For starters, I'm a pretty reserved person, so I wasn't totally comfortable with how one of the employees(Natlie I believe was her name)approached recommendations--it felt a bit too personal/vulgar for me... I also noticed a few dead roaches on the floor during my visit, which was concerning.. That said, Monica was great. When I asked her for help, she gave thoughtful recommendations, kept things professional, and made me feel much more at ease. Honestly, she's the main reason I decided to bump my rating up to 4 stars. Selection here is also great! Very large variety of things!

I went and it's changed for an change. I have a size for three islands that I spend $300. And they refuse to do this change. Just because the manager was not answering the phone. I had a literally tell the Lady what was helping me cashier that I really need it and I was not gonna come back because she was trying to send me to the customer service. When you buy something align. They even tell you that you can exchange the size at the store, and there will be no questions as and everything they make a scene. It's gonna be a very easy process, which is not true, and it's very unprofessional for the employees to tell you. They cannot do anything. They can only purchase or do transactions purchasing, but they cannot do is change. Just because they don't have the authority to do that, which is really ridiculous. Anyways, like I said, I end up leaving with my two items that I couldn't change. Only one because according to the policies. I got a promotion by two and get one free the one it was free. I guess it was the one I took. I don't know they made it so confused to me at the end. I am not satisfied, and I am not gonna recommend this place to nobody the worst customer service.

I was so unsure about the ring I wanted. I described the vision I had in my head and she pulled out the perfect ring and band. She described In detail the quality of the gold and diamond and I felt really excited to purchase. I then said I was going to walk around the mall to look at other options. She was respectful and understanding and gave me some questions to ask other jeweler stores. I then went into another jewelry store knowing exactly what ring I was looking for ( thanks to Nayzeth) but the customer service definitely give me that warm and exciting buzz I was looking for like it did when I entered don Roberto's working with Nayzeth. After browsing other store I went straight back to don Roberto's to tell Nayzeth I'm ready to purchase what she showed me. From there, Angel assisted me through out the whole financing process. I was starting to feel nervous and asked a lot of questions and Angel took the time to explain to me the process and how they inspect their jewelry and slowly broke down the finance process for me snd the details of the insurance for the jewelry etc. He then offers to have the newly wrapped and set me up on automatic payments and offered to even call to remind me about payments if needed Overall it was a great experience and I left super excited to pop the question Thanks again to the team !

When I stopped by Don Roberto to look at watches, they made it abundantly clear with both the…read morelocked door and the two people who answered the door that they did not have any watches to show me, even though they had watches on display in the window that people passing by on Calle Cuatro could see were for sale. There are multiple places that sell watches in Fourth Street, however all of the other stores have their doors unlocked during the open hours that are advertised and do not outright refuse to show me watches that they have in their inventory. I cannot weigh in on if their value is reasonable or not as they refused to let me in the door to look to see what they had. Very disappointed, however I would be happy to revise my review in the future and revisit in the event there was just some sort of miscommunication.

Everything is so cute and I like how comfortable the fit is for both the fanny packs and hydration packs. I like the hydration packs for when I go hiking and music festivals. Prices aren't too bad either compared to all the other competitor brands. The guys here are so nice too!
