Dr. Grace is an amazing dentist, so kind caring, patient & extremely gentle. she's the 1st dentist ever that I've had that I wasn't in pain when getting a deep cleaning of my teeth. all of my prior dentists had put me in pain. Dr grace took her time with me to explain what I really needed & wasn't pushy about making me do extra stuff that I really didn't need which other dentists have done to me before. Her assistant Jennifer was so nice & sweet as well; she made taking x-rays so painless compared to other places I've been too. I love love the cute european, warm & nice decor here. I've been here before but at the old location. Finally found the new location. Came in for a root canal. I was in pain. At first it couldn't be done cause of infection so I had to take antibiotics. When I came back the dentist was gentle and understanding. Now I hate going to the dentist. I didn't feel any pain the entire time she made sure I was comfortable and numb. Do not come here!!! Dr. NGO takes advantage of small business and doesn't pay them for the work that she then uses on her patients. We are a small dental lab who was working for her for over a year. Not only did she want the dental prosthetics rushed made in 2-3 days, but took months to pay for it. I'm the end she owed us 3 months of work and never paid us. She is dirt cheap and charges her patients a ridiculous amount for the work of others that she didn't even pay for. read more

I had a very bad experience with my dentist before this, so I was very lucky to find Dr. Ngo. She is so sweet and really listens, more than any dentist I've had. She talks to her patients like they are her friends and genuinely tries to build a relationship with them. She fixed my broken fillings and did a phenomenal job, I had absolutely no pain during the procedure and I'm actually looking forward to going back for my next appointment, which I've never felt about the dentist, haha. The only dentist I've ever recommended. Previously I've only gone to Vietnamese dentists my parents have chosen. Since I've been living in Pomona I've gone to a dentist off Garey and he was really shady. Even my parents said he always seemed like he was trying to get more money out of things, not just from insurance but out of our pockets. They stopped going to him and make the drive out to OC instead. But I never want to drive that far. Now that I'm an "adult" I can choose my own dentist and where else to look other than my favorite site YELP :). I found a place in Walnut but they also seemed like they were trying to over sell me on things. They even had a "sales manager" guy who handles strictly the finances and he'd come talk to you with sales pitches while you're sitting in the chair .. was kind of awkward. Anyways I decided to switch again and luckily found Dr. Ngo also via yelp. Somewhat close by though I never go this far into Chino Hills other than visiting the dentist. The office is modern and technology up to date. Dr. Ngo is very thorough with everything. She's very easy to talk to. I've been helped by at least 4 of the assistants there separate times and they're ALL so friendly. GREAT customer service here. I've never had any problems. I've only had to pay additional for cosmetic fixes. Oh and if you're a new customer you get free teeth whitening. They only do it on weekdays though and it'll take about an hour and half. And your teeth will be SUPER SENSITIVE for that day and the next. Like a constant ice cold wind hitting your teeth :( but the next next day it was back to normal. I have recently discovered Luxury Smile Studio after recommendation by a friend. I came in for a regular deep cleaning and also got a bleaching. Dr. Ngo was very professional, thorough and gentle. The treatment was smooth and painless compared to my previous dentist. The bleaching came out better after only 2 treatments of 15 min. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Prices are very fair. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ngo to anyone who is looking for a good dentist for any kind of dental work. I had come to this dentist because I had done some research and needed a routine cleaning and a few cavities fixed. I wound up needing more dental work for an issue I had. the website says that they offer wine if you request it. due to Covid restrictions this was not available. be sure if you come here get everything you are quoted for dental work in WRITING before agreeing to anything. And ask if you will require any additional dental work after initial work is done and get that infor in WRITING. And any financial information pertaining to your dental work in Writing. I don't make much money and I kept getting Surprise dental work and financial costs. I was not told about or quoted in the bill. on more than one occasion I had to barrow money from friends. I had to come up with money that I was not notified by the staff in advance so that I could work out a payment plan. I was expected to come up with hundreds of dollars with absolutely no notice from the staff. the dentist herself was not very friendly at any point during my dental treatments. place is very clean I have to say. I am absolutely the worst imaginable patient who fears going to the dentist like a nightmare. Every time I have to face the reality of having to get a dental procedure, I would get palpitations, chest tightness and diaphoretic like I was about to have a heart attack. Dr. Ngo knows me too well over the years so she always tries to be patient, understanding, and accommodating. She would relieve my anxiety for needles by using topical anesthetic on my gum before performing the nerve blocks. What is more incredible is the fact that she would warm up her local anesthetic medication to alleviate the minimal burning pain upon injection. Don't get me wrong, I still don't like seeing her, but if I had to see a dentist, it would have to be no one else but Dr. Ngo. I am a chicken and not ashamed to admit it :) read more

Where do I begin..I haven't been to a dentist in nearly all my life. I was never comfortable and was never able to trust any dentist..so I prolonged it, and the years passed by. My daughter talked to me about Dr. Ngo since she worked in the same building as her. So I decided to give it a shot, On the day of my meeting with Dr. Ngo I was so excited and yet so nervous at the same time, but she listened to me, heard my story from beginning to end, then evaluated me. When most dentists would have most likely taken out all my teeth and replaced them with a simple denture, she decided to save my teeth. Not only that, she worked with me on a payment plan, and helped me choose a supplemental insurance that would help pick up some of the charges so I don't pay too much out of pocket. She went above and beyond a patient/doctor relationship. My process is a long and painful one, according to her I am one of her extreme cases (I believe it) I will be posting before and after pictures as soon as my process is over. I started a little over 2 months ago, and according to Dr. Ngo I should be done by December (just in time for the holidays). So by December I should have the smile I always dreamed off. I am so blessed to have met this woman. She's not only professional but she's ALL HEART. I truly appreciate YOU Dr. Ngo, I will never forget you, and will be referring patients to you for as long as I live. She made me smile again, and raised my self esteem. Her staff is very friendly, even though I reschedule more often than most !! I need a lot of work done and I've never had a bad or painful experience. Ive never had any pain when she does the numbing shots that give me terrible anxiety !! Even drilling gives me anxiety but its never been a problem here ! They r close by but I always seem to run late but they r always so patient and accommodating as well !! First of all thanks to Dr. Ngo. She has been serving my whole family since last 10 years. It is very important at the same time very hard to find a right dentist for your family. 10 years back I went to her and since then it is the only doctors place for me and my kids where we like to go. She has treated me with a abscessed tooth during my pregnancy. She helped me so much during that difficult time, drove on her off day just for me. She is very sincere in replying to my text. Even if there is no apt available still her front desk girls accommodate you when there is an emergency. Her office is very clean, equipped with all modern dental equipment. Dr. Ngo is very nice as a person, we chat so much about different things. My kids run around in her office and sometimes they actually disturb her in her work but she never says them anything. Always very polite, humble and give them gifts. Dr. Ngo is a perfectionist, knowledgeable and does her job with lot of care and diligence. I definitely recommend anyone, I have recommended her to many of my friends and every friend has thanked me after wards. It's 0925am and no one is in the office!! Sign on the doors claims 9am. Ok where do I start...The office itself it's cheap smells like mildew. Walls are not even painted to the top of the ceiling or to the floor boards. It's a tiny place. The girls that work here are sweet very sweet. But How this place has 5 stars I have NO clue. I waited over 3 hours (including a hour whitening) they threw in for free because they over booked and couldn't figure out what to do. I came in for a exam, cleaning and teeth reshaping/ chipped tooth. I didn't even get the cleaning because of how long it took. Not to mention when she bonded my teeth I had to have her fix them. Because they were not filled completely and were still crooked and oddly shaped. She is not a perfectionist! I am still very unhappy with my bonding. I will have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to have them completed. She also was supposed to reshape the rest of my smile which she did not. I didn't even bother reminding her because I was not going to wait any longer and because I didn't want her to ruin or oddly shape them any further. I will not come here and I do not recommend anyone else to. The lack of professionalism, comfort and effort deserves zero stars. read more
