Let me tell you so i wasn't satisfied with this place at all!! The gel product they used on my nails was jacked!! I left pissed off!! However i was told if i took down my yelp review that i will be fully refunded!! So i took down the negative review and this is my compromise!! I will not give you 4 or 5 stars because it was not worth it!! Im glad you were able to fix the nails of the girl i went with however the product i wanted was gel and since you couldn't provide that i chose not to go back to you!! I spent 40$ on my nails and was not satisfied even when the girl went back she spent 2 hours there for you guys to get it right!! We were going to W**m*** so i ended up getting my nails fixed by someone else and they looked amazing and lasted i paid them 20$ plus a 10$ tip!! when i called you i asked for a refund you said the guy ben did a really great job and spent an hour on my nails!! Which they werent it looked like i had the nails on for a week or so!! And you said you will only give me 20$ back so finally, after you asked me to take down my original review i put up a fake one and thats not me!! I tell the truth as to what happened and if this causes me not to get the rest of my money then that shows what type of company this is!! My friend and I went here for the first time to have a nice girls day and we're sadly disappointed. The prices are outrageous- the most I've ever paid anywhere for a full set. The lady who did my nails - I didn't catch her name - seemed irritated with me the whole time. While doing my nails she cut my finger fairly deep but didn't say anything about it. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got in the car. My set is ok. A bit lumpy and oddly shaped. It's not a bad option but I don't think we'll be back, especially when we can get a better job done elsewhere for half the price. read more

Definitely a friendly and accommodating nail salon. Was able to give me an appointment sort of last minute and of course, did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. The place is clean, the employees will treat you like family and are very nice. Prices are average and equivalent to just about any other nail salon. $35 for a 'back fill' and paid $8 for a nail polish change on my toes. NOTES: They have a TON of Shellac colors to choose from if that's your thing. And I mean a TON. Lacking different color options for acrylic nails. Had some, but not as much as some other places Easy to make an appointment. Closed on Sundays. Location could be better as parking is iffy in that complex. Each of the ladies does a great job. I'm sure most of women who work here are great, but the older woman I had was just terrible. She didn't give me the shape I wanted and I kept having to remind her what I wanted. She got really irritated at me at one point and said I need to make up my mind, even though I was telling her the same thing over and over the whole time. My thumb nail on one hand is SUPER short and all the rest of my nails are long, there's dust bumps under the polish on my acrylics because the brush she was using to get the dust off was so dirty, she cut me when doing my cuticles and now it's infected, and the gel polish just looks poorly done. Mind you, I paid $45 dollar for this! My advice, make sure you don't get the older short woman that doesn't wear makeup. She has a bad attitude and does a poor job. read more

Got a mani and pedi at this salon while visit the Portland area. The salon was busy and there were lots of regular customers that the staff new and greeted. The salon seemed to have good hygiene practices. Their pedi was pretty basic and it was nearly $10 extra for paraffin which I did not do. My salon at home does it includes. The chairs were. Little flimsy and not super luxurious. The manicure was ok but the woman didn't paint very accurately. The salon was fine but I prefer my go to one at home. read more

I see Aimee, and she is amazingly talented. She isn't afraid to try new ideas and has a lot of training and experience with doing some new nail fashions. I have never seen a nail artist who has such beautiful nails her self, but somehow she does it. Absolutely the best nail salon in town. I have been having my nails, pedi, wax and hair done here for over 7 years. Kim and Maia the owners treat customers like family and really care about the quality of their work. I got my nails done here by Brandy, and she did such an amazing job!! She did ombré nails for me by mixing and creating a perfect pink color that I was asking for. Not only is it super hard to find a nail tech that can correctly do coffin shaped nails, but she's actually one of the few that can. Her years of experience definitely shows because of how nice the nails turned out. I would recommend not only this salon, but Brandy especially, to people who are looking to get their nails done. I have been to Image Nail Salon a number of times for a mani or pedi and had a really good experience each time. The ladies are all really sweet and chatty and do a great job. My mother-in-law and her mother have been going here for 20+ years. They started taking me with them September of 2017 and I have never gone anywhere else since! Every technician there is amazing and they have someone for everything! I am a LMT and I thought I would never be able to have cute nails but, Tina (not her real name but she goes by that because it is easier) is a wonderful manicurist! She has worked with me so well! Even if she is out, the next time I see her (we go every other week), she always asks how it went and if all my needs were met. I adore everyone who works there and they are always trying to make you smile. It is more than just nails! I truly appreciate the whole team! Not a great pedicure. She cut my toenails shorter than I asked her to, and she hurt me with the cuticle scissors more than once. The polish is unevenly applied. The salon itself was clean and comfortable. Other people seemed happy. I think I just got the wrong person. read more

I'm a long-time client. I had surgery and could not wash my hair. I explained I wanted just a very simple shampoo, no style, no dry, no conditioner, just a very fast shampoo and rinse, send me out with wet hair. They said $25. I explained again, they said $20. I explained again. They would not provide a reasonable price. I complained. Manager said there was a misunderstanding. This is not true, since I explained 3 times I had surgery and just needed a fast simple shampoo and rinse. I would have been done in 2-5 min. No skill needed. I was not interested in quality just a very basic, very simple shampoo any 5 year old could do. I have not been back. So sad. read more
