I came to this location alone and nervous ( first bike shopping) Brent greeted me right away. Brent helped me get my first bike a few days later. Friendly staff made the entire buying process welcoming and easy. Thank you Brent, Jerry and TJ see you guys on the road!

I've been going to this dealership for about 6-7 years now. I'm not one to only shop at one dealership so I do bounce around but for the past 6-7 years I've bought two bikes here, had three bikes serviced here, two bikes with motor work and Dyno, and store two of the bikes here. Everything from sales to parts and service have been outstanding. If there wasn't something I liked or a price I wasn't cool With I spoke up. Brent Mudgett in sales,, Odie Baltaragis at Parts counter and Ronnie W in service have all been very responsive and willing to work with me on what I wanted for each job. I apologize but I forgot the guy's name in finance but he was great as well since I was buying the most recent bike on a Sunday and wanted to pay up front but he hooked me up through finance and when I received the packet I just sent them the check. It made it a smooth transaction instead of having to come back during the week to completed the purchase. So thanks to my man in Finance. One other thing, I don't like bells and whistles and they respected that and let me purchase quietly without all the horns and bells going off. That's a deal breaker for me. So great job for doing what the customer, Me, wanted. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend you speak up and get what you want your way. These guys will make that happen but you have to speak up. Thanks fellas.

Everyone here is super friendly. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and asked if I need assistance whether I am looking at a bike or browsing clothes.. Even if it is by an employee who isn't working in said department. I like that I never go unnoticed. The service area is very pleasant to deal with (not sure why they have negative reviews) and very knowledgeable. If you are getting something fixed, stick around &shop some of the apparel. They have really cool clothes and leather jackets. Ask for Abby, the retail manager, if you need any help picking out new threads, she's rad!

I called to get a price on a tire and was on hold for 12+ minutes before I ended the waiting game.

I moved to IL Harley from Lisle as they were not to be trusted and I had many serious issues with them and might have contributed to their downfall.

You pay for what you get, and I never have a problem paying them for custom service that is reliable. Owner Joe will literally pull up parts/issues & educate the reason why there's a problem or the cost. Other shops treat you like you're optional, they treat you like family.

We had dropped off his tire around 11 A.M, not hearing anything for the next 5 hours from either of the two men working at the shop. We called around 4:40 P.M only to find out they were JUST going to work on my fiancé's tire, and less than ten minutes later they called my finance back, letting him know he was "missing his spline." We informed my fiancé's brother, who was paying for this (he even told the younger guy there that he wasn't paying at pickup. That someone else would be paying). He was confused, and we all went to pick up his tire. We had already found it weird neither one of the two guys working could explain shit to us. They couldn't explain over the phone or in person. The only thing they had said to my fiancé's brother was "if the wheel is like that, then the other part that connects to it should be damage as well too" (Drive Shaft) but when we had removed the wheel, we checked EVERYTHING, and it was not SHAVED DOWN the way they told us. We took the wheel at 11 A.M in good condition. Nothing was wrong. The normal wear and tear we have seen. But when we got back to the wheel, the "spline" in question was shaved off and damage. These guys half assed a job because they were irresponsible and lost track of time. They fucked up a part of the wheel needed. They mentioned buying the part from them or eBay. Don't come to this establishment. They won't own up to their mistakes. They find ways to scam and make a paycheck. And if you leave a bad review they might call you and try to guilt-trip you to take it down. Trust me. They got time to call and throw a tantrum for shit service they give. But they won't fix your bikes. They'll only mess them up instead of doing their job. As shown in the photos the Drive Shaft is perfectly fine and the other part of it is mess up (Hub Clutch) which they fucked it up.

After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.

Rider's Edge Motorcycle training near Chicago…read more One of the best ways to enjoy Chicago during the warm season is on a motorcycle. Unfortunately, Chicago can also be a dangerous place to ride a motorcycle if you lack the proper riding skills. Just outside of Chicago(South of Oak Park) I recently took a one day Rider's Edge Skilled Rider's Course for experienced riders and every minute and dollar I spent for class was well worth the price. Learning proper riding skills that can possibly save my life, makes riding much more enjoyable. The Rider's Edge course is the combining of the proven curriculum of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation with the partnership of Harley-Davidson. I have been riding for the past several years and I always try to learn something new each year. I wanted to start this year with some solid training and instructions from the same instructors when I first learned how to ride a motorcycle. I first took The Rider's Edge New Rider Course a couple of years ago, which offers hands-on instruction by experienced instructors that are certified by both the Motorcycle Safety Foundation(MSF) and Harley-Davidson to provide top notch instruction in a relaxed, encouraging environment. The beginner's class is a three day long class with a half day in a class room covering basic motorcycle safety issues. Then the rest is on a training facility where you ride Buell Blast motorcycles. After the three days of class, you develop the skills and confidence you need to get the most out of riding. You can also come back that weekend take your state of IL motorcycle test at the same training facility. After passing a written test and a riding skills evaluation, you'll receive an official MSF Rider Course SM Completion Card, which may qualify you for discounts on motorcycle insurance. From the well trained instructors to the skills you learn- the Illinois Harley Davidson Rider's Edge Class is a must for all motorcyclists.

Then they toured the dealership & learned about the history of Harley Davidson. They were encouraged to buy HD equipment and HD cycles. Half the class was spent learning about the same info you study to get your M/C permit. My son was asked about the "difference between a car & a motorcycle". Instead of being at the class on Saturday & Sunday at 8am, he was told he had to be there at 6:45am. Instead of having his m/c license at the end of the weekend, he was told he had to show up on a Thursday morning & take the road test. He works every week day. His homework is to find out how to fit a helmet correctly. This was a complete waste of money & time.
