We had the honor of having Brian DJ our wedding. Our music preferences are pretty picky so we loaded him up with a playlist for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. This is a long overdue review. I used imobile djs for their Photo Booth services 5/2022 for my wedding and Aldwin really came through for us. After our previous Photo Booth person fell through a few weeks before our wedding we were scrambling to find a replacement. Our DJ recommended Aldwin and we are so glad he did! I must confess I did not understand the importance of a good DJ before our wedding day. I mean, they just play music right? WRONG. I was so lucky to have Saul at the helm for our special day. Not only did he play the BEST music (to quote many of my guests), but he also kept the whole program running smoothly and seamlessly. About a week before the wedding, Saul had a Zoom meeting with us to go over the logistics. We went over our plan and he suggested changes where they would make more sense. He also made a special effort to learn how to pronounce all the names correctly (my husband is Korean). There is an online form to fill out with song requests, but given that we requested some Chinese and Korean songs, we were able to include Youtube links and Saul made it happen. I am still in awe at how perfectly everything was executed. I requested that I walk down the aisle to the instrumental version of Sarah Bareilles "I Choose You" and that the lyric version be played for the recession. It went down exactly as I had imagined it! We had a more unconventional reception from not having a first dance to doing a Jol (traditional Korean bowing). From our grand entry to our parent dances, every song intro and transition was done exactly as we requested. Saul was also very adaptable: During the father-daughter dance, I caught his eye to be like "OK, I AM DONE." and he brought the song to a very natural end. My father-in-law wanted to perform a song while playing the guitar, and he made sure the microphones were set up at the right time. At the end of the night, as our guests were starting to trickle out, we asked him if he could move our Grand Exit up by 15 minutes and he happily obliged. I think the thing that I appreciate the most is how communicative and responsive he was. I cannot recommend Saul enough. read more

DJ Brian was FANTASTIC and we were so lucky to have him as a part of our special day!!! The week before our wedding, our original DJ fell through due to an emergency procedure. That's when we found Brian. He switched his weekend schedule to be available for our big day and continued to be a dream to work with throughout. - PREP: we did a 1hr+ info session, where Brian really took the time to get to know us as a couple. He was EXTREMELY detail oriented and even called out things our original DJ hadn't mentioned (like noticing our intention to blend last names & a "cake cutting" song). He made us feel at ease, because all of his questions proved he was an expert that also cared about what WE wanted. - HOST: the day of we did not have to worry about a thing! It was raining, but Brian had waterproof & Bluetooth equipment so was willing to pivot in or outside as needed. He was a true host and expertly moderated the flow of our entire day. He checked in with the officiant (a family member), later facilitated the flow of speeches/games/bathroom breaks, and overall did an AMAZING job. For parents dances, he went off our eye-to-eye cue of when to transition and pulled us away once during the night to make sure we didn't want any midway tweaks to the schedule. He pivoted and was always on his toes! - LIFE OF THE PARTY: and then we danced the night away! Brian did a great job getting everyone onto the dance floor and 99.9% of our guests got up to do the Cupid Shuffle because of his enthusiasm! Brian Lansang is seriously the best!! He was our DJ for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony was at Chapel of our Lady and the reception was at the Golden Gate Club, both located in the Presidio.
