Poor service. The restaurant had no turkey bacon, few wraps and was short or out of most paper products.

IHOP has gone downhill. We used to love eating there as a family. After the third time in a row of issues, we will no longer be eating here. They are always out of something. My food was wrong, by the time they fixed it my other food was cold (they took my whole plate) I didn't get to eat and still had to pay for the meal. We were charged extra for cheese that we didn't ask for. I was brought coffee which I didn't ask for and charged for that also. They did remove that from the bill. Hopefully they get it together, what a dissapointment. read more

Went for dinner. This location does not offer kids eat free. Establishment had one waitress and was out of everything we ordered. No straws, no cheese, no onions, pancakes were not brought with my order as shown in the menu. Overall awful experience. read more

Each year during our trips between Pennsylvania and Florida one of out overnight stays is in Kingsland Ga. We have been dining at the IHOP there since it opened. I give them 5 stars for food, service and congeniality. CUDOS to doing a great job. read more

This doesn't even rate 1 star - Ordered take-out after watching a gazillion advertisements for the $5.00 menu. Went there in the allotted time. Stood at the front and waited, waited, waited. Female employee yelled "there's a woman up front". Male employee stood talking to someone seated (I assumed was a vendor). NO CUSTOMERS IN ENTIRE PLACE. My order was on the counter. Stopped in for breakfast with the family this morning. Last time I will walk in this place. The ones cooking food had no gloves on touching the food with bare hands just digging in his ear and rubbing his face. Bacon was burnt black. Hash browns were burnt beyond edible. Wife asked for eggs over well and they came out barely medium. Overall the food that was edible was completely bland. Waitress came only once after dropping off the food and left all of our glasses empty the entire time. On a positive note the sweet tea was good. read more

I usually love going to ihop at this location. I love the food and it brings back memories from my childhood. I am also a DoorDasher. This morning, I had an order to go pick up food from ihop. When I got there, I waited to talk to an employee to get the order. A lady with short blonde hair approached me and asked if I needed to be seated. I replied, "I'm here to pick up a DoorDash!" As soon as I said that she pointed with her eyes to a bag of food on the counter that was hidden behind the cash register and she told me to "just read the ticket" in a really snarky tone before storming off. I was taken aback because when I usually pick up orders here, the servers and hosts are always so nice and handed me the orders no problem. The worst IHOP Ever. Don't order online for a to go order because they will charge you 8 bucks for 2 pancakes when your receipt says a stack. Unpleasant experience ordering online and dinning in. Experience was horrible. We waited 45 mins to Put in the order for drinks. Then it took another 40 mins until the order was taken. While waiting for the food to arrive a roach crawled across the table. My husband killed the roach and left the napkin there to show the manager. As I waited for the manager I was informed they had a problem with roaches so they have recently had the place sprayed and now they were coming out. The manager gave me a card to return for 4 free meals but I will never return back to that location. read more

We only ate here one time but we will never be back. We arrived for a late breakfast on a Saturday. It was busy but there were tables available and we were seated quickly. The tables were so close together we couldn't sit down unless the people behind us slid in closer to their table. It was awkward. It took over 15 mins before our server greeted us. She had only three tables but she was snippy and unprofessional. Acting as if her customers were an inconvenience. My husband ordered 2 fried eggs and bacon. She also brought him hash browns and dry toast and upcharged us for his meal. After bringing our food we didn't see her in the dining room again until we were done eating. We never got drink refills nor were we asked if we needed anything. My daughter ordered two pancakes and we were charged for the three pancake meal. The bacon was undercooked. Fantastic establishment! Fast, wholesome service, sincere hospitality! As soon as we walked in, we were directed to outer seats and the establishment appeared quite busy. I noticed that there were many local plates (we are from Virginia) We had Tom as our waiter, and I have nothing but good to say about him! He checked on us several times to ensure we were satisfied, and even brought me extra crepes. The food was very well prepared, temperature was nice and hot, and accurate to our requests. I got the passport crepes, and my husband got the bacon chicken griller. He got several refills of his tropical island twist, and my coffee was fresh and steaming. WOW! We called ahead because we had a charter bus with 30 people. The manager was incredible and met us out at the bus when we arrived. Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed, but the majority of the waiters do their job well. I've been here many times and tried different things and I've always been happy with it. Gross. My wife and I ordered the turkey dinner. The turkey looked like it was old leftovers pulls from the fridge. I guess they were also out of gravy, so a thin watery broth was poured over the entire plate, resulting in a plate of old stale mush. They were out of several food items we wanted and they didn't even have Strawberry OR grape jelly for my daughters toast! My omelette didn't come with green peppers but they were in there! I only gave this restaurant 1 star because I couldn't do 0. I have never had a worse dining experience at any restaurant than I had here. Waited 10 minutes to be sat (understandable, they were busy). Once we got to our table we waited 20 minutes before we even saw our server. After we ordered drinks it was another 10-15 minutes before we got them. The water tasted like it came straight from a sewer as well as the coffee and sweet tea. Myself and another guest both ordered chicken fried steak (the only item on the menu that is edible in my opinion) only to have the server come back and tell us the restaurant only has one left and someone has to order something else. I end up ordering crapes. When the food came out the server put down steaming plates in front of our 2 year old that we had to use napkins to move and the food on them was not anything that should served to human beings... how do you mess up kraft Mac n cheese and french fries. The eggs that came out looked like they had made with nuclear fission (glowing brightly, more yellow than I have ever seen). The crapes seemed okay. After two bites of the crapes I wanted to hurl and we talked to the manager. He brought us new food that looked somewhat decent but still not edible. We left shortly after to hit the drive thru at chick fil a to get the horrible tastes out of our mouths. I will never go here again. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I have never experienced service so terrible in my life. From the beginning to the end I was totally shock about the customer service we was given. From calling the order in until the getting order was very unpleasant. The waitress whom took the order was the ugliest rudest ever. She constantly huff and puff the entire time. Then to top it off right at the end she hung up the phone and never put the order in. After we arrived no one seem to know exactly who the waitress was. Therefore my fiancé and I assumed that possibly it was the phone fairy who took our call that reflected such terrible customer service. The worst part~ the manager could only say that was she didn't know who was the waitress, and that she could rush our order. It's 5:15 p.m. and we are seated. Three other tables have people but two of them are done and leaving. Slow waiter finally arrives to take drink order. Ten minutes later still no drinks, 3 sodas an ice tea and a coffee pot and two cups. Finally returns to take our order as another couple is seated nearby. Off he goes. Different person waits on other couple, they get their food, eat and leave and we still have nothing 45 minutes after ordering it. We asked the other waitress if she could find out where our food was. Five minutes later SHE brings it out. It's all cold, and one order of hash browns is missing. Meals finished and our waiter arrives with one hot just cooked hash brown. Poor service from our waiter and excellent service from the pick up waitress. read more
