If you walk in I would totally recommend this Place of Business . when it comes to open up an account on line some of their Business Practices are rather suspicious. Trying to use an account number you have used many times successfully in the past like 3 years has faulted when trying to make a payment. The day before it's due the account number does not work after the day the payment was due the account gets a over due $30 fine and your on the phone with them until the accounts person tells you have to wait 24 hours to open a new account very frustrating to be on the phone for 3 hours and accomplish nothing but getting told sorry and good bye after 3 hours another $30 Bucks tomorrow? The window displays at this store are just too cute! With spring here and Easter coming up soon, everything is in pastels. Even the boys' clothing has some pink and yellow. I may not be a big fan of pastel colors (especially on boys), but with window displays this adorable, I had to venture in. I really liked seeing the clothing's fun patterns as I walked in the door. I especially liked the 25% off signs all over the store. The displays in the store were as equally as cute as the ones in the window. The girls' clothing was adorned with lots of flowers in pretty colors, while the boys' clothing seemed to have tons of sweater vests and plenty of plaid. As with most Children's Place locations, I seemed to have trouble finding the sizes in certain styles. When I needed help, I was suddenly invisible. I was the only shopper in the store and had trouble finding even one salesperson to help me. When I finally did ask one salesperson for help, she seemed a bit inconvenienced. Although the clothing is really nice here, I found the customer service mediocre at best. I'm hoping they were just having an off day. I loved to go to this store to buy my kids clothes and it's so close to me but I recently had a bad experience at this store when I was trying to exchange a pair of shoes that were defective due to the fact that they ripped from the tip and were only use 3 times and were bought less than a month. Which I found odd due to the fact that I had the same exact shoes that lasted more than the newer one and were worn a lot more. So I decided to go to this store to exchange them and the girl that was working did not provide the best customer service and quickly denied the exchange because she saw the receipt was on my email and she assume I bought the shoes online therefore she said she could not exchange them and that I had to exchange them how I bought them but I reassured her that I bought the shoes at this store. She still denied to exchange them. Then I asked for the manager and the Manager came out and also denied to exchange the shoes and her excuse was because the shoes didn't have a price tag but I did have the receipt which I didn't understand what the problem was if I had proof of purchase. So I ended going to another store which was at the block in orange and they were so helpful and nice and had no problem on exchanging the shoes for me. Got here at opening hoping to try on uniform shorts with my son. First, the store was an absolute mess. I get that places are short staffed, but this was really bad. I was able to find shorts only to be told that we couldn't try them on. My son is at an age, like most children are (it's in the name of the store!) where he is growing and trying on clothes is vital. I was tinkering with buying the shorts, going into the mall bathroom to try them on and then return them, but I realized that is way too much effort and I will just go to another store and give them my money instead. I like the overall company (Children's Place). My son is tall but thin, so the pants are perfect from here. They have the little adjustable buttons and elastic thingy at the waist so you can button the elastic strap to your child's desired waist size. This particular store is small and has a VERY small toddler section. Thusly the selection is limited. But what they do sell is quality. read more

Amazing how there are no reviews on these stores. Yeah, Main Place may not be the best mall around..but if you need something you can probably find it here (See my review on the mall). This location is not my favorite by any means. In fact, I would suggest going to Macy's in the same mall and looking through the sale racks. Also, the best Children's place is in Long Beach in Belmont Shores (Read my review). However, often this location has sale items. You just have to think a season or two a head of time. I have been able to pick up many things for less than $10. Also, the store has a little more room than other kids stores in the mall. The employees alwasy seem different but willing to help and answer questions. While I am not a fan of this store, it is AOK. I like their sales on clothes that are always going on. You should not be playing full price for clothes as there is always some kind of sale. Sign up with their rewards program and you will get emails with their sales and even promotional codes for in store or online shopping. You can even earn $ off your purchase. However, be clear as to what sale prices are for online only as the in store prices vary and are a few dollars more. I shop here for both my son and daughter and have found plenty of cute, durable and affortable clothing. Some of the girl design's and styles are very cute and look more expensive. read more

This is the worst review I have ever had to write. I went to this store within 5 mins of it opening bc I just needed a dress that I found at a different Children's Place in a different size & I needed it that day. I mention the time because that means zero to one other patrons were in the store before me. The Yelp pics were right. This store is less organized than a donation bin. Clothes are just piled everywhere unfolded and uncared for. They never even heard of the dress I just purchased the day before at a different location which makes sense because the clothes are just rolled into balls and thrown into piles. You will never find what you are looking for here. Garage Sales are more organized and classy than this store. To add insult to injury I asked to use the restroom only to find fresh, stank, human feces sprayed all over the toilet and walls. The smell hit me like a freight train. It took everything I had not to vomit. Let me remind you, this store just opened. I have never ever had such a horrid experience at a store in my life. Ever. read more

I have 2 kids and been shopping here since I had my first child in 2010 They have the cutest clothes for such a reasonable price. I have to say though that after today my love for this place has grown even more. Today is veterans day and this was the only store in the mall that had a sign in front of their store to appreciate veterans and their family. Other stores offered discount aswell but I had to ask to find out. Its not just about the additonal discount it's about the recognition. The store may be a little small and not always with the clothes folded to perfection but the associates were friendly and helpful. I just got my kids their thanksgiving outfits and I love them.
