No way to leave less than one star? Although our waitress did a wonderful job with what she was dealt, IHOP failed miserably. We were the second customers in the entire business and it took over 1.5 hours from our arrival to be served (and we were never served completely). There was ONE waitress and we never saw another person working. I felt sorry for her. After standing near the kitchen door with a second request for syrup, I did spy one other person working in the kitchen. Close the dining room or shut down delivery, but don't attempt to carry on with what appears to be two employees. The owner/manager has failed this location.

My pancake-fiend friend calls IHOP "Disneyland," so naturally he suggested we go here before heading to a wedding. We were seated pretty quickly, though after people who came in after us. The waitress was friendly and talked about her mini-home a lot throughout our time there! We shared a Spinach and Mushroom Omelette with Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes. The omelette was light and tasty, and the pancakes were fluffy and sweet. The dishes and silverware had stains on them, but the waitress apologized and replaced them for us. Overall, the restaurant is not that clean, but the pancakes are the bomb. We were full and happy leaving the place!

Old coffee cup from who knows when

30 mins to get drinks, dirty cups on table since the beginning. People walking out because they weren't getting their food. Seem to have a lot of people "working" but not doing much. Wont ever come back

Looking at past reviews, they keep the place decorated to a relevant theme. It was World cup when I was there. The staff was helpful answered question about local microbrews. Got all of my food to go. Of course being a heat geek, I had to try the Diablo Burger. It had a great flavor, but no, not hot. Maybe a 6/10. Also ordered the Cheesy Fried Pickles which seems to be trending across burger joints. Hard to be made at this one, crispy wanton wrapper stuffed with pickle, bacon and cheese.

The space has a really nice, open layout, and our server was fantastic and incredibly attentive. Our eyes immediately went to the shake menu, and our server was nice enough to let us split a cinnamon roll shake, serving it up in two separate glasses for us. For food, my buddy got the tenderloin sandwich. It wasn't one of those cartoonishly dinosaur-sized portions you see at some places, but he said it was really tasty and well worth it. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with garlic aioli, and it hit the spot. The burger was tender and juicy, the mushrooms were perfectly seasoned, and the bun was toasted (always a nice bonus). Even the fries were perfectly crispy. All in all, I was very pleased with the meal. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu!

My main complaint was after getting the check for a $350 bill, a credit card fee of 3% was added. I understand resturants pay this fee, but that has long been built into pricing and they have the advantage of not having to deal with cash. Not to mention studies that people spend more when they use credit. We probably won't go back.

Flaming hot to say the least and not for the faint of heart. I selected the JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE Burger, which is a prime Wagyu beef patty topped with jalapeño cream cheese spread, peppered bacon, and pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. It was moist cooked just right with a light sear. Perfection. My wife opted for the SICKIES BURGER which is a burger topped with Peppered bacon, fried egg, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and American cheese, topped with onion rings and a splash of hot sauce. We conclude with one of their shakes, and they have several options to choose from, Banana, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Coffee, Oreo®, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Vanilla. I went with the Raspberry and my wife sent with the Oreo. Both were very filling. The staff is very accommodating and attentive that matched with a 1950s dinner vibe, it is a relaxing welcoming environment and this both enjoyable and comfortable. If you are thur the area you are sure to come away full. Highly recommend this place, it will not disappoint.

A religious leader in our group ordered a non-alcoholic beer (which is available), but the bartender was noticeably rude, giving him weird looks and a heavy attitude just for having to go find one. Prior to that, I called ahead to inquire about hosting a work event, and the employee on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude, stating they flat-out would not hold tables for 25-30 of us, even though they had held an area for another work group previously. On top of the poor customer service, the food is subpar compared to other options in the immediate area. Unless you are going specifically for giant wings, there are far better places nearby to spend your money. The only bright spot this location has going for it was the awesome music bingo, but otherwise, I'd suggest heading somewhere else in the neighborhood.
