungry, there are definite kinks that need to be worked out as discovered by a few of us who went there the other evening.. We ordered an ice tea - sweetened- arrived warm - very little flavoring .... ended up with lemonade. Asked for a sample of their soup. Arrived ICE COLD!! Ordered cheese and tomato quesadillas: ARRIVED 3x with NO tomatoes, VERY LITTLE CHEESE and some green LEAFY THINGS that I did NOT want. I went to IHOP to order a take out. It was very crowded New Year,s Eve. It took 35 minutes and my order wasn't ready. I had already paid for my order. When I cancelled the Oder and asked to speak to the manager, I was given a $25.00 gift certificate and my take out order. I went home and opened my order. It wasn't,t what I ordered. I ordered the breakfast sample without bacon, three ham and pork saugage, hash browns crispy and eggs over medium. I also ordered the plus 55 2&2&2 with just turkey sausage. When I got home I had a platter of 2 over cooked eggs, 2 pancakes,bacon and sausage. In the other plate I had half cooked hash browns, scrambled eggs and two pancakes. I called to lodge a complaint and spoke to Chris Bagwell who said I would get a credit the next time I come in. This isn't, anyway to run your business. Your wait staff is very god however where are your quality controls on your kitchen. This is the second time that I had this experience. Rework your operations and train your management staff.
