This is such a great auto body shop. I had a problem with my door on my 2012 VW. I took it to IKON because it was the closest auto body place to my home. The owner of the shop literally drove me home because he needed to keep the car overnight to do the repair! The door was fixed perfectly- and the pricing was absolutely clear and fair- he showed me the cost of the parts exactly as i would have found them if i searched for them myself. He estimated the time it would take and showed the labor cost - the transparency in the invoice gave me confidence. The car is back in great shape- and I'm super happy i found this place! I was referred to Ikon Auto Collision by a friend after I got into a minor accident which left a hole in my BMW's front right lamp and some cracks on bumper's right side. Kent and Ivan did a phenomenal job restoring the front right lamp and the cracked bumper side, not to mention they also completed the job on time! The price estimate they quoted me was significantly cheaper than this other place close to where I live, which helped me a lot since I was paying out of pocket for the job. Since the out-of-pocket price was not cheap, in addition to this being my first time dealing with auto-repair, I wanted to be extra careful before bringing my car into Kent and Ivan's shop. Kent was very patient with me throughout our communication, and he was nice enough to provide me with an invoice prior to the repair when I asked him for some form of written record for the parts and labor.
