No no no!!! This place needs a huge deep clean, they have mice running around and our kids are expose to it

Came here on a Thursday around 2pm. It was pretty empty, but the staff was very friendly. It's pretty spacious with both big play structures (climbing, slides, tunnels, ball pit) and smaller play area for younger kids. My 5 year old had a blast climbing and going down the slides. It also checked the ball pit box (which she'd been wanting to experience). Great set up, clean + friendly staff made for a great experience.

My preschool hosted their holiday party last night here and it was amazing! Susie the owner is so great! She's attentive and made sure all guests (big and small) were comfortable and she never made us feel rushed when it came time to wind down and end the party. My kids had a blast and loved the big slides and even the little reading nook when they wanted to take a quick break! We love coming to imagination playhouse!

I recently visited the Imagination Playhouse with my 2 year old and it was a great experience. The indoor playground has a ball pity, multiple slides, and several age appropriate toys. It's a great place to host a birthday party overall this is a great place for familiesiy.

My family and I attended a birthday party here for one-year-old and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! It's in a pretty busy part of town so parking is not easy. I love how they close the location for parties. It really helps you feel safe and not on high alert. The play area is gated in so it makes it fairly difficult for a little one to slip out. A huge win for any parent in my opinion. They have two slides, two ball pits and an eating area with a good enough space for decorations, food, cake, drinks, etc. The party lasted two hours total. I'm not too sure if you could stay longer than that... I also saw that they offer drop offs starting at $25 an hour for one child. To be honest we had no idea that this place existed in San Francisco but we will definitely consider it for future celebrations of our own!

We had our daughter's three year old celebration here. Susie was super accommodating and easy to work with. I loved that they have special party set up (we chose hello kitty) so you don't have to worry about decorations. Everyone had a wonderful time! I also love that they have the option to book out more than 3 hours. We booked a 4 hour event, I thought it would be too long but it turned out perfect! Thank you so much!!!

My son had an 8th birthday party! He and his friends had an amazing time! Hosts Susie and Evelyn took care of setup and service throughout the event so it was stress free. They also gave me many ideas on party planning and what to serve. Thank you so much!

They had 3 people on staff for our party. I brought balloons, snacks, drinks, cupcakes and colorful tablecloths. I wheeled in my items from the car, dropped them off at the front with the team, and they literally did the rest. Super turn-key. The first portion is play time and then you move to the party room for snacks and cake. You can also have some snacks laid out in the front part of the play area. The party room is in the back and I had meant to go in and give them some basic set-up directions prior to us going in, but totally forgot. I ran into the room while folks were already filing in as I hadn't even viewed the room, yet, and it looked amazing! They had laid out all the snacks and drinks; they supplied plates, napkins, basic party tablecloths and a royal birthday chair and birthday banner. I didn't even have cake stands so brought a few plates from home to display the cupcakes, but they had some cute cake stands and took it upon themselves to beautifully display them! Far better than what I would have done! They even took it upon themselves to move the balloons from spot to spot as the party migrated - whatever looked the best! Then they helped pack up the leftovers and clean everything. Easy peasy. They do include 18% gratuity, but with the amount of mental load they took off my plate, it was 100% worth it. And of course, the kids loved it! The only thing I wish they had was a bit longer play time option. The kids LOVED playing and wanted more! The venue and level of service is truly exceptional! The team at Peek-a-Boo in San Francisco are true pros, with a level of customer service that totally surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Peek-a-boo Factory Team!

Located in the local & city combo vibed Geary neighborhood in San Francisco, Peek-a-Boo packs a lot into a well organized kids space. Although it has limited seating, the entry way contains some retro distraction as you wait to be let into the main play area where your party time begins - those coin operated machines from the 80's that you win a prize from when you turn the slot with 2-4 quarters. My nephew & I played two. Then as his friends and their parents started arriving, it was the official time for his party start time and so our family could walk through the locked gate into the kids world of swings, slides, climbing walls, and colorful tunnels and passageways. For an estimated 90 minutes, about 20 kids ran through the time of their lives as their parents and Auntie looked on in awe haha! A face painter was also setup on one side of that main room who painted next level and intricate animal, tribal, and celestial themed designs on some of the kids' faces while the others played. When the clock ticked to a certain time, the staff made an announcement to head towards the back party room for pizza, cupcakes, and presents. (My brother chose the food options and arranged for them to be delivered ahead of time.) The staff had setup the room perfectly, with a happy birthday banner over the cupcakes on the middle table, then little tables setup on both sides of that table with snacks, drinks, pizza, goodie bags, and long tables setup in the middle for the kiddos to sit at comfortably as they entered the room. Then the staff served them pizza. It was a sweet time - filled with laughter, smiles, birthday song, and full bellies. What a wonderful Sunday afternoon of childhood bliss!

We did the party package where you had play time in the playground, then time in party room, then arcade. We chose last time slot on a Saturday I think. Since the play time is timed I'd recommend warning all your guests about it and have them arrive early. We sent all the parents a schedule and heads up so things could run super smooth and the kids could enjoy every minute of play time. Parking is very limited since it's a super small lot and there's a party ahead of you too. The host family has a reserved parking spot out front but our guests definitely need to just find street parking, they came early and seemed to find parking fine. Staff will collect bday gifts in a cart which is super helpful. The indoor play structure is super big and spacious and has a toddler area too. A big kids track with basketball like area with soft balls is right next to play area and had some areas for adults to sit. Adults can chill upstairs in the lounge area too. Play area is gated. You have option to have staff lead the kids in a series of games at the track area which is great way to get the entire party together at end of play time which my daughter loved. Afterwards the kids line up n wash hands n everyone is led upstairs to the party room. The party room is like jungle safari theme decorated painted on the walls. Space is a bit tight/cramped but good air flow and fine. Staff will walk around serving the kids food which is great. Everyone can eat and enjoy without the adults spending time to serve and feed the kids. Afterwards we went down to arcade room and played and you get tickets and redeem for prize. Everyone was able to walk away with a prize which is perfect. Only downside is it gets hot. "Arcade area definitely needs a remodel with AC or at minimum very good fans. I would suggest the owners to highly consider this as it's a bit run down looking compared to the rest of the facility". But even if a remodel is not done, the arcade area is good as is. Maybe buying a few portable fans to hand out to the few guests who might overheat is good enough. Guests had so much fun !! and we got a lot compliments how well run everything was !! They have a food vendor which was perfect too. We plan to have our daughter's 7th bday here again this year as we can't find a better venue that can be so spacious and run so well. Definitely 5 stars. At end of the night, the staff loaded our car with gifts, leftover food. For us, the less work the better so we can actually enjoy the party while hosting. Thank you so much to all the staff and for leading that game time too.

As a parent, a few things that I really liked about this camp: 1) they provide snack 2) they make sure the kids wash their hands 3) they have a drive thru pick up/ drop off system. Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day. We were excited to check out Kiddo Adventure and overall enjoyed trying somewhere new. The play structure itself is colorful, modern, and visually appealing. My son especially loved the bright LED-lit slides and the slides that emptied into the ball pit. It definitely has some unique features that make it fun for kids. That said, the biggest drawback for us was how crowded and cramped it felt. We visited on a weekend, and there were back-to-back birthday parties. As soon as one party ended, the staff quickly transitioned to the next one, so there never seemed to be a break in the crowds. The play structure became very busy, especially around the ball pit, where kids were constantly bumping into one another. At times, it felt a little chaotic and not as safe as I would have liked. I think the space would benefit from being a bit larger to better accommodate the number of children, particularly during birthday party hours. While we appreciated the design and attractions, the overall experience felt a little too hectic for our family's preference. I'm glad we visited and don't regret checking it out, but it's probably a one-time visit for us. I imagine weekdays might offer a much calmer experience, so if you're planning a visit, that may be the better option.
