I brought my vehicle in after getting a quote from the BMW dealer, they had already gotten me a quote based on what the dealer said was wrong and came in cheaper.

They kidnapped my vehicle into their shop for a half-hour assessment and tried playing it down another $2k for a mysterious OBD readout that didn't trip a dash light -AND- even if there was a problem, they ignored that my vehicle is still under all factory warranties. THEN came the stereotypical used car dealer added charges and fees. All the while, I never even saw the vehicle i was interested in trading up to buy. The only thing that wasn't circa 1972 was the clothes. Every associate I saw walking around was dressed like a slob. Not a button down shirt in the place, much less a suit or tie or even a pair of dress slacks. So yeah, if you want to get played with the same racket they worked 50 years ago, swing on by Morrie's. What am embarrassment. This kind of place is the reason people don't trust used car salesmen.

They use CarFax as a shield to hide behind the fact that the car may or may not have been in a wreck. Upon getting the car home my husband found FIVE auto sources that reported the car had been in a WRECK!!! Also upon our drive home we found out we needed a new car battery. After driving for less than weekend we found out ,as new Subaru owners , the auto start stop function was not working. When they did auto body work to vehicle they didn't hook up the wiring harness correctly and the hood was not aligned. Thankfully Forrest Lake sent us to their Subaru dealership and we were able to get wiring harness fixed, but, hood is still maligned and paint job has issues. Thank goodness for the Morries promise 30 warranty we were able to get reimbursed for a battery. Recently we were informed by a mechanic that our engine mounts need to be replaced.

There was only one representative working with a constant stream of customers, however he did not seem stressed out or overwhelmed at all . He had an incredibly positive attitude and helped me with my order as soon as he could. He even offered to install them for me, but he had other customers so I declined. After taking some time to get my wipers on I finally came to the conclusion that one of them must not work for my car. I went back in and when he was able to help me, he came right over and asked what was going on. He figured out the blade I needed and switched it out for me immediately. I then went back out to try and put it on my car and could not quite get it to click. I went back inside and explain what was going on. He then again offered to help as soon as he was done with the customer he was currently helping. Shortly after, he met me at my car and got the wiper installed within a few seconds, but it's still wasn't quite laying right. He did some things to the wiper and BAM all was right! Sept 4 I bought 4 tires from Tires plus $1744.39. The following week I called to inquire if an alignment was done at the time I purchased the tires. The guy said no and referred me to their sister company Firestone. Sept 25, 2025 Alignment was performed. I upgraded to a lifetime alignments for 208.99. When I made the appointment he said it would take about 2 hours. Done in 40 minutes. I was grateful and drove away. No alignment paperwork was given to be. April 2026 I brought my car into the dealership for service and was told I needed 2 new front tires. I called Tires plus to verify I purchased the tires a few months earlier with 6-8K miles since my alignment? Tires plus agreed it doesn't sound right. I brought my car in to Tires Plus and spoke to Alan. He berated me and said I needed new tires. He said he doesn't know how bad I drive and referred me to the alignment people and said it wasn't aligned right. He gave me a copy of my alignment (pre and post). I called Firestone and he told me they got new computers so all data is in a box but come in and they will look at my tires. The guy said they put the wrong tires on my car and that is the reason. He showed me the warning that you would have to bypass in order to order these tires for my car. Firestone still no paperwork on original alignment- said he has 2 more boxes to go through. I called and filed an original complaint with their company. I called again 3 days later and the complaint was closed by Alan from tires plus. He said he took care of it. I said no he didn't, I want to talk to someone about how he treated me AND about my alignment. I don't think they ever did one at Firestone. I called the complaint line again- they escalated it to the area, then division, then corporate ladder several times-not one person has called me back.
