The entire process was seamless. When I arrived at the office he referred me to, they were already expecting me and had all of my information because Dr. Doshi had sent everything over ahead of time. I was able to get the treatment I needed right away, and the relief afterward was incredible. What I appreciated most was that Dr. Doshi didn't just send me somewhere and leave it at that. He followed up with me afterward, reviewed my X-rays, and has continued managing my care. He is now working on getting my crowns completed so we can finish the restorative process. I'm expected to make a full recovery, and I truly believe that is thanks in large part to Dr. Doshi listening to me and acting quickly when I told him something wasn't right. I recently called the office to schedule an appointment for a crown and was told that before they could schedule my appointment, I would need to pay my co-pay in full, which would be $700+. I questioned why I would need to pay that before I could even schedule an appointment as I have been a patient there for at least 10 years and always paid my co-pays at the time of service. I was informed this is their new policy. That was it!! I saw another review here that referred to this dental office as money hungry and I could not agree more. I switched my dentist, have my crown scheduled and it's more in the $250 range for my co-pay.

With my love for adrenaline-driven adventures, I can say I have a brave soul. And yet, I am a total wuss when it comes to dentists and I would come up with all kinds of excuses to avoid that anesthesia injection. But Dr. Marin's professional but friendly demeanor can put the most anxious patient at ease. The rapport he has with his patients is what sets him apart from all the other dentists I have seen. He takes the time to explain things and he is never in a rush to get to the next patient. Today, I finally came for my filling and as expected, I was asking for the numbing gel before I even sat on the chair. But Dr. Marin's hands are so light I didn't even flinch from that dreaded numbing injection I managed to avoid for months. He's also great with kids! And when you're a parent with a scared child, that can make all the difference. I also would be remiss if I don't acknowledge Dr. Marin great team.
