I reached out to other studios and they told me that the wrong rod was used on my eye and I would need to get this relaxed. When I brought that up to Glenda, she told me this is normal (once again) and that this is just how my eyelashes react to this process, but that she could try to make it even. My eyelashes became even more curled and uncomfortable. On top of this, she left the room a number of times while I had the perming solution on my eyes. This made me uncomfortable because I had never had these products on my face and did not know how I would react. I thought this was a normal process, but I have gotten my lashes lifted twice since this service, and each time it has been significantly more comfortable and the results have been better, for over half the price. Additionally, my artist has never left the room, and ensures I am comfortable the entire time.

She was impeccable; asked every question that a waxer should before ever touching my skin, and knowledgeable about how to handle each of my personal variables. I'm a bit nerdy and she fully indulged my interest in all the products they used; which blew me away with the quality! Absolutely peak quality wax and oils, on a level I have never seen in another waxing location, for even the MOST sensitive skin! Which is super important for me because I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and my skin is extremely sensitive and abnormally easily torn on a molecular level so when I say that I walked away with HAPPY, not irritated, skin after a full Brazilian wax, please know how remarkable this is! I have walked out of waxing appointments at other businesses bleeding on many occasions. Not only was Amanda exceptional in her knowledge and manner, she was thorough!
