You can see that this was during a period of growing pains for this location and I'm sorry that they were expecting stellar service for a place that just opened with new employees that never worked at a BK before. As for me, my experience was basically the polar opposite of their experiences. I was just happy to notice that Hancock finally has some variety if you are in need of a bite to eat. When I saw the sign along the road indicating that Burger King was now an option at this exit. I made sure to stop to take it in. This is located at a BFS service station. Kind of like a truck stop or rest stop along a highway. Kind of fitting that this is off I-70 prior to the I-68 Interchange. I pulled in and went inside and you can tell this is a newer location.
