Today is my birthday, and I was looking forward to these buffalo wings all day. I have had Imos wings many times including from this location. I have ALWAYS enjoyed them. That's why I chose them for my birthday dinner. I was extremely disappointed. There was not enough sauce, buts thats OK, because the sauce had no flavor. It was just heat with no flavor. These were by far the worst buffalo wings I have ever had. I have gotten better wings from Walmart, and I don't like theirs at all. read more

Decided to make the trip down to this Imo's because they have the lunch buffet. Let me tell you, if you love imo's pizza you need to make a stop here. It was very outstanding! They have a salad bar with all the toppings and dressings (includes provel cheese and the famous imos dressings of course), delicious toasted ravioli, breadsticks, spaghetti & at least 6 pizzas to choose from on the buffet. Not bad for the price considering it includes a fountain drink! The staff was very friendly and all the food was hot (and salad was cold ) It's a shame the last review was over a year ago and was so negative because our trip was fantastic and we can't wait to go back!! read more

Went in for the lunch buffet today, cost me $12.95. Pizza, toasted ravs and chicken were all hard and dried up. I would think a place that charges that much would have fresh food out on the buffet line. I do not recommend because of quality of food and price. read more

The kids like the lunch buffet because it fills them up- very important with almost teens. Kind of costly for what you get, imo. The salad is chopped up iceberg lettuce. The pizzas are one topping....really one piece of sausage per square. Daughter loves their toated rav. Both kids like their boneless wings. The regular pizza is normal Imo's pizza. Pricey compared to the national chains. But, when you want St. Louis style pizza nothing else will do. read more

I always order the Manicotti with cheesy garlic bread. You get 2 stuffed cheese shells and Sooo good! Tastes authentic to me and I'm picky.

I was really disappointed in this Imo's. We stopped by at the beginning of the lunch shift. The food was already cold and both the pizza and toasted ravioli were tough from being out so long. I also thought it was a little pricey especially for tough cold pizza and iceberg lettuce! I also thought the restaurant wasn't that clean and the bathroom was horrible! This pizza is disgusting. The crust tastes like literal cardboard. Right up there with some of the worst pizza I've ever tasted.

A visitor to in De Soto where there are many pizza joints; one might argue too many. I clearly made the wrong choice eating at Imo. The lunch buffet included salad bar where the lettuce choice was chopped iceberg, light green/ white from center of the head. The pizza was a spread on cracker-like crust, with no sauce, herbs, spices, or anything close to veggies. Rather crust was topped with what appeared to be and tasted like velveeta that had been melted with a little tomato sauce blended in, then baked onto the cracker-like crust. A sparing drop of meatball or pepperoni here and there. Did not taste good at all. Toasted ravioli also on the buffet was overheated and dry. A disappointing $9.95 lunch. read more

Nope. Second time i ate here and both times it was not worth the money and made me sick. Extremely poor food quality.

We love Imos, however our local imos in Desoto never fails to disappoint. The delivery start and finish time never seems to be the same. The staff is less then helpful. We would love to continue to support this business but we can't with tins one anymore. read more

In order to cut costs, no more wings on the buffet. Buffet with soda was still just over $13.00. So much for cost cutting, more like profit padding. 12:30pm on a Sunday and only 7 customers. They are cutting their own throat. Bring back wings. We are unlikely to return as it stands now. read more

This location has the Imo's buffet option. So, we decided to come here. It's pricey for a buffet I think and kids who are 3 and up cost $8. Kids 3 and under are free. It's $12 per adult. They have salad which is plain iceberg lettuce, not the traditional Imo's salad, the salad was no good. There is wings boned in and boneless but it's only buffalo sauce on them (spicy) they don't have other sauce options like the other Imo's such as sweet and tangy or BBQ sauce. They also have toasted ravioli which was good. They said they have 6 different pizzas on the buffet however they did not. They also don't do "special requests" for pizzas. The buffet was empty, you had to wait to get a slice of pizza. Staff was nice but I think they are extremely under staffed because they could not keep up with refilling the buffet. They also didn't have the pizza desert. Dine in area is small. I would not come back here. read more

Fabulous experience I had tonight with a delivery! They were very nice when I accidentally forgot to pay via card. The garlic cheese bread was cut into four pieces and the driver even had a light up pen so I could see better! Thank you for such great service! read more

Went today for lunch. Had the buffet. Terrible all the way around. There was no fresh pizza on the buffet and for the 35 minutes I was there, nobody attended to the buffet even one time to freshen up any of the food. So I had pizza that had been sitting under a warmer for an hour or so, old toasted ravioli, and old chicken wings. The buffet at this place runs from 11-2. I arrived at 1:15. They still had 45 minutes to go out of a 3 hour period! They were slow, yes. So I don't expect them to load up the buffet with all new pizzas or anything, but it woulda been nice for them to either ask the people who were there if they'd like a fresh pizza out and what kind (which is what I would have done, there was only me and 2 other ladies in the store) or they could have just made a new pizza and put it out period to at least look like they were trying. Instead the workers and manager sat behind the counter the whole time talking. I hate to be this critical but when you pay nearly $12 for a lunch buffet and there is no fresh food you're being cheated. Won't be back again, this is the 4th time I visited this buffet and even when they were busy it's always had issues with keeping the food fresh. Sad, because an Imo's buffet is brilliant if done properly. This just doesn't cut it. read more

Went there to eat 5\12 for mothers day, terrible service, brown lettuce, place was packed most waiting for pizza, no pizza on buffet more than there was! People upset! When we got there only 3 pieces of supreme left asked for another answer I got was there is some there still when its gone I'll put one in the oven, wow, they did that with all the pizzas so they didn't keep up! They ran out of plates a couple times no forks either! Kid working said he wasn't gonna lie, he wouldn't eat there! Again, wow! Paid $13\per person just to find out NO MORE HOT WINGS!!! If you get water you gotta pay just as if you was getting soda! Place has gone down a steep hill! Been going here for years for mothers day get together, next year going else where! Guess they are tired of the pizza business! Tried to warn manager to put pizzas in been here for years they get packed on mothers day looked at me like I was an idiot! I'd get another manager! Best pizza. It is a little costly but it is delicious. The place is clean and the workers are friendly. They do pizzza right.
