Olive Garden is an Italian themed restaurant. When we feel tired, and/or incredibly lazy, we come here. The food is me'h, as is the service. We've had both good and bad here. Last night, Johnny our server was Amazing. Excellent even. Our entrées however were Grrrr. My Campanelle pasta was cooked perfectly. The meatballs however were cold and the sausages pink inside. My wife had both burnt overcooked AND undercooked Chicken Parmigiana cutlets on the same plate. See photos. Our tab came to $82.47 with two drinks.

We came to Olive Garden for lunch and were super excited because who doesn't love Alfredo, right?! We ordered the lunch special fettuccine Alfredo and fried shrimp. Sadly, the Alfredo was really watery and not as creamy and rich as we were hoping for, so it wasn't as satisfying as usual. The shrimp was just okay, nothing bad, but pretty mediocre. BUT I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our server Megan -- she was AMAZING! So friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. She honestly made the experience so much better with her great attitude and service. It also wasn't very busy during lunchtime, which made it nice and relaxed. Overall: -- great service, but hoping the Alfredo is back to its creamy perfection next time!

AMAZING FOOD w/ service that lacks... I had an incredible culinary experience when it came to my food quality. Only the salad looked a little sad and the lasagna fritta was a little too store-bought. I ordered the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl (as one does) and the food tasted great (rigatoni w/ five cheese marinara & fettuccine alfredo). Unfortunately, the service affected my visit. I'm a little disappointed as my waitress waited a long time before returning to my table to ask if I wanted a second round of pasta! I guess the goal is to wait until you're full? I mean, I would've asked for a second round had I seen her if that's the policy here. I just felt like this location was skimping and trying to be stingy! It's not like I'm ordering the entire restaurant. I usually go for three or so rounds of pasta as the bowls are INCREDIBLY small after the first round. It's unfortunate that this occurred as the food was so good, I felt like they made me wait and it's not a good feeling. Overall, I much prefer other locations when it comes to service. The location is still new, it's quite bustling after 2pm. It's a mellow Olive Garden, they had soft Italian music and classic covers playing in the background.

Decided to have lunch with coworkers at this place. Started out with the unlimited breadsticks are so soft and good. The salad, soup, and pasta were also so good. Service was great because there was only one waitress taken orders for a group of 16 people. The place inside looks small, but there are more seats on the other side as well. There are plenty of parking spots. Ordered the pasta and it included the soup: Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini - Limited Time $25.79 Grilled sirloin* tips, shrimp, and bucatini pasta tossed in a spicy Calabrian cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes. Steak prepared medium. Soup: Pasta e Fagioli - White and red beans, ground beef, fresh tomatoes and tubetti pasta in a savory broth.

I came to Olive Garden tonight with my daughter for a little dinner date, expecting a "20-25 minute" wait as we were quoted. What I got was more like a Netflix episode binge--an entire hour in the lobby. What made it extra frustrating was the "last call" system: apparently it doesn't actually mean "last call." Guests who strolled in 10, 15, even 20 minutes late still got to jump back in line, while my name kept doing the cha-cha up and down the waitlist. If I had known it was going to be an hour, I would've taken my daughter somewhere else. The one redeeming part of the night? Nate, our server. He was attentive, funny, and full of personality--the kind of waiter who turns a disappointing night into something memorable. He's the reason I'm leaving two stars instead of one. Olive Garden: the breadsticks are endless, but so, apparently, is the wait

Located on Newport Rd. & Calle Tomas next to Wendy's with plenty of parking. We've been to this location plenty of times and it never disappoints. Full-sized bar and outdoor seating setting. The restaurant opens at 11 AM daily with an adjacent room for 'To-Go' (pick-up) orders. We visited today for lunch to celebrate my niece's elementary promotion. Olive Garden continues to offer great lunch specials, ideal for bigger parties. Today, I had their 'Fettuccine Alfredo' with a 'Fagioli' soup. Everything was delicious with that authentic taste. Service has always been on point here, but today was exceptional. Shout out to our server, 'Claudia U.' who was extremely attentive and made sure that my niece had a pleasant celebration lunch. Overall, this location rocks every time we've visited, and will continue to choose this place.

Not many good Italian pasta places in area but this is better than all others. I get here maybe every couple of months and the pasta, soup and breadsticks definitely get you filled up. One of the better chain options around.

We had a party of 8 to celebrate my mother-in-law's 75th birthday, and everything was wonderful! Our server, Josh, was amazing and extremely attentive -- we loved his undercover humor. Danny, the manager, even stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch. The drinks and food came out in a timely manner, and we all had a great time!

From our six-year-old daughter: It was really fancy and nice. I loved our waitress, Alex, who was very polite and friendly. There was very good service and there were lots of offerings. I loved everything! We had a fabulous time at the restaurant!

Thursday night we had one of the best service ever. Although was packed we didn't wait long for our table for 4. Ambiance and food on point as always. Very tasty and delicious but the service oh man!... super! Super! Super! Sammy our server went on and beyond!! She was amazing funny and just awesome!!! My young adult and teenagers were just so grateful with her service and notice the difference from before to that day. They say we'll be back only if she's our server. Lol Shout out for Sammy!!!!

When we arrived, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. After being seated, it took another 10 minutes just to receive water. No one ever came to take our order, so my husband finally had to walk up to the cashier to ask if someone could help us. Looking back, we probably should have left at that point, but our kids were already starving. Once our food arrived, we still had to flag down a server just to get our drinks and utensils. The drinks eventually came, but the utensils never did we ended up getting them ourselves. We never had an assigned waiter just multiple people bringing our dishes. The service was so poor that I honestly can't even remember how the food tasted because the entire experience was overshadowed by the lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won't be returning.

They also carry KETTLE brand UNSALTED chips, which are Bomb Diggity! The "cookie bar" where you choose your own cookies by the pound is out of this world and satisfies your sweet tooth itch BIG time. There is a nice section of granola and many corn chips to choose from, my favorite are the LA FORTALEZA stoneground corn tortilla chips, restaurant style- NO preservatives NO cholesterol, gluten-free and a huge bag for around four dollars, it's insane!. When you walk in the door, there's a great floral selection. I always browse and look, they're beautiful. The staff is nice, easy-going and very helpful. Of course there's plenty of parking, it may be "pricer" than other stores, but the merchandising, and aesthetic is well worth the trip for certain items. By the way, don't you just hate the new trend of the large grocery chains often times owned by one conglomerate that have like three or four or five different prices on each item depending on whether you have a phone number, an electronic number, an email, a text, and all that crap it's just very confusing?! Baron's is upscale and clean and well organized and has unique items without overdoing and replicating product like other grocery stores do. I'll keep it in my rotation and I hope you do as well. Enjoy.

It would be good to have some clear directions on the website regarding the location. Inside the restaurant was clean and pleasant. I was immediately greeted when I entered and the order was ready so there was no wait. The 2-star rating is due to the food and the price of the food, as well as the plating of the food. We ordered an order of yellow curry with white rice and the spicy Thai basil chicken with white rice. Both were ordered as entrees and were $17 each. The curry was delicious and portion was as expected. The Thai basil chicken dish left a lot to be desired. Not only was it plated together (like a lunch portion option), but for what was provided, we expected to get more for the price. They combined the Thai basil chicken and the rice in the same dish along with a few cucumbers and there just wasn't much in the container. In addition, because they plated the rice with the chicken, all of the sauce from the chicken was soaked up by the rice, which in turn made the chicken seem extremely dry. We have ordered this same dish from various places from San Diego to Riverside and have never had the rice automaticalllu combined with the chicken. Based on what was provided, the cost should have been around $10 or similar to a lunch special since that is basically what was provided. Pic shows the combined bowl minus the two cucumber slices that were there as a filler. And the rice moved around to look for any extra juice.

So far, I haven't found it. Typically I order Bento Box Combinations, and sometimes specialty rolls. Sushi is a matter of personal taste, and I gave Yoshiharu Ramen a three overall for "OKAY". Don't get me wrong, I ate everything they served me, and it was all right. It just didn't WOW me. The restaurant is clean and looks nice. The service was good and my food was okay. There were a few minor things that annoyed me, but isn't it the little things that differentiate places that are great versus ones that are just good or okay? I ordered a diet coke, and they had no diet available. The miso soup (not pictured) that came with the meal was piping hot, but the flavor was not as good as others I have had. When they brought my chicken bento box, which included California Roll, there was no wasabi or ginger. I had to ask the waitress for wasabi, and then she said, "You want wasabi?" as if that was something unusual. Finally, my favorite sushi places have a list of items to choose from for their bento box. They may list 8 or 10 items and ask you to pick 2 or 3. At my other places I might choose, chicken and beef and a spicy tuna roll (vs California roll). Then you get those plus the soup, salad, etc. At Yoshiharu Ramen, it is a set list of items. You only get to pick a meat in the bento box (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, etc.) Their other sushi or ramen may be terrific. So if you are nearby and want sushi or ramen, don't let me dissuade you. The reason I take the time to write a detailed review is so readers can understand MY criteria and why for me, this restaurant is okay, just not a 4 or 5 on my chart.
