My family and I recently visited IHOP in Port St. Lucie, and as always we were beyond happy and impressed with our experience. The service was fantastic and our breakfast was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive -- from the moment we walked in, the servers greeted us warmly and made sure our orders were accurate. They always remember our orders from previous visits, which is so impressive The atmosphere was family-friendly and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a clean, modern look. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast and lunch options, from classic pancakes to burgers and salads. Katie and Alexis are wonderful and so friendly. When we go, the cook that is normally scheduled is TJ, who makes the best, most delicious food. The server that we normally have when we go is Cassie and she is the absolute BEST! Cassie, TJ, Alexis, and Katie have made us lifelong customers and this is our favorite breakfast spot! Tried this IHOP today for the first time, and I took my two toddlers there by myself Todd our server was absolutely fantastic and wonderful with the kids super friendly and nice very attentive We even had a big spill and he was very sweet about it Their waffle combo for $13 is definitely a hit and I would definitely get it again My kids loved the waffles Their hashbrowns are a little salty, which I guess is expected at a place like this, but overall the food was tasty just minus the fruit it really wasn't even that good and definitely not worth the money at nearly 5 dollars just as a fruit add-on. I had a really disappointing experience at the IHOP in Port Saint Lucie. The service from our waitress was extremely poor -- we waited a long time for basic things and felt completely ignored for most of the meal. The biggest issue though was the pancakes. IHOP is literally known for pancakes, but what we were served was honestly the worst I've ever had. They were so unbelievably thin you could practically see through them (see photo). They looked nothing like the fluffy pancakes you expect when you go to IHOP. They were flat, rubbery, and just not appetizing at all. Between the bad service and the terrible food, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. When you go to IHOP, you expect good pancakes at the very least -- unfortunately this location did not deliver. If I could put a 0 on this place I would . My husband order the The Beef Steak omelet and it came with only 3 actual pieces of meat . He had to return it back and when the server took it we actually heard the cook say that's good . She actually had to ask him to Please make a new one. I order the Chicken Grill sandwich the bread was old the chicken was dried cheese not melted. The manager was not taking his job serious was in the back kitchen joking and laughing having a party and one of his workers was actually eating which is an FDA regulation. The floors and tables were discussing,I happen to walk to the bathroom and TP all over the floor dirty the sink will eventually fall off the wall since it has been caulked several times tiles broken . First, we had to wait a long time to be seated although there was no line. The silverware was dirty and had to be replaced. The table next to us was covered with dirty dishes and never cleaned. How could a place that has a national reputation be so bad? I went there today with my d-i-l and 2 grandsons. We waited over 1/2 hour to get seated when it wasn't even that busy. Once we ordered, (the waitress was fairly quick) we waited another 1/2 hour for the food - I'm talking pancakes and 2 pathetic looking salads. The waitress completely forgot the soup that was ordered by said d-i-l. NOW....the picture shown on the menu was in stark contrast to what was actually servced (see pictures below). Out of all the iHops I have been to this one has been by far the worst I've been to. My family and I decided to come for brunch and our waitress was nowhere to be seen for like 20 min. No drinks for another 10 min... then our food came out almost cold and incomplete. I was about done with my plate when they brought out my waffle which was part of the combo... waffle was overcooked with the worst presentation and excuse for upgrade. I paid $4 for fresh berries and it looked like they cut up 1 berry and that was it. My hubby's food came undercooked and we had had enough by then. There's nothing more frustrating than seeing other tables sat after you served first . It was loud not very clean looking either. I'll stick to Berry Fresh instead ! read more

Picked up two deliveries this morning. Only one was ready and then I was told they hadn't received the 2nd one yet - but they did and were preparing it but they are so clueless ... Cheap and unprofessional - AND UNSAFE/UNSANITARY - packaging. Regular grocery store style plastic bags and nothing is sealed to prevent tampering with your food. Or the delivery driver helping him/herself to some of that bacon - oh wait, they probably would pass on that one anyways. When I asked for a sealed paper bag I was told they were low on inventory and not everyone could get one. So who does get a sealed bag and who doesn't? Think about that the next time you order food from this place. I filed a complaint with the Health Department because this "restaurant" does NOT take food safety as serious as they should. read more

I have eaten there many times and it has been good. The last time, our server, Javier made me a nervous wreck as he RUNS at 200MPH. Today, I went in for a Senior breakfast and was waited on by an older redheaded lady. I asked for my one egg to be scrambled loose and runny. I RARELY order eggs out because other than myself or my husband can scramble them to my liking. The last time I ordered an egg there, it was cooked to perfection. Anyway, it was too well done and I told the waitress. She went to the cook and I heard him yelling that they were undercooked and he REFUSED to redo my order (the eggs were NOT undercooked -- they were so well done, they were like rubber, you could have bounced them off the floor!). She came back and I told her to "forget it" as I had heard the cook's remarks and I was starving!! She kept apologizing, but none of it was her fault. It was an off day and she shorted me $4.00 on my return change and I still gave her a 20% tip after she gave me back my shorted monies. Moral of the Story: IHOP - the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT even when they are wrong. The next time IF this happens again, I will speak to the manager. Unfortunately we got stuck with the worst server ever. Now I remember why I don't go there anymore. This man had such a bad attitude and hardly spoke to us. Barely got our order out and he was walking away. Waited 30 minutes just for pancakes and when I questioned the waiter he got nasty with me and said that they have new cooks and it takes at least 25 minutes... for pancakes? It's the IHOP pancakes are supposed to be their specialty! After 30 minutes I saw our pancakes get put under the heat lamp and the waiter just standing there, he then walked into the kitchen, instead of serving them to us. I got up and told him that we were leaving and he said "okay, whatever". Makes sense why this place is no longer doing good business. A 5 star review for an IHOP? You betcha! This has to be the best IHOP ever! We were here late AM on a Sunday when it seems like everyone else in town comes. We waited outside in the heat for 45 minutes but there was no where else to go and we were hangry! Finally we were seated and being packed we knew we'd be in for a longer wait but in no time we were approached by super server Nanette. In 2 minutes the 3 of us had our beverages and we gave Nanette our orders. She had her hands full with other customers but in no time we had all the necessary condiments on our table. (butter, honey, lemons, etc.) We relaxed with our beverages excited to finally be in the AC and knew it'll be awhile before we receive our meals. Only 10 minutes later Nanette rounds the corner carrying tons of plates up both her arms and drops them all off at our table. There had to be 10 plates in all!!! I haven't seen a server so excelled in her skill like that in tears! She made sure everything was as we ordered before she went onto another table. All of the food was cooked to perfection and I'm looking out the window at the still long line. Those people have no idea they'll be enjoying great service and food in no time. Nanette came by on 2 more occasions to refill our beverages, pick up our used plates and drop the bill off. We all left in probably 30 minutes happy & with full bellies. Not only did the waitress not do her job correctly, the chef didnt as well. For starters, our silverware was dirty and greasy so we all (3 Adults) requested another set, they come over and give us plastic disposable utensils to eat with. After giving us our plastic utensils, no body bothered to spend 30 seconds to go wash 3 sets so we can eat properly. You know how hard it is to cut a overcooked steak omelette with a plastic knife? Then upon my (2) friends who are finished early, the waitress then comes and cleans the table and gives us the check, while I'm still eating my food and throws away my syrup to eat my pancakes. Didn't bother giving ANY one of us ANY refill but can clearly see (3) empty cups at the end of the table. Very poor performance on what could've been a habitual reoccurring customer. read more

When we walked into this location there were 3 other families, and we the only thing we were served in 45 minutes was a drink when we first sat down. When we received our food, my entire plate with eggs and French toast was cold, and they didn't bring the rest of my meal out for another 10 minutes. I barely touched the food but no one ever came by to ask if I wanted something else, or anything. In the hour we were there no one came to ask if I needed another drink.. Went to IHOP with 2 small grandchildren this morning 5-29-22. Awful experience. Spent $40 on crap food. The food was cold, I don't mean, warm, I mean cold. The waitress was "sorry about that" and brought me hot scrambled eggs. They were hot but they were also very hard and obviously over cooked. The family that was seated beside us had to wipe off their own booth seats before they sat down. The restaurant in general was unkept and dirty. I will never go back.
