At a recent showing, I ordered the Culver Combo and the popcorn was almost entirely small, crumbly fragments, the tiny broken bits you'd normally find at the very bottom of the bag. It was basically impossible to eat. I got a refill halfway through, assuming I'd just gotten the ends of a batch, but the replacement scoop from a fresh machine was no better. On top of the texture, the popcorn also just doesn't taste good. it had a slightly burnt taste every single time. 2) About an hour into every movie, it becomes obvious there's no AC or fan running. I wouldn't be surprised if a CO2 monitor showed elevated levels. I've flagged this to staff on all three visits, and each time turning on the AC fixed it immediately, but it's never on by default. Sitting in a hot, stale theater for two hours is genuinely unpleasant, and the difference in air quality the moment you step into the hall is obvious. I really want to like this theater, it's a local business and I'd rather support it than a big chain but I won't be returning unless these issues are addressed/fixed.

The staff as a whole has gotten progressively better over time, and they pretty much have the food and beverage delivery to your seat process down packed. Parking here is "Free 99", closer to the theater itself, and just downright more accommodating. That aspect alone will keep more people coming here.

I tried to be extra nice and give compliments to him, but he wasn't very nice nor kind at all. He had a nose ring, young and tall. Although, he did his job, He has no business serving customers due to his disturbing attitude. I'll say he was angry. Frown on his face, easily irritated and I dared not ask him for food. Since this review is concerning the theatre itself, once inside I recognized the bottom portion of the old theatre, with the old top portion now seemingly gone. She was a kind hearted lady who took my ticket, and directed me toward my particular theater house, but not before spending a good 10-12 minutes explaining the on going construction and planned new looks for this location. I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few months ago, and my girlfriend and I had a blast. The food was great, the servers were nice, and there was no Dancing with the Stars Reception making a bunch of noise behind us LOL. I definitely recommend this place. The fact that establishment actually responded to my complaint and made a very nice gesture to rectify the situation shows a class act company who cares. We will definitely be coming back! My son has been wanting to see Devil Wears Prada 2 and the first one is one of his favorite movies of all time. Personally, I don't like that movie but I went along with him. Tickets are $25 each and they have a $4 parking garage, but we were lucky enough to get a free after-hour meter on the street. It's a nice place and it seems like comfort is their top priority. The recliner chairs are extremely comfy and come with a blanket in case you get cold. You know how movie theaters are always chilly. Once you get settled, you can press a button that sends an employee over to take your order. It's completely optional. We got one small popcorn (light butter, $6) which was big enough for both of us. I like this idea of having the option of ordering and dining at your seat while watching a movie, but the reality is a bit different. It's kind of annoying to see the employees coming and going when someone needs a refill or places a new order during the movie. You can hear them talking and they can even block your view. It's frustrating when you are trying to focus. With that being said, I think it has more pros than cons. There are bars and bathrooms located across the several floors and the one we went to was exceptionally clean. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back to this theatre. I prefer something more standard like AMC or Pacific Theatres (RIP!)...

The first-floor lobby had no seating at all, despite the theater branding itself as a luxury, comfort-focused experience. I politely asked if I could sit for a few minutes in the empty restaurant seating area, which was completely unused at the time, and was repeatedly told no due to "policy." While I understand policies exist, I was surprised that no reasonable accommodation or alternative seating was offered for a disabled patron who was simply waiting for family. What upset me most was not just the lack of accessibility-minded accommodations, but the dismissive attitude I encountered from several employees and the difficulty I had even obtaining the manager's name. For a theater that emphasizes comfort and premium service, I expected far more compassion, professionalism, and awareness regarding accessibility needs.
