I ordered food from them and did not get my complete order. When I call to ask them to refund my money for the missing food they placed me on hold. They later came back and told me the manager would call me. The manage never called me and I'm still being charge for the item they didn't delivered. I tried calling them and they don't answer. Me and my sister decided IHOP because it was close and we have not been there before. There was 3 families ahead of us and they had the same person taking care of pick up orders and seating people. So we had to wait 15 minutes and the place was not packed at all. Me and my sister thought the guy was slow because he made no eye contact and did not greet one family as anyone entered. We finally got seated and after sitting in our booth for 20 minutes we decided to leave. We saw our waiter only once the 20 minutes we were there and it was just to drop off drinks. Every table was asking for something and noone received anything. We decided to leave and go to Denny's. On the way out every family that was seated looked like they left for the same reason. At Denny's we were seated very quickly even though they had twice as many people. The server checked on us continuously. So pretty much I will never be eating at perris IHOP again. read more

The morning we came, there was one lady working... the entire restaurant. She was our hostess, our waitress, and our cashier. To be honest - she did one heck of a job keeping up with everything. The restaurant was clean. Eva (our server extraordinaire) was friendly, prompt, and accurate. The food was as to be expected from IHOP. The menu covers the entire spectrum of hangover cravings - from eggs to pancakes to sandwiches to chicken tenders. And you don't even have to make much effort reading - the pictures are big bright and colorful. Three different menu cards - pick your category and point away! Overall, a nice experience. If we're passing through the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. I just hope they bring in some help and give Eva a reprieve. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and with my family. We were seated. The waitress Zenaida was awkward and made our experience uncomfortable. We had ordered drinks first then and appetizer, the sampler one and the food was good until I bit into an onion rings and the raw powder batter is what I find I have bitter into. I tried to ignore this to see if my experience would worsen or improve. I ordered a kids mean pancake and when I get it. The waitress brought no silverware. Like how are we expected to eat without silverware. Didn't offer any refills on drinks. We were a party of four and first told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. We were waiting for 45 minutes. While in waiting area there were roaches and the seats were dirty. Could not even use the restroom from all the trash and bugs. Over all the service took two hours if not more from getting our meal and then our check. Completely ruined our ihop experience. Ihop in general is a 5 star place to me its where i take friends and family to have brunch and relax/take a load off but, this ihop, i noticed i had no syrup at the table. I dont think i said anything because i was lost in conversation with my friend but, the waiter didnt notice even after our food was brought to us. I had to take syrup off random tables to create a full table with syrup. The waiter left said she will be right back to get the syrup and disappeared. When she did come around i asked for a refill and she said she will bring me a re fill which she passed by two or three times then brought the refill. My company said "she must not want a tip" and keep in mind...i went at a time where they weren't even busy. Thank you. Horrible customer service, ordered food when i ordered my drinks and still took 30mins to bring food out. Once it did finally get brought to my table it my SmokeHouse Combo was cold. I got a water that tasted like sewer water, told my waitress and her response was i could buy there better water for $1 more. Never again! This morning my dad and i went to have breakfast, I order a chicken salad, it arrived undone! Nasty I asked to replace it! They took over 20 minutes and place the new chicken on top of the old salad. By the time it was served the lettuce was already soggy! This place does not have good customer service. The manager was our waitress and she would not accept my coupon on my phone that had been emailed to me from IHOP. There were no restrictions noted on the email that it had to be printed. Other locations have accepted it with no problems. I had a coupon for buy one meal get one free and that's the only reason that I went there. She insisted that the rules were that it had to be printed out. If that is the rules they should be written down and not made up as they go. Most likely will not be visiting this IHOP for a long time if ever again. I decided to give this place a second chance since the first one wasn't so splendid.. I see they still have that so called "manager" who by the way also serves tables. I asked not too sit in her station since the first Time I went here she was my server and experienced such bad service and when asked to speak to a manager guess what it was her! Anyways we sat for literally 10 minutes before anyone asked us for drinks when someone finally came it took another 10 minutes just to get them. Luckily they serve those jars of coffee if not I would've been like my husband who ordered a coke and never got a refill. As we waited for our food all you can see is the staff walking around looking confused. Our food arrives and my florentine crepes which I love look nothing like the ones I always order at other IHOP restaurants. The holladaise sauce is cold and bland. I decide to eat them because honestly I didn't want to wait another hour for my food. The person who brought our food was the same one who brought our check. Therefore we never saw our waitress again.. I decided to just pay and not complain to the manager since the managers service is the worst so how would she understand. Supervisor definitely needs training on customer service. Previously would be a faithful customer when Angie was here, she would offer the best service possible with a smile on her face and would make sure your needs were met. Now they have open tables and still make you wait in the lobby. Supervisor seems like she is lost and the employees take over. I do not recommend whatsoever. Worst experience I have EVER had at any restaurant! 0 stars if possible! Will never come back to this location. To begin we waited for a long time and got sat right away until we asked why it was taking so long. Got sat, got our drink order and the server took 25 minutes to come back and take our order. Ridiculous!!!!!!! Then we asked if the food was going to take a while and the server assured it would be out soon. We were already annoyed by the wait time but continued to wait for our food. It got to the point where people who had gotten there after us were getting their food and we were still waiting. We asked to speak to a manager. She also took forever to come to our table.
