Very Very easy transaction, especially after our last attempted purchase at another location. My wife messaged Emry (owner) my wife showed her what we were looking for, and then she picked out the color of Sunbrella cushions and she promised a delivery date 2 days later, and she delivered. The cushions were delivered 2 days after this and she did not take a penny from me until furniture AND cushions were set up in my backyard. She was SUPER nice and humble and hard working as her phone was ringing off the hook and she still made time for us without making us feel unimportant. 5 stars for Quality, Customer Service, and Quick Delivery. Looking for Teak?? Search no more, my husband and I wanted an outdoor teak set to enjoy our backyard. Since COVID began , we've been spending most of out there so the search began. We found a place in North Hollywood- which I won't even mention the business name ( that's how bad the experience was) we ended up waiting 5 weeks for delivery even when we paid in full and ended up just getting refund. This teak furniture set is beyond beautiful!!! My husband and I were virtually shopping back in April. We wanted to look at the material in person and contacted Emry. She quickly responded back and said we could stop by at the shop in Woodland Hills. The minute we felt the teak, we felt in love with it. However, this set was not available at the warehouse and we have been told that we have to wait for months to be delivered due to COVID and high demand. Placed order through Hayneedle in May which was supposed to ship in early June. Shortly after confirming my order, the delivery date kept getting pushed out further. Followed up with IKsun directly several times. They were responsive and stated they were behind with orders. Eventually, I was told fabric was ordered and that my chaise lounge would ship in early August. Finally, my order was cancelled this week and I'm super disappointed in how this was poorly handled. Seems IKsun oversold and overpromised this seasonal item to customers. This cancellation also put me in a bind with other items I bought from other vendors to work with the chair I'm now no longer receiving, have no use for and are outside of return windows. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Find a company with a better track record of planning their inventory and sales appropriately.
