When I went to check out at Robert's desk, the woman there wanted me to make an appointment for the "cancer" removal and wanted me to pay for the follow up. When I gave her my AmEx card.. I waited 3 months for an appointment and was only seen for about 2 minutes…read morethen charged for a 45 minute exam AND THEN scheduled another appointment for 2 months later even though i was still dizzy and had ear pain. Then I called the manager Mellisa July 9th 8:36 am- per the instructions by the staff to discuss it and it was sent to debt collections without receiving a response from Melissa. I also never got a bill for the second visit- you can guess where that was about to go. I canceled the third visit. I'll never go back. These people are terrible. No one called back. Beyond upset. It was run down, old, and dirty.

He interrupted me constantly when I attempted to explain my medical history. He told me I wasted his time. I feel no closer to a solution to my ear problems, am completely disheartened, and have less saved to see a new doctor.
