When i first came to get an estimate for the repair of my car , service was great, very friendly staff. The last thing i did not appreciate was that i received a message for status on my car on a monday, (whiche they were consistent on updates by message) but then after 3 days i did not get any updates, i had to call and they said, "your car is ready", i guess that if i did not call i was not sure when would be ready, and today 6.9.2026 recei is a text message stating "confirming, today you picked up your car", very strange, when i picked my car last thursday 6.4.2026. Not so good on the last days of finishing my car on communication. read more

All the staff here are great! Very HONEST crew and they did an excellent job with my 11 year old Dodge Grand Caravan. A semi truck's mud flap flew off and hit the passenger bumper, hood and impact to the window. The van looks brand new after the repair and paint job. Front bumper repair and paint . Very friendly team , attentive with prompt great follow through . Impressed they asked us to come down and make sure we were happy with the paint match on our BMW . The only down side was on the first estimate they did not notice a crack in the bumper , so when we went back to have the work done we were told the bumper cover had to be replaced . Even with that, I would recommend them and go back if we ever had any other paint or body work needs . read more

Took my car in after Temecula Toyota highly recommended them for a door issue I was having. I had gone to a local repair shop near me and they said I needed to replace a part or maybe get a whole new door. I went in to see them and the mechanic came out, then walked back to his shop, brought back a tool, fixed it and said have a great day. I was floored not so much by knowledge (though that is always impressive) but the integrity of the shop to say that was something small - because when it comes to cars people can say anything. I had them quote me something else and they told me to first make sure Toyota wouldn't cover it. They won't, so I am going back to them after they built my trust. I brought my car in after an accident where I was rear ended and I am beyond pleased with the repairs made to my car. They replaced the entire back end and it looks brand new again! Not only did they do an amazing job on repairs but they also fully detailed the inside and outside of my car! It is not often you get a full detail along with repairs at body shops! OMG......... As luck would have it, someone hit my Lexus which was meticulous well maintained for years. I called the Lexus dealer in Temecula and they HIGHLY recommended Body Works Collision Center in Murrieta. Truth be told, but I knew that my car would never be the same. Took our car to another collision center in Temecula and got the car back and immediately had headlight issues and discovered the car had been reassembled improperly. I found Body Works from the Honda of Temecula website. Christian and his team at Body works were such a blessing. They were able to resolve the reassembly issues and deal with our insurance companies. RUDE, SHADY, AND NOT AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS!! They quoted me over 2k and HEAVILY stressed the fact that there could be additional costs than the initial quote. You have to sign a contract saying once they put your car on the lift, even if there's no work done, you have to pay the full quoted amount to get your car back. After i left my car and read the awful reviews about people not being able to get their car back for months i sent my boyfriend to pick it up, and they were rude and tried to charge him. He said did you put it up on the lift? they said no.. and he said then according to your contract, you can't legally charge me. They were nice in the beginning to bait you in, then very disrespectful once you can see through their scams. LONG STORY SHORT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I needed repair for stucco wall damage to both front fenders of my 2025 Honda Civic. I decided to pay for the repairs myself. I was given an estimate for the repair, an appointment for the service and a time frame in which the work would be accomplished. The repair was completed in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction. The final bill was exactly what the estimate was. A car rental was suggested but I chose to use Lyft.
