We wanted solid wood doors that are hung from the top instead of the typical bottom track. Redlands Door was able to find the hardware to accomplish this. They ordered the doors and had them painted to match our current color. Two bedrooms had double mirrored doors and the master had three plain doors. All are non-standard sizes, which made buying them from a Home Depot or Lowes impossible. As mentioned, Tim was very through and made sure everything was installed correctly. He found that there was some additional siding that needed to be added to be sure the doors closed with no gap. It was extra challenging as besides being non-standard, the wall are slightly off square. He also did a great job in cleaning up the area when done. I would not hesitate to recommend Redlands Door as well as call on them again.

I have worked with Mike's Custom Flooring for a number of years commercially through my office. In November my husband and I purchased a home needing new flooring throughout. We went to several vendors for quotes and then I said why don't we go to Mike's Custom Flooring and see their products and prices. Not only was their quote $1,000 less than what we had gotten, but they introduced us to a new product which we chose and really like. They are professional and nice to work with. Our installation was done in a very timely manner, installers arrived on time and worked a full 8 hour days until the job was complete. The installers were very nice and very meticulous. At the end of one day, the installer was ready to leave and noticed on one of the tiles that the tongue and groove collapsed and wasn't allowing the tile to mate perfectly with the one next to it. My husband couldn't see it, but the installer could and removed half of the tiles in the space he'd just finished to replace it and make sure it was correct. That's going above and beyond! Our new carpet and flooring looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely use Mike's Flooring again and will recommend them to others. read more

I contacted Mikes regarding flooring needs at my residence. Charles responded quickly, surveyed the project and showed samples. Shortly thereafter we met at the showroom, and with Charles assistance were able to select carpeting. From that point forward, I simply turned the matter over to Mikes. All dates, from delivery through installation were kept. The installers were very professional, and extremely good at their craft. They were very careful at every level. Doors and baseboards were protected. The job (approximately 2000 square feet) went off without a hitch, and I get compliments often. I did my due diligence before going with Mikes, including the big box stores. Mikes prices on carpet were competitive, and the quality of the carpet and the pad is superior to what I saw elsewhere. Our salesman, Charles, was half the reason we chose Mike's. He spent as much time as we needed to get the right "woods" and design, to create a real piece of art on the floor. His ideas combined with what we wanted, really made this floor a stand out in our home. The second half of the reason for our choice of Mike's Custom Flooring, was our installer, David. Top quality workmanship! The angles and joints, intersecting in the different colored woods, were perfection. It's art on the floor! This is our second project w/Mike's, the first being a second story office project for our business Gillespie Insurance Services. We had commercial carpet installed, a beautiful green carpet, as well as a light toned bamboo floor in our break room.
