Dr. Thompson has been my dentist for 3 years now. He accepts my insurance and his staff take care of all insurance so you can concentrate on your dental needs. They have dedicated insurance specialists that help you come up with a plan that meets your needs. ,,Dr. Thompson is gentle, listens, and provide you excellent advise. My teeth were in terrible shape as I have had extensive dental work done previously. After having 4 kids and Veneers (gums receded) in terrible shape, along with bridges that were chipped needed help and it was to overwhelming. Dr Thompson assured me it could be done and he worked wonders. Last week after many visits, Dr. Thompson and his cosmetic art gave me back my smile. He is an artist when it comes to Cosmetic dentistry! And don't worry if you have secondary insurance, his highly trained staff file it for you. I came for a root canal/crowns treatment and I had the most pleasant and comfortable experience. Dr. Thompson did an excellent job with my root canal - I experienced absolutely no pain. I was always very nervous about the procedure but from now I will never feel nervous again. The doctor was very friendly, very confident in his work and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Brent is a great assistant and very friendly and his singing to the music made me more relaxed. He was very knowledgeable about his work as well and I even requested him for my next visit in the office when I am coming back for permanent crowns. Everyone in the office is very friendly. Very impressed with the high level of service received from Dr. Choi and his team. I recently underwent dental surgery at Arbors Modern Dentistry with Dr. Choi and found his work to be top notch and pain free!!! I also want to mention the extraordinary care I received from Rosa and Robby who was instrumental in setting up the appointment and getting me scheduled very quickly. And to show how this team is a cut above the rest - Robby went out of his way to secure my medications and ensure I was able to be transported back home after the surgery. What a Team! Nina, Stephanie, and Dr. Imperial were exceptional throughout the entire process. I got tips on home dental healthcare that I have not received in any of the practices that I had been to. I got a treatment plan that was detailed and was priced reasonably. If you want exceptional service and good care, this is the practice to go to. The Practice Director is exceptional and the front desk personnel are super friendly. This practice is clean, the staff is organized and their attitude rocks. Everyone at Imagecare is very kind and caring about your personal situation. I REALLY appreciate that. I saw Dr. Melton yesterday and was expecting the worst and hoping for the best, knowing that I had decay under a gold crown that was probably 20-25 yrs. old. I ended up with the best possible scenario when the decay was a very small area that was easily cleaned up and no root canal was needed and the 2 existing pins were left in place. I left with a temporary cap and will have a replacement crown in 3 wks. and Dr. Melton feels the tooth should be good for a "few" more years if all goes well. read more

The staff at Image Care Dental is AWESOME! Last year I had porcelain veneers put on the top front 6 teeth, beautiful work by Dr. Steven Thompson. I have received many compliments. His "chair-side" manner is fantastic, telling you every sensation or pressure that is about to happen. I have been going to Dr. Thompson since 2008 and will continue. Just this month, I had the occasion to have Rachel Condiff work on my temporary crowns; she was also wonderful, so gentle and extremely efficient. This is one of the worst dental office. They just try to to upsell services and can go to the extent of telling lies and making false promises. Dr Thompson is just interested in recommending unnecessary procedures. It just feels like a scam rather than a dental office. They said I had 3 cavity and when i asked them to show it in the x-ray they made a story that the bone was thin and it will eventually end in a cavity so they wanted to do a filling??? I went to another dentist for second opinion and there was absolutely no cavity. Beware of this office. read more

I had a much better experience than Mark M. did for sure. I found the level of care amazing, the staff was so knowledgable and they seemed to really enjoy their work. I have never had a more thorough examination in a dental office. I appreciated having the options of different crowns as well. I was new to the area & my old dentures broke. I was needing some assistance fast. Dr Rand worked me in the next day. The care & attention to detail here is second to none. Like a lot of people, I dread having to go to the dentist. However, Imagine Care Dental is the best dental office I have ever gone to!!! Amanda does very well with cleaning my teeth and doesn't criticize me for not flossing enough, but gives me encouragement instead and stresses the importance. Dr. Imperial is the best also!
