Loved our first visit with OPDSF last month for her 1.5 year daughter. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, great with kids, and knowledgeable. Joan was able to answer all of our questions, with patience and kindness, and we never felt like any question was too basic to ask. Their facility is very clean and welcoming, they have TVs installed into the ceiling to help distract the kids, and just a great environment overall. The only thing is that we're not fully covered with our insurance provider, Delta Dental, which is something OPDSF was transparent about from the start. Delta does reimburse some of the cost but under half. For now, we will continue going to OPDSF because the experience was so great. read more

Madison is on her way to getting braces. Today is her 2nd appointment. She saw assistants Mei / Linda. Since I'm not allowed to be in the office with her, she said her appointment was good. Mei was great when she called and answered questions I had. Peter from the front desk is wonderful as usual. Two days ago was a different story. Welcoming was lack-of... maybe because it was towards the end of the day but still... I was caught by surprised from the person who let us in that I'm not allowed to be inside for my young kid's first appointment which I was not made aware in advanced. Thank goodness she did well. I had a request via the front desk person (not Peter)... still have not received. I will need to follow-up. read more

First dental appointment didn't result in a meltdown surprisingly. They have stickers, bath toys, bubble wands, and a instax polaroid camera. I think I was more anxious than my 20 month old of the dental office haha. But the cute freebies and welcoming staff made us both more comfortable and happy. Baby girl was obsessed with baby shark playing on the ceiling mounted TV and the green dental chair. Had to book a month in advance, but I was taken off the waitlist for an earlier appointment! Pristine office following strict Covid-19 guidelines. Dr. Mo and Joan were so warm and friendly. Though some tears were shed, they were very gentle and calm throughout the appointment. Delta Delta will be out of network starting in November. Still worth paying out of pocket in my opinion. read more

I'm so glad to have found OPDSF. I've been thinking about getting braces on and off for years now. I know what I want to fix is a "minor issue" in most people's opinions, but during the consultation, Dr. Lee completely understood my point of view. However, I was undecided after I was quoted the price because it was quite a bit financial decision for me. However, Dr. Lee went ahead and did a scan of my teeth so he could show me visually what my teeth may look like at the end of the treatment, free of charge! A few days later, I called back to schedule my first appointment. (A big thank you to Debra for answering questions about financing the treatment.) I just got my attachments and aligners. Linda and Rita did a really good job! Not once did I feel uncomfortable. They gave me all the information I needed on how to use and care for the aligners, and they answered all the questions I had. Also a big thank you to Peter for finding appointment times that would fit my schedule. I look forward to finally getting the smile I want under the care of OPDSF! read more

I never been here but called the office inquiring about prosthetic as they were listed as the top 10 places when I did a Google search. The nice lady who I spoke with told me they didn't do prosthetics there. Originally, I gave 1 star as it's misleading people. Then I got a Yelp reply back that they were going to call Yelp to take that category out. Apparently, Google or Yelp needs to fix that so it's not the clinics fault. They were nice enough to let me know about all this & took action when I've never even been there! Changed my rating to 5. read more

I just took my 19 month old to the dentist for the first time and I'm so glad we went to OPDSF! Carmen and Ryan helped check us in and out seamlessly even though I had some trouble with insurance. The reception area is every kid's dream with video games (pre-Covid) and at the end of every visit the kids get a fun little gift, which makes going to the dentist overall a fun thing! I came in for a replacement retainer and was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Lee's office! I am especially impressed with their COVID protocol and am glad to see they are limiting patients in the building. All staff were wearing masks and some face screens. When I first came in I was asked screening questions then led immediately to a chair where they took my impressions. It was my second time coming in for a replacement retainer as I had broken my first one and Dr. Lee gave me a discount on the replacements! I lost both my bottom and top retainers so the total cost of them was looking at about $600, but thanks to Dr. Lee, I ended up paying only $400! Dr. Lee and Linda were both friendly and understanding and made me feel very comfortable during my time, so I am very appreciative. Only thing about my experience was that I had to redo my impressions about three times before they got it, so that was unfortunate but not the end of the world. However, when Linda came to help the assistant with the impressions, it was done much more quickly and gently. Overall, I had an excellent experience! read more

I've been bringing my son to OPDSF since he first sprouted teeth (he's almost 6 now) and every appointment has been great. The staff are excellent at working with kids of all ages and know how to make early dental experiences not be scary. This includes fillings Our latest appointment was with Dr Lee (always amazing), and assisted by Aniyah (who also got high praise - and high fives - from the kid). Tina at the front desk will make sure you are well taken care of and organized, too! I wish I could go to OPD for my dental appointments too...in no small part bc the kid's bathroom is completely decked out to make you feel like you're scuba diving on a reef! read more

Wow! The moment we walked into OPDSF, my 20 month old was immediately intrigued! The front desk member, Annie was so welcoming and checked my daughter in right away. They address her by her first name which made my daughter feel like she can trust them. Assistant Joan greeted her as we entered the dental area and her aura was so vibrant and positive that my daughter followed her right into the room. From there my daughter was fascinated with the room, the big green chair called her name. She sat down, they turned on baby shark, and she let Assistant Joan do her dental exam, cleaning and fluoride treatment. Joan was so calm and patient and waited for my daughters approval to do any work. She was very gentle with the cleaning and was explaining to my daughter all the steps she was going to do next. As a first time mom, I had so many questions to ask about dental hygiene and Dr. Mo answered all my questions, she has great knowledge about pediatric dentistry and really made me feel at ease with my daughters teeth troubles (black staining on her teeth). Which they were able to remove! My daughter did so well and sat there the entire 10 minutes while they removed the staining! I was beyond impressed by our visit and so incredibly happy that my daughters first time at the dentist was such a positive/happy experience. I highly recommended this place to all those seeking excellent dental care for your little toddler! I am so excited to bring her back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE DELTA DENTAL. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE-NOT TRANSPARENT REGARDING COSTS. The dentists here are great, but terrible office staff service. They will readily call you back to schedule appts, but any questions about billing issues they will drag their feet on and avoid your calls. I called about a billing question and it took ONE MONTH for them to get back to me- just to tell me there is nothing they can do. Each week I called, the office staff would tell me someone would call me back, with no follow up. I was told that delta dental was out of network and I asked the office assistant what that change meant. She said "it's the same but you just pay first and then your insurance will pay you back". I foolishly assumed that I would be reimbursed for the full amount, however I was stuck paying over $200. I finally received a call back about my billing question and I spoke with Jamie who was apathetically apologetic. She told me "I have notes here that we told you we don't know how much you will be reimbursed". I informed her that, I too, work in healthcare and just because a note is in the chart does not mean that it is accurate. CLEARLY multiple other reviews state they had issues with billing and delta dental - so it is a communication issue on their side. If I was clearly told that I would not be fully reimbursed- I would have gone to any other of the multiple pediatric dentists that are available and that accept delta dental and cover a routine teeth cleaning free of charge. POOR COMMUNICATION- probably on purpose in order to get you to come into their office. read more

Hello everyone - I seldom make or write reviews but I think this time is something special. Finally, after almost 4 years.. my granddaughter's braces were removed. And I have to show her off, because Dr Lee did a great job! She really looks good. Beautiful! Other than my granddaughter.. my grandson and my daughter all went to Dr Pang and Dr Lee. My daughter is now 24 years old, a college graduate. She was a patient at OPDSF from kinder to High school and a little bit as a freshman college. So you can just imagine how long that was. I should say we have a very good experience with both Dr Lee and Dr Pang, I feel like we're not just patients seeing your dentist when you have an appointment or work done. We were treated like family, up to the present time. I happened to see Dr Pang when I took my granddaughter to her appointment with Dr Lee for her braces to be removed , and not seeing her for almost 2 years and yet she recognized me and gave me a hug is something special, it touched my heart. And we had a short talked about my daughter Criselda, my grandson and granddaughter, and one more thing, she remembered all our names, that's really something. It means a lot to me knowing that they see hundreds or maybe thousand of patients now, for them to remember my name and my family is overwhelming. With their wonderful staff, especially Alex, Dr Lee's assist, Mayo/Isabel, front desk, they are all commendable! I would absolutely vouch for their integrity, great service and the feeling of ease and a welcoming office too. We love Dr Lee and Dr Pang. read more
