When i first came to get an estimate for the repair of my car , service was great, very friendly staff. The last thing i did not appreciate was that i received a message for status on my car on a monday, (whiche they were consistent on updates by message) but then after 3 days i did not get any updates, i had to call and they said, "your car is ready", i guess that if i did not call i was not sure when would be ready, and today 6.9.2026 recei is a text message stating "confirming, today you picked up your car", very strange, when i picked my car last thursday 6.4.2026. Front bumper repair and paint . Very friendly team , attentive with prompt great follow through . Impressed they asked us to come down and make sure we were happy with the paint match on our BMW . The only down side was on the first estimate they did not notice a crack in the bumper , so when we went back to have the work done we were told the bumper cover had to be replaced . Even with that, I would recommend them and go back if we ever had any other paint or body work needs . read more

Took our car to another collision center in Temecula and got the car back and immediately had headlight issues and discovered the car had been reassembled improperly. I found Body Works from the Honda of Temecula website. Christian and his team at Body works were such a blessing. RUDE, SHADY, AND NOT AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS!! They quoted me over 2k and HEAVILY stressed the fact that there could be additional costs than the initial quote. You have to sign a contract saying once they put your car on the lift, even if there's no work done, you have to pay the full quoted amount to get your car back. After i left my car and read the awful reviews about people not being able to get their car back for months i sent my boyfriend to pick it up, and they were rude and tried to charge him. He said did you put it up on the lift? they said no.. and he said then according to your contract, you can't legally charge me.
