I had my braces on for 1 year and 2 months at Image Orthodontics, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My treatment was always under the supervision of Dr. Kalika, who is an incredible professional. All of the assistants are highly skilled, very gentle, and attentive. Every adjustment appointment was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards -- all instruments are always sterile, which made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The front desk team is amazing -- always helpful, kind, and polite. I especially want to highlight Tatyana and Irina. I interacted with them most often, and honestly, they made every visit even more enjoyable. They are so pleasant to talk to that sometimes I didn't even want to leave! I am beyond happy with my results. My only regret is that I didn't get braces sooner. I can't stop smiling now! For 35 years, I used to hide my teeth, and now I finally feel 100% confident. This is what I wish I knew before i chose this office- Long wait to talk to doc. Twice, It took over 2 weeks to speak to a doctor when I had questions about my Invisalign's. Unethical practice - One experience- I had a question for the doctor. The front desk called me back and relayed me a message about what the doctor's answer was to my question. When I spoke to the doc a week later the doctor said they never said that to the front desk and doesn't agree with what the front desk told me. Orthodontists are only there Tuesday - Thursday. High turn overrate. New medical assistant each appointment. In the corners on the floor dust has been collecting and it's quite nasty. read more

Pretty disappointing experience. I've been a patient since January of 2024 I originally went in for Invisalign with a cross bite. I was originally told my treatment would be 12 weeks which seemed very ambitious given I have a cross bite but I was excited nonetheless. The facility itself is super chaotic, it takes weeks and weeks to get an appointment and I only ever saw a doctor twice. I finished my aligners today 2/26 and left extremely disappointed with the doctor letting me know that the one problem tooth I came in with aesthetic concerns around is "too thin" and it wouldn't be able to move to be flush with the rest of my teeth, still. I feel this could've been communicated after an initial scan so to me it sounds like BS because the tech I saw before the doctor said I ran out of "refinements" (I came in for three additional scans because they kept me on a treatment plan called Invisalign light) and as I said above it takes weeks to get in. I could say a lot more but honestly I've given this place enough of my time. Just avoid and go to a doctor that is knowledgeable about your case. I have a check-in in 8 weeks to get my final retainer so I'll post an update in the chance they make it right. read more

Maricela and Sandra to the rescue! After three months of failed treatment with ClearCorrect and another three failed months of inadequate number of brackets [only 4], my teeth needed some serious progress. I had a small case of crooked teeth on the bottom front, which should have been corrected in half the time. Yes, I went through month of hassle (aligners and 4 brackets) with little reward. That's when Maricela and Sandra stepped in to save the day! Working closely with Dr. Park, Maricela and Sandra talked me through each step of the new plan to straighten my teeth. First, I was to rest assure that I would attain the results I wanted, which included an arch and straight teeth. We were on the right path now that Dr. Park ordered a full set of brackets, which is necessary to create the arch to fully straighten the teeth. I like working with Brenda with account questions. Maricela and Sandra really know about correcting teeth irregularities and they take their time to explain Dr. Park's plan to me. I'm excited to finally be on my way to straight teeth that come with an arch. read more
