Found these guys on Craigslist years ago and thought it was too good to be true because of the prices. I always assumed a nice table would be crazy expensive plus delivery, installation etc. Made the 3 hour drive to look at it in person and Josh was very nice throughout the whole process. Our package was affordable, installers came on time, set up took about 4 hours and that was that! We upgraded pool accessories and the cues took a few tries for the right ones to be delivered but other than that, no issues in the past 3 months since installation. I've been with my husband for over a decade and underestimated how much he loves pool. He always talked about getting a dining room table that was also a pool table. We called to schedule a viewing and he was flexible with our schedule. We went and he showed us all kinds of options and helped us pick the perfect table. It helped a lot seeing them in person. There's all kinds of felt options for the tables like the inside color and I think the hardest choice was whether we wanted bright red or bright blue (we got red). We also got a matching bench to store the pool supplies and a ping pong table top. Party house! These tables are no joke! The day it arrived, we had a strong father daughter team assemble the table. Don't even think about going anywhere other than Imagine That. Josh was super helpful, as everyone else notes, and it took us several months after our initial visit before we were even ready to place our order, which included a dining table top, a set of various length cues and a different set of balls. Then the installers came out with the whole order and highly recommended against the 8' table when they saw the room and took measurements because it would dwarf their room. Taking their advice, we choose a different 7' one instead and Josh worked on us with some of the other parts of the order that would necessarily have to change. Then we were on vacation and he had to keep everything there until we returned. Then Brittanie and John came out again for the second time and spent three hours very carefully putting it all together for us and helping us with the various decisions. It looks beautiful! Finally, there were several items in the accessory kit that we had no clue what to do with since there was no information in it. Josh patiently (again) sent us several photos and information about each item in the kit. This kind of customer service is almost impossible to find nowadays. Great experience with this business from start to finish! We had been wanting a pool table for some time and found several we were interested in on their website. I contacted this business and was able to speak with Joshua, the owner, who was very professional and knowledgeable. I told him the dimensions and layout of the room and he gave us good advice on the pool table size. Our room was less than perfect for a full size pool table, but the 7 ft table he recommended fits pretty nicely and we are really enjoying it! They were quick to set up the installation appointment and we're flexible with us on the date and time. The installers did a great job and were nice, personable people. Joshua was quick to respond to any questions we had via email and/or the telephone. In consideration of the install, Joshua sends an email with available upgrades. Among the suggestions was the Ambassador ball set upgrade, which we did upgrade to, and we love them. We also upgraded to the Teflon coated felt, and definitely don't regret that. My pool table was delayed due to shipping however Josh did an amazing job communicating with me and giving me updates. Shipping was out of his control and he kept me updated every step of the way even CC me on shipping emails. DH found this company which happened to be local and we made an appointment to check out their tables one Saturday in November. I called ahead and met Josh at the store and he walked me through all the table options until I picked out an amazing looking table.
