The pandemic has been hard for some business to maintain a high level of quality for both customer service and food quality. This particular iHop seems to be experiencing this to a small degree. While I appreciated the efforts of the employees on staff this particular evening, there was something left to be desired. I'll just say, it is imperative for the public to continue to support our local businesses to show them we value their hard work and dedication to excellence.

Service- speedy & friendly Prices- not bad but can add up quickly w/lots of customization Quality- food is hot and tastes decent but definitely on the level of diner food. After you eat, you'll most likely want to be in a food coma for a few hours. This particular ihop is clean and well staffed and gets pretty busy on weekend mornings.

The place was empty when we arrived at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. We were one of two tables, and our meal still had several errors in it. My husband ordered steak medium rare with creamy Mac and cheese and crispy breakfast potatoes. He got a well done steak with mashed potatoes and straight up boxed mac and cheese, that's just sad. I ordered country fried steak and over-easy eggs. I got scrambled eggs and they were runny. I think it's a lazy kitchen. Also the bathrooms were a MESS. I saw the manager just chilling in a booth the whole time we were there. Like....what a joke! Get up and hold your kitchen to better standards, or pick up a broom and clean up your bathrooms. Do SOMETHING! I can see why it was empty, just a poor experience. We will not return.

Colorado Omelette

It's an IHOP. I guess the last time I even went to one was a really long time ago. I would say a couple of years ago or more. So this review will be quick. I came here with some friends after a hike at Stone Mountain. I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and it was okay. There's just nothing too crazy or amazing about it and it was decent. The service at this IHOP was alright as well. There was a lot of people and it was busy. The food menu has gotten larger since the last time I went to an IHOP, so there's that. I kind of think if you're in Atlanta, Waffle House is probably the place I would rather go to. Anyways, the goal for me was to get an omelette that had the most meat on it, and the Colorado was the winner for me. It was alright and kind of fills the hunger. So, take my review as it is.. it wasn't special and just okay. Just like this IHOP.

Been a customer here for many years. As noted in other reviews times are tough for lots of places. That said: kitchen took two tries to cook a T-bone steak beyond "barely raw" when I ordered steak and eggs... failed both attempts. The second try is attached as a photo. Folks up front are pretty nice but the kitchen isn't doing them any favors.

Needed a quick bite to eat before heading to Easter Service, upon entering you are required to wet a mask. Once we got in we were seated right away. Our server Kelli A. greeted us and proceeded with our drink order. I got a coffee as well as a white milk which they offer small and or large. After viewing the menu I realize they have a lot of options. I opted for a breakfast sampler which consisted of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 pieces of ham, 2 pancakes and hash browns. Our server was very friendly and attentive, the southern hospitality is top notch! My food choice was very good and the pancakes were amazing, I didn't expect them to taste as good as they did lol (looks can be deceiving). Thanks to Kelli A. I enjoyed my experience at the IHOP and would definitely recommend this place!

It wasn't a dealbreaker, but I've never seen that before. I picked up the food, and my friend and I ate right in the car in front of the restaurant. The inside was super lively--music, dancing, great energy. But when I bit into the burger, it was very pink inside--not well done. I took it back in, and they remade it with no problem. To my surprise, they even restocked my curly fries, which were awesome. The final burger was fantastic. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and despite the initial hiccup, I'd definitely return--maybe even dine in and join the fun!

BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

First, the music is incredibly loud inside the well-kept establishment. It's definitely not a place to sit and dine--not that there's really room for that. I think there were two high-top tables. Surprisingly, someone WAS dining in-house. I am sure his hearing went down a couple of notches. Why do restaurateurs think that patrons want their ears blasted? It's not fine dining, we get that, but dang! The music was SO loud that I had trouble focusing on the menu. I rattled off my order and took a seat. The song that was playing in the moment had explicit, inappropriate language for children, and for me! Something about eating of another kind, well let's not go there. Took my food home and was pleased that my food still radiated heat! I don't live anywhere close, so I was impressed! The chicken was very good! Nearly perfectly seasoned. Thankfully, I got sauce on the side because the sauce was total yuck. It had so much hickory flavor that it left a bitter taste on the tongue, like a rancid taste. The collard greens lacked flavor, but were edible. I hate meat mixed in with veggies, even if it is turkey. The turkey did nothing for the greens but get in my way. When will we move from practices in the 1800s and stop using meat to "season" veggies? We're in the 21st century now. We have access to actual seasonings now! The macaroni and cheese tasted old school and that was fine with me. It was a tub full of mush, but it tasted so good! Not a macaroni noodle to be found in all that mush, but hey, I'd reorder it! The peach cobbler... Let me first say that I am a Georgia Peach through and through. If I see peach cobbler on the menu, I'm gonna get it. Trust and believe that! When I was taking the containers out of the bag, I paused and asked "What is this?" It didn't look a thing like ANY kind of cobbler I'd ever seen. Brace yourselves... it looked like a tub of raw chicken skin floating on top of a dark liquid! How in the French onion soup is THAT peach cobbler? I tilted the container and saw some peaches peeking out. Seriously? Peach cobbler? Somebody ought to be brought up on charges for failure to make REAL peach cobbler! The peaches and the syrup were actually pretty tasty. The chicken skin-looking crust tasted like phyllo dough. Chile, we need flour, water, shortening, and an oven, STAT! Please, DON'T call THAT peach cobbler! Call it "hot peach mess" or "wanna be cobbler" or whatever! Will return for the chicken and macaroni. Might try the potato salad next time, too. Just know if YOU go, take ear plugs, leave the children in the car, and make your own peach cobbler!
