We decided to dine in. Was able to order our food relatively quickly and it came out fairly quickly. They even have a small section of "things to do" for the kids, such as a drawing board, tic tac toe, etc. Food, drinks and milkshake is what you would expect from a Chick Fil A. Quite honestly, the worst Chick-fil-A we have been to. The only person we saw actually working was the young man cleaning tables. We got there and ordered at 2:22, 3 chicken sandwiches with milkshakes and a kids meal. We got the shakes in about 5-6 minutes and food finally arrived in another 5-6 minutes. Early morning stop, halfway to our final destination. We always fill up with gas before the FL border. Super happy to see a Chick-fil-A around the corner and open. (They open at 6am!!) Nice quick stop. Pre-ordered as we were leaving the gas station. Order ready almost immediately after we arrived. Great set up to move cars through, if there is a wait. Service was impeccable, as always. Very attentive and everything in the online order was correct. Only small issue was the food could have been warmer. Felt like we might have been on the tail-end of their holding time. Basically, that means the nuggs were dryer that normal. Still seasoned and we had no issue finishing everything. Chick fil a is my favorite fast food restaurant. I feel bad to write a negative review. I eat there multiple times a month, in NY and NJ. I visited this one on a road trip twice. The first time they forgot a sandwich but everything tasted good. The second time, they forgot the sauce on the new pretzel sandwich, gave 1/2 the normal amount of ice cream to my family members and my Mac and cheese was not good, it tasted very old like it was sitting out for hours under the heating lamp. After going around the block twice because I missed the entrance. Everything went well. Wasn't too busy. The service was good. The weight was very quick we were in and out the way I like it. We actually thought they were closed at first because the old location which is a couple buildings down wasn't looking too good. Then we realized the new building. Not sure why they moved. Other than the other location was a little smaller. I do like the fact that they did my nuggets well done I feel like they were a lot more crispier than other locations. I didn't want to ask if they could do well done, because if they do, that usually takes a little longer. First the food as always was delicious and cooked well. Three stars because the parking lot and set up of this restaurant is tight and congested. I love the restaurant chains drive thru and staff as they are traditionally Uber polite and quick. But never the two times I've stopped here. Our stop this week took over 20 minutes for my husband to find the restrooms inside, my gift card that I hope still has $10 on it kept on not working in any of their handheld devices and I had to dig through the purse to find cash and for some reason the drive thru line started out in two lines and we had to merge into one. This review breaks my heart. Since the Chick-fil-A has moved into their new location it has been a trainwreck. Twice I've placed orders twice they've got them wrong not just a little wrong as opposite as night is to day. I order two breakfast sandwiches exactly the same and they got both of them wrong and I received two totally different sandwiches. I called the manager and they apologized and said their staff wasn't fully trained yet? What the heck then get them trained. Just sad that now I've got to check the bag moving forward with these guys and that isn't Chick-fil-A not by a longshot. If your staff isn't fully trained shutdown, for a day or two and get them trained it isn't the fault of the staff they're not trained that lays at the feet of the management and the franchisee. read more

Very frustrated with the car flow, couldn't get parking til after we went thru a long drive Thru line. Not sure why the entrance to the parking lot was blocked which would have made getting in and out easier. I placed an order for an app pickup which took 25 minutes for me to finally get. No curbside pickup available so once inside was a huge crowd of people also waiting for pickup orders. Stopped through en route from Virginia to Miami, FL. Restaurant stated mil discount for all in uniform except USMC, because they would give out too many discounts. It did not make sense so I asked to hear that from the manager and the story changed to only the USMC not in uniform since they are not authorized to wear a uniform off-base. I was so hoping the two-line system would move things along faster, but two lines converging into one takes much longer than your old system. Our family loves Chick-fil-a and it's our #1 go-to choice at home and when we travel. So we really appreciate a Chick-fil-a that's running smoothly with their trademark stellar customer service and great food. We were surprised to walk into this Chick-fil-a and see many dirty tables with debris left by previous diners, less than stellar customer service and a chick-fil-a sandwich with a very small piece of chicken. Coming back from a trip to Florida we stopped in here for lunch. It was EXTREMELY busy! We went inside only to see wall to wall of people. (It was right at noon on a Saturday). Even in all the frenzy, the employees did not drop standards in service or food! This really impressed me. One employee even came to our table to ask if we needed anything and offered to take our trash for us. That never happens in a fast food place. They've always been perfect absolutely perfect in the past. Now, the drive-through gentleman was as sweet as could be. I made my order on the app so none of this is his fault. They put pickles on my sandwich (and I requested for them to be on the side) and I can't stand that so now I don't get to eat my sandwich. I called in and spoke to a nice young lady, I think her name was Ashley,. She asked if I wanted to turn around and come back but since I've been driving all day, that's a no. She didn't offer to give me anything else on a return visit but she did say that she would let the others know so they don't mess up anybody else's food. It was a letdown the drive-through took four times as long as it normally does, the new app is irritating so this was just a really bad experience overall.
