I've been here twice now. The first time, I had absolutely no problems. They installed two 10-inch…read moresubwoofers, wired up the amp, added a bass knob, and everything worked exactly the way I wanted. Anytime I had a small issue afterward, they were always willing to help, so I trusted them enough to come back again. The second time, I booked an appointment because I was having an amp issue and also wanted to replace all six speakers in my truck -- the two front door speakers, the two dash speakers, and the two rear door speakers. I specifically paid for JBL speakers all around. I paid $600 cash, which seemed like a fair deal, so I didn't think twice about it. They worked on the truck for about 4-5 hours. When I picked it up, everything sounded fine during the quick test before I left. But once I got home, my buddy pointed out a buzzing noise coming from the passenger side speaker. After taking a closer look with a flashlight, I noticed the speaker said "Rockford Fosgate" instead of JBL. That immediately raised red flags, so I decided to take apart the doors and dash to see exactly what had been installed. What I found was shocking: * Rockford Fosgate speakers in the two front doors * Kicker speakers in the rear doors * The factory OEM Chevy speakers still in the dash None of the speakers matched what I paid for. I went back the next morning and spoke with the owner, Martin. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed his technician and claimed they didn't have the correct brackets for the JBL speakers. Another excuse was that they "meant to tell me" they temporarily installed different speakers until the brackets came in. Honestly, it felt like they thought I wouldn't notice and only changed their story after they got caught. What blows my mind is that they gave the truck back to me knowing the work wasn't completed the way I paid for it. To their credit, they eventually corrected everything and installed the proper equipment, but the entire interaction afterward was uncomfortable. Martin kept giving me attitude and saying things like, "I'm your friend, I'm trying to help you out," and claiming he was giving me an "upgrade." All I wanted was transparency and to verify the parts I was supposedly being upgraded to. In the end, the pricing worked out okay, but the dishonesty and lack of communication completely ruined the experience for me. I should not have had to tear apart my own truck to discover that the products I paid for were never installed. I'll be posting pictures and videos showing exactly what was installed in my truck, including clear shots of the speakers that prove they were not JBLs. I would strongly recommend never coming here for absolutely anything. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again.

Bought a new truck and had the system installed. The wiring for the subs was shady and could've burned my amps. I messed up by leaving my truck. Instead of the correct fuses they used circuit breakers that heated up and offered no protection for my amps. Even now my 300/4 is suspect. Also, my W7 was always in the house, but when I picked my truck up, the surround had mysteriously disintegrated. Had to drop $2k+ for anew one and to have it put in the box! Had my truck rewired at a reputable shop only to find out Universal had cut into my truck body where the factory amp was *dead face* Had the amp moved and every power and ground wiring redone. System can breathe now and actually bump. I trusted Jordan and his peeps and it was my mistake to leave my truck. I'd never do that again. NVR. I won't be going back there because I don't know who worked on and cut into my truck. It's sad because I was trying to help a small shop.

The usual installer was off for the day but the owner said he could do it. Several calls to the regular guy yielded a poorly installed unit that now, wont show the backup camera, unless the system decides it wants to or it shows the backup camera view 100% of the time. The music fades in and out, the reception wont stay on one station. Sometimes Im even able to change the station using the steering wheel controls. Most times, not. Sometimes, I cant even change the volume of the stereo. All in all for more than $500, the installation quality sucks. Oh, lets not forget that everything I needed for online learning, etc, was thrown out by the shop including the remote.

Unluckily for me, the truth didn't present itself until years later and besides this original review I have no way of proving this is the business that did it. When I called the business to see if they would help me they took advantage of my not having a receipt anymore and said they've never worked on a police interceptor, especially since I've moved states twice. Just stay away, and go somewhere more reputable and willing to admit damage they've done to a vehicle. I'm sure when they got the screws in they immediately realized what they had done and just let me drive off like that without saying anything to anyone.

The back up cam is like an 8bit game from back in the day. It's outrageously pixelated and I told them it's embarrassing that they are even offering such a product.
