So we have been to many IHOPs and I can say this one takes the cake. We ordered the pablano omelette with pancakes and a side of hashbrowns, and were truly disappointed. The pancakes came out super thin and the size of a tea cup saucer, not to mention cold. (Waiter says I watched them come off the grill, and really didn't want to take them back.) The hashbrowns were Luke warm, and the omelette had very little filling in it, so I'm not sure it should have even qualified as an omelette. read more

they have a sign up saying they close at 4pm on Saturday and Sunday due to staffing shortages. I stop in after my shower to grab dinner, waited for hostess to seat me. She came out, may i help you? i would like to eat, yes dine in. Wait... she comes back says it will be 5-10 minutes. For?? May i sit down? I don't know Other than a few used tables, you don't know if i can sit down? No Is the wait for a table or waitress? I can wait for service if i can be seated. I don't know. We're short staffed. Food isnt good enough to make up for the service. This was my family's first time to this particular IHOP and we ordered takeout. There are 7 of us - 6 of us are Males with big appetites- and we got quite a bit of food. No one was receiving customers, taking payments, or handling the waiting area in the 15 minutes I waited in line. When I was finally addressed, it took 5-10 minutes more to bring the order out - at this point 25 minutes after the estimated pickup time. Got home to find 8 pancakes were missing from the order. I immediately ran back out and was given the pancakes from the original order (now cold). When I returned home, I was informed that in addition to the missing items, one of the orders was just plain incorrect. How they could be "so busy" at 50% capacity with the dozen or so employees running around, I'll never know, but we won't be returning. read more

I was very excited to hear that an IHOP was opening at this gas station/truck stop. There was a Denny's here a few years back that just didn't make it. For such a new establishment, I was quite satisfied with my experience! I went around 12:30 for brunch and it wasn't too crowded. Everything seemed clean. You can tell the staff were still getting used to things, but they all were friendly and attentive. While the food took a few minutes longer than it probably should, it was hot and delicious. I had the 2 x 2 breakfast - eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were nice and crispy. I think this place will fare quite well here. And being open 24/7 is always a plus for late night stops. read more

I walked in at 12:03 PM. stood around the cash register to be seated, 17min later a waitress walked by & told me, You can have a seat anywhere you'd like. So I did. Waited another 31min for a menu, only after I raised my hand to get another waitresses attention of course, Restaurant only had about 5-6 other people there at that time. 19min later I had to get Their attention again to order food. I'm already boiling but hunger is stronger in me. And OMG I've never waited for food this long ever in my life, over 45min. I wanted to get up and walk away but I ordered steak medium and I was looking forward to it. I'm just pissed at this moment. Waitress walk by and give me my drink & I ask her. Is the food almost done. She will check. 5min later she bring me my food. Steak is burnt like extra well done. I'm just extremely disappointed in the food Quality and I'm not waiting another 50min to get my steak done right. Wasted so much time. Almost 2 hours. Left this place at 1:52 PM. My husband and I stopped at this Ihop while out running some errands. The food was as we expected, good but not spectacular. The coffee, on the other hand, was unusually good. I did feel that even though short staffed, they could have been faster to clean the tables. Then wait times may have been shorter. read more

our order was supposed to be done at 11:28 nobody spoke to us until about 12:10, after people in line behind us had already been helped. my boyfriend and i got our food at 12:15, nearly an hour later, and it was COLD so now were going back home to heat our breakfast up in the microwave. highly disappointed and will not be going back to this ihop. would've been happier with taco bell. read more
