Verified my coverage with my insurance and they told me they would resubmit it. Thought it was resolved. Never received any more correspondence from them. Found out yesterday that they deducted that money from an HSA account I had previously used there! They now tell me that will be "refunded" when my insurance pays them. My insurance company has STILL not received any claim from that day!

I have been going there for years for mammograms and ultrasounds and dexascans. They are always…read morepleasant, efficient and knowledgeable and have the latest equipment. This summer was exceptional. They spotted a very difficult to find small tumor with their brand new 3D mammogram machine. My oncologist was shocked and impressed that they discovered it. She says this type of tumor is exceptionally well hidden and rarely seen until much larger. My prognosis is excellent and I am most grateful. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Paul and Heather were the Technicians who handled my MRI, and they listened to my concerns about the MRI chamber, as well as the possibility of finding a viable vein, due to my prior cancer treatments, for the contrast material. After a quick discussion we found a great vein and the infusion site was all set up. They also provided me with Headphones so that I could listen to relaxing music during the process ( traditional Japanese Music was my choice). Make sure you are not charged twice for the same visit. Very frustrating, quick to take your money but it takes forever to refund the overpayment.

After a car accident, she was in pain, but NP Eliezer Hernandez dismissed her, documented that she was neurologically intact, walking steadily, and ambulating briskly without difficulty. Ignoring someone's pain is dangerous. Dismissing pain without thorough diagnostic steps is a breach of medical diligence. Before drawing conclusions, a provider should ensure they've ruled out potential injury. That same day, another provider ordered an MRI, confirming a sprain. Pain tolerance is not something to guess at. While the practice has many positive reviews, this one instance is a serious red flag. When pain is dismissed without thorough testing, it calls into question the integrity of care. If PA Kevin isn't there, I will not return.
